Refund Credit

Okay i went to the store and bought Nami{{champion:267}} it said 50% off. it did not give it to be for 50% off.. i tried reporting a bug and even commenting to you on twitter asking about it but nothing. So i had to refund her.. Do i seriously have to loose either BE or a refund point just cause it took way more then half... I'm not begging for a new refund point but i need to know why it didn't work and why i had to waste either all my BE or a refund point cause it lied to me?
