Account banned for third party software

So my account just got the perma banned for third party software, but the thing is I have no software installed on my pc that would affect my LoL client or even the game. I've in no way cheated in any of my games and I'm really confused to why my account got banned when I've done nothing. I did send in a ticket, but I have to wait and see what happens. Is there anything I can do? I was hoping I could get on and play. The only thing I did was log in earlier and patch my client and that was it. I've played no games at all today.
