Why Do streams and Youtube videos look so much more fluid than my game?

my specs Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0GHz (Skylake) Socket LGA1151 Processor - OEM Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Gaming 7 Intel Z170 (Socket 1151) DDR4 ATX Motherboard Samsung 120GB 850 EVO SSD 2.5" SATA 6Gbps 32 Layer 3D V-NAND Solid State Drive (MZ-75E120B/EU Seagate 2TB 7200RPM SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache HDD - OEM (ST2000DM001) MSI GeForce GTX 970 Gaming Edition 4096MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card Acer 144 hz Monitor i run league off my ssd with in game settings of 144 fps, vsync off, shadows off and everything at max.. yet when i watch streams and youtube videos of league it looks like the game is smooth as butter... now iv searched the internet a for a while and iv done it a couple of times over the years because their is a clear difference between how smooth my game is compared to youtube videos and streams. and the only logical anwser apart from stupid shit like "buy a 144hz monitor" is Real time blur will always be rendered as a trailing haze this means bluring the frame before, now and after together to achieve a flawless transition this is normally achieved by rendering. now i have a 144 hz monitor and run at 144 hz but very often drop down to 142 and 143m but when i uncapp it goes all the way to 300 -400 fps... now the only possibility i can think of is that its because my frames arnt stable.. but when i look at a youtube video its constaint 60fps all the time without ever dropping a single frame... now what i want to ask is if i can achieve something like that in game, via nvida control panel etc.. now im pretty avid with computers thats why this has baffled me for quite a while . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uba49DgkgpA here is an example of phy a semi well know adc youtuber, his video just look so smooth.. compared to mine? is it possibly due to the fact he has no hud? or mouse input on the screen ? if thats the case then why do streamers also some how mirror the same result as this video and no my ms/ ping is 23 when in game. i would really appreciate it if any one can come back to me with something constructive!
