Oh boy, this one's REALLY old. It's been about 6-7 months since I last posted a concept, though, and I'm not sure what I can do to improve upon this one. Considering I haven't been thinking about it since... a month ago? For minimal changes?
Either way, Kuzara's here now! Thanks to all the people in the C&C Discord who've helped out with this concept (and others).
**Niche:** Aggressive, enabling support who benefits allies who enjoy diving in on somebody.
**Lore:** Hidden deep in the Kumungu Jungle, you can find tribes who have forgotten of the outside world for centuries in favor of isolation. Coerced by the whispers of serpentine spirits, the Witch Doctor returns home with secrets with which to save the sick, even if it means their salvation lies in the life of a wandering spirit-- their own or otherwise.
**Lore, expanded:** Kuzara belongs to an isolated tribe in the Kumungu Jungle-- however, as the tribe remains unknowing to Noxian invasions, they are unaware of the cause of dying wildlife and sudden plagues. The first of his tribe to leave the jungle in centuries, he journeys outwards and learns of the invasion, along with the secrets to unsealing his tribe's cultural rituals and turning it into real, raw magical power. Now, he journeys home, armed with the strength to both heal his friends and eradicate the Noxians.
**The Witch Doctor**
Upon striking an enemy champion with an ability, Kuzara marks them as *Intoxicated*. Their and allies’ attacks against this marked target afflict them with stacks of *Intoxicated*, detonating at 5 stacks to restore 50 - 150(+45% AP) health to the nearest low health ally (based on level). This cannot occur on the same enemy champion more than once every 20 - 6 seconds (based on level).
**[Q] Venom Drench:**
Cooldown: 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 seconds
Kuzara fires a blast of toxins in the target direction, travelling 800 units and dealing 50/80/120/150/180(+65% AP) magic damage over 2 seconds to the first target struck, slowing them by 30/32.5/35/37.5/40% for the duration.
Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 seconds
Upon activation, Kuzara lobs a flask to the target area within 750 units, exploding upon landing and dealing 40/60/80/100/120(+40% AP) magic damage to enemies within 225 units of it. Allies caught within this are granted 10/15/20/25/30(+10% AP) bonus magic damage on their next attack within 5 seconds, increasing up to a maximum of 40/60/80/100/120(+40% AP) magic damage after 3 seconds.
Cooldown: 16 seconds
Kuzara commands grasping spirits to fly out in the target direction, travelling 700 units and dealing 70/95/120/145/170(+40% AP) magic damage to enemies struck, pulling them a maximum of 300 units closer to Kuzara.
**[R]: Mortal Coil:**
Cooldown: 140/120/100 seconds
Kuzara invokes the power of a serpentine spirit, striking the first champion struck. After 0.2 seconds, it launches itself outwards, striking the nearest champion within 400 units who has not yet been struck. If this strikes an ally, it grants them for 30/35/40% movement speed for 2 seconds, as well as shielding them for 80/120/160(+30% AP), plus 10/15/20(+7.5% AP) additional shielding per bounce, up to a maximum of 160/240/320(+60% AP) shielding. If this strikes an enemy, it deals 50/75/100(+30% AP) magic damage, stunning them for 0.2 seconds plus 0.1 per bounce, up to a maximum of 1 second.
