At what point is it valid to leave when you are being harassed/trolled/etc. by teammates?

I'm going to guess a big fat NEVER, but just to humor the thought, what kind of harassment from teammates would you need to be getting for Riot to say "yeah, you can bail out if you want"? Probably the point where people are telling you to commit suicide, right? No point playing with teammates who want you to off yourself.
