Mordekaiser Rework Idea

Hey guys! For a while Mord's been this clunky armor dude, who doesn't quite fill the role of undead overlord like he should. So, I have some ideas for his kit to update it and make it better. BASE STATS: Health: 616.3 – 2248.3 Attack damage: 68 – 119 Health Regen: 6 – 18.8 Attack speed: 0.67 (+ 0 – 49.3%) Mana: 281.6 – 1046.6 Armor: 37 – 82.9 Mana Regen: 7.5 – 17.7 Magic Resist: 32.1 – 53.4 Range: 175 Move. Speed: 350 PASSIVE Powerslave: Whenever an enemy dies near Mordekaiser, he siphons out part of their soul and heals for 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6% (based on his level) of their maximum health. Q Mace-Smashed Face: Mordekaiser's next 3 basic attacks deal bonus Magic damage and Slow his target by about 75% for 0.1 seconds. ((Bonus Magical Damage: 20 / 35 / 50 / 65 / 80 (+ 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50% AP) )) After smashing his target, Mordekaiser gains bonus armor for 5 seconds and reduces his target's attack damage by half that amount for the same duration. ((Bonus Armor: 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40; COST: 30 HP; COOLDOWN: 4 )) Mace-Smashed Face resets Mord's AA timer. W Iced Earth: Mord swamps the target area in deathly frozen energy for 8 seconds. While inside, he gains bonus attack speed, bonus movement speed, and 25% increased HP restoration from all sources. ((Bonus Attack Speed: 30 / 47.5 / 65 / 82.5 / 100%; Bonus Movement Speed: 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40%; TARGET RANGE: 900; EFFECT RADIUS: 1000; COST: 40 HP; COOLDOWN: 15 )) E Throne: Mordekaiser raises a throne of bones & skulls at the target area for about 6 seconds, knocking back everyone directly over it 225 units on cast, acting as impassable terrain for the duration and slowing enemies around it. ((Slow: 15 / 25 / 35 / 45 / 55%; TARGET RANGE: 1000; EFFECT RADIUS: 187.5; COST: 75 HP; COOLDOWN: 24 / 22 / 20 / 18 / 16 )) R Domination: After half a second, Mordekaiser starts wrenching the life force out of the target enemy champ, healing for a percentage of the target's max health, dealing the same amount as magic damage, and stealing 40% of their armor and magic resistance. Half of the total damage and stealing is applied instantly, and the other half is applied over the next 4 seconds. ((Total Damage: 20 / 27.5 / 35% (+ 2% per 100 AP) of the target's max health; the armor and MR will remain stolen for 4 seconds after the drain has ended; TARGET RANGE: 650; COOLDOWN: 110 / 90 / 70 )) Make sure to let me know what you guys think, I did put some effort into this.
