[Fiora rework concept]

Why? : Because I feel Fiora lost her duelist thematic and doesn't bring the fantasy of slashing down your opponent like she used to be My goal?: Make her kit more about slicing your target from choke point while requiring precision but also make her more fun to play as and fair to play against since her old ultimate brought a lot of hatred. What is changing ? Her passive, W, E and ultimate. Her current Q is fair and is a part of my new ultimate iteration. Current kit : Duelist's Dance EFFECT RADIUS: 1200 ANGLE: 90° Innate: Fiora identifies the Vitals of nearby enemy champions, marked as an arc around themselves. Vitals take 0.5 seconds to identify and linger for 15 seconds. After a Vital is triggered or times out, Fiora identifies a new one on her target. Basic attacks and damaging abilities against a Vital trigger it to deal 2.5% (+ 4.5% per 100 bonus AD) of target's maximum health Hybrid penetration bonus true damage, heal Fiora for 40 − 115 (based on level) and grant her 20 / 30 / 40 / 50% (based on Grand Challenge's Rank) bonus movement speed that decays over 1.5 seconds. Lunge TARGET RANGE: 400 COST: 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 Mana COOLDOWN: 16 / 14 / 12 / 10 / 8 Active: Fiora dashes a short distance in the target direction then stabs a nearby enemy if one is present. Stabbing an enemy reduces Lunge's cooldown by 60%. The stab deals physical damage and applies on-hit effects. Physical Damage: ( 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 (+ 95 / 100 / 105 / 110 / 115% bonus AD) Riposte TARGET RANGE: 750 COST: 50 Mana COOLDOWN: 24 / 22 / 20 / 18 / 16 Active: Fiora poises to strike in the target direction, becoming invulnerable to non-turret damage as well as gaining crowd control and debuff immunity for the next 0.75 seconds. Fiora is immobile while poised. After the duration, Fiora stabs her sword forward, dealing magic damage to enemies in a line. Magic Damage: (110 / 150 / 190 / 230 / 270 (+ 100% AP) The first enemy champion struck is also slowed and crippled by 50% for 2 seconds. If Fiora parries at least one immobilizing effect, Riposte stuns the target for the same duration instead. Bladework COST: 40 Mana COOLDOWN: 13 / 11 / 9 / 7 / 5 Active: Fiora's next two basic attacks within 4 seconds gain 25 bonus range and 50% bonus attack speed. The first basic attack can never critically strike, but slows its target by 30% for 1 second, while the second basic attack is guaranteed to critically strike for 100% (+ Infinity Edge item 25%) AD bonus physical damage, reduced by an additive amount. Additive Reduction: -40 / -30 / -20 / -10 / 0% Bladework resets Fiora's autoattack timer. Grand Challenge TARGET RANGE: 500 EFFECT RADIUS: 600 COST: 100 Mana COOLDOWN: 110 / 90 / 70 Passive: Duelist's Dance's bonus movement speed is increased. Active: Fiora challenges the target enemy champion for 8 seconds, highlighting their four Vitals and creates an area around them. While in effect, Duelist's Dance does not identify new Vitals on Fiora's target. While near the target, Fiora gains Duelist's Dance's bonus movement speed. Grand Challenge 2 If she triggers at least one Vital before her target dies, or triggers all four, she creates a Grand Challenge 2 Victory Zone that heals all allied champions within it for 2 − 5 (based on Vitals hit) seconds. Heal Per Second: 80 / 110 / 140 (+ 60% bonus AD) Rework ability: Passive Duelist's Dance EFFECT RADIUS: 1200 ANGLE: 90° Innate: Fiora identifies the Vitals of nearby enemy champions, marked as an arc around themselves. Basic attacks and damaging abilities against a Vital trigger it to deal **FLAT PHYSICAL DAMAGE SCALING WITH HER BONUS AD** heal Fiora for 40 − 115 (based on level) and grant her 20 / 30 / 40 / 50% (based on Grand Challenge's Rank) bonus movement speed that decays over 1.5 seconds. Basically getting rid of the % true damage and replacing it with flat physical damage scaling with her bonus AD. I don't write number because It's a matter of balance. Riposte TARGET RANGE: **SELF** COST: 50 Mana COOLDOWN: 24 / 22 / 20 / 18 / 16**SUBJECT TO CHANGE THE COOLDOWN** **Active: Fiora take a defensive stance and create a sword barrier to protect herself for the next 1.5 second, becoming shielded (Think spell shield like Sivir but sword block) blocking basic attacks, spells and non-turret damage . If she successfully block , she return damage to her attackers. Fiora can move while holding her barrier. Magic Damage: (110 / 150 / 190 / 230 / 270 (+ 100% AP)****DAMAGE SUBJECT TO CHANGE** Right now, current Riposte feel both weak, and OP. OP as it can deny summoner spell, and strong map wide spell like Karthus Ultimate but it feel weak for Fiora because it require her to stop moving and it can be counter intuitive to use as blocking strong spell or basic attack can save your life but if you are staying in place, it can be used against you. It lost it's slow/cripple and stun effect in replacement as free movement and longer duration. I never really liked to have a stun on Fiora on her old kit and it was doable and fun even without. A lot of people whined about it but now that we have it, it just feel bad. Bladework COST: 40 Mana COOLDOWN: 13 / 11 / 9 / 7 / 5 Active: Fiora's gains bonus movement speed and attack speed for the next 3 second, extending the duration as long she basic attack a champion, Max duration 6 second. She gain 10/20/30/40/50% movement speed and 50/60/70/80/90% attack speed for the duration. Bladework resets Fiora's autoattack timer. Honestly, the added slow and garenteed critical strike feel bad. Fiora used to have critical build in the past and it was a nice way to build her. Now this path is completly gone and the slow is not a huge need for the current ultimate I have in mind. It will open path for critical build without being too oppressive. Grand Challenge TARGET RANGE: 500 EFFECT RADIUS: 600 COST: 100 Mana COOLDOWN: 110 / 90 / 70 Passive: Duelist's Dance's bonus movement speed is increased. Active: Fiora challenges the target enemy champion for 8 seconds. During the duration she can cast Lunge with a 0.5 second cooldown and no mana cost . While near the target, Fiora gains Duelist's Dance's bonus movement speed. Grand Challenge 2 If her target die, she feel refreshed and releived from her success and she gain bonus health regeneration and mana regeneration( Numbers are subject to discussion, have no numbers set here) **I REPEAT, THIS IS A REWORK CONCEPT!
