Would you trade Half of your Remaining Life Expectancy for a Billion Dollars?

Be honest with this question. So for the purpose of this question, you do not know your expected life expectancy but lets say that it was until the age of 80 for the sake of this question. So if you are currently 20, you would be trading away 80-20=60, 60/2=30. So you would be trading away 30 years of life so you would live to 50. That is assuming you are 20, it would change based on your age. Would you do it? If yes, what would you spend the money on. If no, why?
