Passive: Explosive Accumulation
Hitting champions or big monsters (or epics) enemies with abilities gives Kipum charges of explosive accumulation. By having 3 charges, the next non-ultimate ability launched will be enhanced. Enhanced abilities do not charge explosive accumulation.
Passive 2: Confusion
Kipum's abilities inflict confusion charges on the enemy champions, up to a maximum of 5. Each charge inflicts 2 seconds (increasing and renewing for each charge) of 3% (per charge) of reduction of all statistics (except life and mana). If Kipum hits an enemy with 5 confusion charges with a basic attack, he suffers from a 20% reduction in statistics instead of 15% for 12 sec instead of 10 (Renewable with abilities). Basic attacks renew "confusion" for one second each.
Q: Explosive Powder
Mana cost: 60/70/80/90/100
CD: 10/9/8.5/8/6.5 seg
Kipum channels a magical explosive powder into a small area. If Kipum hits the affected enemies before they pass 3 / 3.2 / 3.4 / 3.6 / 4 seconds, the enemy will suffer 80/100/130/165/205 (+ 40/45/50/55/60% of the AP) magic damage and a "confusion" charge will be applied
Q (Enhanced): Duper-Explosive Powder
Mana cost: Same
Double the time it takes to hit the enemy, deal 25% more damage and apply 1 extra "confusion" charge.
Mana cost: 80/85/95/110/120
Kipum creates in a position within reach a small column that lasts 2/3/4/5/6 from which Kipumkazes leave every 1 sec. Each Kipumkaz inflicts 40/55/75/100/125 (+ 5/8/12/17/22% of the AP) in the form of magical damage to nearby enemies, prioritizing the champions. Kipumkazes inflict only one "confusion" charge per skill throw, but each Kipumkaz reloads the charges.
W (Powered): Rain of Kipumkazes
Mana cost: Same
Kipumkazes deal 10% more damage and appear every 0.5 sec, plus they run faster and damage area.
E: Explosive Wave
Mana cost: 50/60/70/80/100
Explosive Wave pushes nearby enemies damaging them by 60/85/100/120/150 (+ 5/7/10/13/17% of AP and 40/48/57/68/80% of AD) and inflicting 1 charge of "confusion". It also increases the speed of movement of Kipum by 15/20/25/30/40%.
E (Potentiated): Hyper-Explosive Wave
Deals 40% more damage increases the movement speed bonus by 50%. Give enemies another extra "confusion" charge.
R: Space Explosion
Kipum channels for 1 sec a teleportation to an area near the reach. In the landing zone, Kipum damages the enemies with 200/275/375 (+45/56/70 of the AP and 15/20/25% of the AD) and inflicts a "confusion" charge. Nearby enemies receive 20% more damage and an extra "confusion" charge, and very close enemies receive 40% more damage and 2 extra "confusion" charges.
