Getting S ranks but no boxes?

Hello, i have been achieving S rank in some matches but never getting boxes, it's not because i already earned boxes with those characters because i am playing characters that i know i haven't played them in a while. So what is it? The most recent game that i got an S and i didn't get a box is my Twisted treeline game with {{champion:84}} Any help?
