This is probably one of my more ambitious concepts, as it is three separate champions that can merge to form one champion that is controlled by all three of them. Please note this as you are reading the concept. Also, this is a very long concept for those who have less patience.
Koehlei is the Creator of Life, and has the power to conjure life. She is similar to Ivern and Maokai where she has a branching crown above her head and green accents throughout her model. I imagine her to have a lower body similar to lissandra where it sort of integrates itself into the ground below it.
Ravar is the Creator of Destruction and also has a branching crown however it is more spiny and threatening and has red accents instead of green accents. And like Koehlei the lower half of his (Ravar is a guy) body also integrates into the ground like Lissandra.
Teneivo is the Creator of Change and has a branching crown that curls into wavelike shapes. He has blue accents and his lower body integrates itself into the ground.
Together they form Talumonei, the spirit of raw creation.
Ravar is an offensive mage, Koehlei is a tank, and Teneivo is a support.
For the kits we will start with Koehlei.
**Passive: Spirit of Life**
. At level 6 Koehlei may participate in **The Merging**
. When below 50% of maximum hp basic attacks against enemy champions or large monsters will heal Koehlei for 3.5% of his maximum health.
**Q: Life Spring **
Koehlei sends spiritual energy into the ground, dealing 70/90/110/130/150+(5% maximum health)+(35% ability power) damage to all enemies in the target area. If Koehlei is in the target area she will stun enemies for 0.75 seconds and will heal herself for 2% of his maximum health for each enemy hit.

**W: Breathing Bloom**
Koehlei conjures a magical flower upon a target location. This flower will block enemy projectiles that go within 200 units of it and will last 2/3/4/5/6 seconds. Koehlei can auto attack the flower to heal herself for 20/40/60/80/100+(45% ability power)+(2/3/4/5/6% bonus health) health. Enemy champions can destroy the flower with 4 auto attacks (same as control ward).

E: Breath of Life
After a delay of 0.5 seconds Koehlei renders herself immune to damage for 0.5 seconds. If she is below 30/35/40/45/50% of her maximum health this heals her for 10/20/30/40/50+(40% ability power)+(4% bonus health) health.
R: Creator of Life
. During the Merging Koehlei still has access to this ability
Koehlei conjures a massive tree upon a target location, all units that die within 700/900/1100 units of the tree will turn into a tree spirit. Tree spirits have 30% of Koehlei's health, her movement speed, and her attack damage. These tree spirits will prioritize who Koehlei is attacking and will last for 4/5/6 seconds. The tree cannot be destroyed and it lasts 6/8/10 seconds.

**Passive: Spirit of change**
. Upon reaching level 6 Taneivo may participate in **the Merging**
Changing of Power
Taneivo gains shield equal to 20% of the damage he or teammates shielded by him deal.
**Q: Shifting of Creation**
Taneivo fires a projectile that damages all enemies hit for 90/110/130/150/170+(50% ability power) damage. Taneivo gains 5% movement speed for every enemy hit. This movement speed lasts 3 seconds.
**W: Natural Selection**
Taneivo shields a target ally champion (or self) for 40/70/100/130/160+(45% ability power) health (its a shield not a heal) for 3 seconds. If the shield is destroyed by enemies the ally will gain 10/15/20/25/30% movement speed for 2 seconds and immunity to crowd control for 1.5 seconds.

Taneivo buffs an ally champion for 5 seconds. If an ally takes damage that would deal more than 30% of their maximum health within 1 second they will be granted a shield for 50/90/130/170/210+(50% ability power).
note: if a rengar for example jumps your adc triggering this effect, the shield would be blocking the damage that would normally one shot them.

**R: Temporary Evolution**
Taneivo grants an ally 10/15/20% bonus lifesteal for 5 seconds. On top of that they are granted 30/40/50+(5% for every 100 ability power) movement speed for 3 seconds.

Now for Ravar
**Passive: Spirit of Destruction**
. Upon reaching level 6 Ravar may participate in** the Merging **
. Deals 15% more damage to enemies that are impaired in any way.
Ravar fires a projectile that deals 90/120/150/180/210+(70% ability power) damage to the first 3 enemies hit.
**W: Flaming Empowerment**
Ravar's next 2 basic attacks have 200 more range and deal 20/40/60/80/100+(35% ability power)+(50% bonus attack damage) bonus magic damage.
cooldown: 12 flat
**E: Downfall of Life**
Ravar fires destructive magical energy in a 45 degree cone, dealing 80/100/120/140/160+(60% ability power) damage to all enemies hit
R: Precise Execution**
Ravar fires three waves of magic at a target enemy over the next 1.5 seconds. Each deals 30/60/90+(35% ability power) damage. If target enemy champion moves further than 300 units out of max cast range this spell is ended.
target range: 800/1000/1200
All three champions must be in one match on ally team and be within 1500 units of one another
Upon reaching level 6 all three champions can request the Merging by clicking on their passive icon. When a player requests the Merging the other players (if all three champs are present) will hear a sound and will see a glowing icon in their passive. They can accept by clicking on passive, and can decline by not clicking passive. If there is not response from other players within 15 seconds of initial request the Merging will be cancelled. This icon will glow blue if requested by Taneivo, red if by Ravar, and green if by Koehlei.
If anyone denies the request allies cannot request for another 20 seconds.
If all three accept however all will become untargetable and be transported to their average position (will be same distance from where all three champs are located.) Then they will form Talumonei. Even if any of them are injured Talumonei will have full hp
The player playing Koehlei will control the movement of Talumonei but only have access to their ultimate
The player playing Taneivo will have access item actives and summoner spells but only have access to their ultimate
The player controlling Ravar will control who Talumonei attacks, and will have access to all of their abilities. Talumonei gains 200 bonus attack range (Ravar's base is 550) and can attack while moving. Talumonei will reduce all crowd control by 50%
Now I will go into how Talumonei's stats are determined.
Health: (150% Koehlei's hp)+(100% Taneivo's hp)+(100% Ravar's hp)
Armor and magic resist: 120% of Koehlei's hp and resistances
CDR: This will be Taneivo's cooldown reduction
Ability power: (100% Ravar's AP)+(50% Taneivo's AP)
Attack damage: 100% Ravar's AD
Movement speed: Koehlei's movement speed
Lifesteal/Spellvamp: Ravar's lifesteal and spellvamp
Magic pen/armor pen/lethality: All will be Ravar's
**Note/DANGER: If Talumonei is killed all three champions will die!!!!**
If Talumonei is not killed they will last 25 seconds. After which the three champions will be separated again. The Merging has a cooldown of 240

Low Crowd control for a tank
Extremely high shielding
Low damage and Crowd control
No ability to defend himself
No crowd control
