Can we get a "Fav" Button for our champions?

I thought with all these big changes you guys have been doing in the last couple of years I though you would have implemented a favorite button, and any champions that you have Favorited would appear on the top separate from the other champion roster in champ select, I'd be cool and I believe I would help with keeping track off all the champions that the player likes to play and possibly reduce the time of the whole champion select routine.
