I'm running Windows 8.1, with an i7-451ou CPU at 2.00 ghz, with 8 gigs of ram, and a nVidia Geforce GT 750m.
Every game starts off at, 120 FPS, but once stuff starts going on, (enemy laner shows up, minions start doing stuff) the fps cuts by half. When you walk away from it all, the FPS shoots back up to 120 in most cases.
In some extreme cases, during team fights, the fps will drop to under 30.
There are also periodic drops that seem to happen without anything happening in game to cause it. I don't know if you've noticed some of Gosu's streams where he's just running to lane and its max FPS, but then it drops periodically for a few seconds and then jumps back up to normal.
This did not used to be a problem. I used to run the game pretty smoothly all the way through games.
Any idea's as to how to cut some of this? Its becoming a problem
