Tanyr is a control mage with a kit build around crowd control and assisting his team as well as being able to deal damage on his own if needed. ... In short his story is about him being a scientist who is trying to be able to trap the Energy of the sun and the moon. When he is almost done with finishing his machine, mainly excisting of a special orb that can store the energy and 2 rings of rare metal to direct the energy into the orb, a woman with hooves (Soraka) visits him in his dreams and trying to warn him about an upcoming crisis. He wakes up with the feeling of terror and dispair, knowing he can't do anything about it but flee this very moment. He takes his lifeswork to his small boat trying to warn everyone who he encounters, but they don't want to listen. As he sails away he can feel a darkness coming from behind him, he looks back and sees his home being devoured by a black mist. Hearing screams and cries from the people he knew. As he tries to flee, the mist touches the sea and starts to make gruesome waves and let the blue air turn into a dark storm. All he can do is try to go as far as het can as he hears the woman speak again "Folow the light and find salvation", but the clouds got so thick that he can't see anthings but darkness and the small light on the front of his boat. After a while the waves become unmanagable and he fears that his time has come. At that moment he feels warmth, and is all his sorrows had dissapeared, far away he saw beam of light being shot into the sky. It was so strong it pierced trough the dark stormy clouds. Without thinking or knowing why, he started his machine trying to capture its light as it was his only hope. Instead of just absorbing the lights energy the machine was able to bend it. Making a bright of light inbetween Tanry and what looked like a ginormous mountain. That is the last memory he had, when he was still just a scientist from the Blessed Isles. **Fun fact, the celestials saw the potential in Tanyr and his machine and were able to perfect it to design and make the Sundisc of Shurima from it. (Even though I don't know it would be possible with the timeline of Runeterra)** ... **Abilities** **Cosmic flux** Tanyr can only use one ability at a time and must wait or cancel his current ability to be able to use another. While using an ability, Tanyr’s basic attacks get buffed by the opposite Cosmic-ring the ability uses. Also, since he has two ultimate abilities they can both level up to level 4 and he does not have to wait until level 6 to get is ult. He does have to have at least 3 skill points in his Q before he can unlock either of them. After that the abilities work as normal abilities to level up. Solar-ring Tanyr’s basic attacks deal (+5 per level) bonus magic damage and has a decaying slow of (+5% ability Power) % Movement Speed for 1 second. Lunar-ring Tanyr’s basic attacks deal (+5 per level) bonus magic damage and 10 (+5% per Ability Power) bonus true damage. **Energy flow** Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 Mana Cooldown: 6/10/14/10/6 Range: 900 From level 1: Tanyr shoots a ball of lunar energy to the target direction, going trough all enemies hit dealing 50/60/70/80/90 (+40% Ability Power) magic damage and 20 (+10% per Ability Power) true damage. From level 2: After casting the first part of the ability, Tanyr’s Solar-ring appears at the target location. If Tanyr reactivates the ability when the energy ball hits the Solar ring, the ball of energy returns as a ball of Solar energy in a line to a location determined by Tanyr's current movement. The ball goes through all enemies hit dealing 50/60/70/80/90 (+40% Ability Power) magic damage and slows for (+10% per Ability Power) movement speed for 1 second. From level 3 and up: If Tanyr is near the end of the target location and reactivates the ability as the energy ball hits it, he combines his Lunar- and Solar-ring using them to shoot a flare of energy. The flare deals 40 (+15% per Ability Power) true damage and stuns all enemies hit for 2 seconds. _Tanyr cannot basic attack during this time._ **Equilibrium** Cost: 70/80/90/100/110 Mana Cooldown: 16/14/12/10/8 Range: 650 ON ALLY CAST: Tanyr throws his Solar-ring at an allied champion, shielding them for 50/85/120/155/190 (+50% Ability Power) damage and 2.5/5/7.5/10/12.5 % less damage taken from all sources for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds. _Tanyr’s basic attacks will be buffed by his Lunar-ring for the duration._ ON ENEMY CAST: Tanyr throws his Lunar-ring at an enemy champion, dealing 50/85/120/155/190 (+50% Ability Power) damage to them and 2.5/5/7.5/10/12.5 % increased damage taken from all sources for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds. _Tanyr’s basic attacks will be buffed by his Solar-ring for the duration._ **Solar flare** Cost: 70 Mana Cooldown: 19/16/13/10 Target range: 1000 Using his Solar-ring, Tanyr summons an impassable wall of Solar energy down the path of a terrain-wall to the target location, pushing units inside away to the target location. With a length of 200/ 300/400 /500 units the wall lasts for a minimal of 3 seconds when he reactivates the ability or 5 seconds when the ability ends. _Tanyr’s basic attacks will be buffed by his Lunar-ring for the duration. Solar flare and Lunar crater have a shared cooldown_ **Lunar crater** Cost: 70 mana Cooldown: 19/16/13/10 Target range: 1000 Using his Lunar-ring, Tanyr creates a crater trough terrain perpendicular to the target path with the first target location as the middle of the crater. The crater forms with a width of 500 units and a maximum length of 100/300/500/700 units and lasts for 5 seconds. When closing, the land forms back from the middle of the crater to the ends of it, pushing all units to the ends. _Tanyr’s basic attacks will be buffed by his Solar-ring for the duration. Solar flare and Lunar crater have a shared cooldown_ ... **I would love to know you're guys' thoughts about him and what kind of art you would be able to come up with. Would love to do that myself but I'm not a good grafic designer** ...
