Need help applying for a job on Riot's website

Esports Broadcast Observer (EU)
Riot Games was established in 2006 by entrepreneurial gamers who believe that player-focused game development can result in great games. In 2009, Riot released its debut title League of Legends to critical and player acclaim. As the most played PC game in the world, over 100 million play every month.
So , I am planning on applying for the job that I have linked this discussion to. However , I am having trouble interpreting one of the final parts. "Download a game recording application such as Xsplit, Open Broadcast Software or Fraps, then record any game from the in-game spectate with yourself working the camera and upload the contents to Twitch, Youtube or Azubu.". Can I not just use the in game recording method ? Also , when you say me working the camera , is it pretending my average solo queue game is a LCS game , showing positing , wards (and the killing of such) , dragons and important plays ?
