got a ban for games i didnt play?

so i got banned recently, and i noticed that they were conversations that i dont remember having. I go to my game history from a website, and i notice that my rank wasn't what it was before, it was a tier higher. i also noticed a bunch of games that i FOR SURE did not play will riot look into an account issue if there are logins from different IP addresses? id like to not lose my account, and ive been working so hard to get my ban level reduced by behaving well in game and this is kind of soul crushing
