Rework for Morgana and Kayle

Riot has recently published a report ,saying that "There will be 3 new champions and 7 rework champions in 2018". We have already Swain, Irelia and Aatrox. So the left 4 champions would be some other "boring“or"Unhealthy"champions. Well, I want Nunu, Akali (or Ryze), and the Angel Sisters rework, and I bet them!! Hello guys! I am a LOL lore nerd. Therefore, an old backstories of Morgana and Kyle will be one of the reasons why they need a rework soon. You can't put these angles' lore in any place of this new League of Legends World, no way. But now, let‘s be designers ourselves, to make up a new lore of these angels, along with their new abilities. Here is my design: Since the creature Angels can't fit any role of Runeterra (Demons like Tham, Noc, or Evenlyn? well Morgana could be it but Kayle??), I hope the sisters to be from the universe. However, aliens or gods like Aurelion Sol, Darkin' Targons? not either! too normal and ordinary. Do you guys remeber Nagakabouros? The god of Illaoi's. It is not a physical creature but an incarnation of a universal concept. So, since we lack real initial gods in LOL's universe, how about letting the two sisters be them! Why there is religion like Kinkou(the balance), why is there Void? why are there death and life, the lamb and wolf like Kindred? Why is there Darkin'......... All these elements come from the unique existence:"the light and the dark: the initial elements when the universe was created by someone, or just naturally created" Kayle-the initial and first light of this universe: She stands for the light, space and life. Morgana-the initial and first dark of this universe: She stands for the dark, time, and death. I create this out of the Daoist philosophy: Ying and Yang. Actually, I think all the LOL world is kind of based on it. Thus, the figure of Kayle will not be a masked soldier with a sword, she will be a gorgeous goddess. Morgana will not be like a ugly sexy demon, but also a goddess of dark. something like this: Now, I post the abilities that I designed. **Kayle-The First Light:(mage and support, Key Elements: Light, Space and Life )** **Passive: Light's Speed** Kayle gains bonus attack speed with 10/14/18/22% (increase at lvl 1/6/11/16). This buff will be shared by the most near ally champion. If this ally champion and Kayle attack the same enemy champion, his magic resistence and armor will be reduced at 10/12/14/16%, lasting for 3 seconds(cooldown:16/14/12/10s). **Q:Irradiation** Kayle illuminates an area, inflicting all the enemies 80/120/160/200/240(+0.8AP) magic damage and obtaining their vision sight for 5 seconds max. If the enemies are exposed in this light over 1.25 seconds, rays of light will attack them, stunning them for 1.5 seconds. Mana:50/55/60/65/70 CD:11/10/9/8/7 **W:Domain of the light** Kayle summons a ray of light in the objective area, after a short delay, a HUGE magic circle will appear with that light as the center point for 8 seconds. Kalye, and the nearest ally champion(no matter long or short ranged) can attack the enemies who are at any place of the big circle, regardless of the attack distance. Additionally, Kayle's BASIC attack will gains bouns magic damage as 40/55/60/75/90(+0.3AP)(+0.1 bonus AD). The near enemies will recieve the same damage. Enemies can not walk out this circle in the first 3 seconds. If they walk out, they will enter into the circle from the other side. Kalye can recast the ability to shut down the magic circle for entering into CD earlier. Mana:60 CD:16/14/12/10/8 (Counts down from when the circle shut down or ends) **E:Holy Shield** Kayle protects an ally champion or herself inmediately from any type of damage for 1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.25 seconds. If the protected one recieves a mortal damage during the protection, after it ends, he will restore the life of 70/90/110/130/150(+0.4AP). Mana:80/85/90/95/100 CD:34/32/30/28/26 (CD counts down at the disappearance of shiled) **R:The Light** After a delay, Kayle radiates light towards all directions. The light will illuminate all the map in 5 seconds, dispersing the war mist for ally team during 2/3.5/5 seconds. Any ally champion's dead body afected by the light will revive and continue to fight for max. 2/3.5/5 seconds. Mana:100/110/120 CD:150/135/120 **Morgana-The First Dark (Mage and support. Key elements: Darkness, Time, and Death)** **Passive: Dark reaper** If a champion, ally or enemey, dies around Morgana, she can reap a dark element. In 25/30/35/40/45/50 seconds(increase at lvl1/4/7/10/13/16), the damage of Morgana's next cast of basic ability will be increased by 5/7/9/11/13/15(+0.01AP)% as bonus damage based on the objective's lost life. **Q:Black hole** Morgana casts a black hole forwards, rooting the first enemy unit for 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds. Then, Morgana rips its life gradually, causing 90/130/170/210/250(+0.9AP) in total as magic damage during the rooting. Meanwhile, Morgana can restore her own life with half of the damage inflicted. Mana:40/50/60/70/80 CD:12/11/10/9/8 **W:Forbbiden zone of the livings** Morgana summons a magic circle in an area, for slowing down all the enemies by 15% for 2 seconds. After 2 seconds, the circle causes magic damage to all the enemies in it by 60/100/140/180/220(+1.0AP)._(The minions get doble damage)_ The damage will be caused inmediately to enemies whose movement is inmovilized(like rooted, or stunned etc.) Mana:55/60/65/70/75 CD:12 **E: Shadow World** Morgana gives an ally champion(including herself) a magic shield against only one control effects, but it can not absorb any damage. If the shield is not broken up in 3 seconds, the protected ally champion will be INVISIBLE (Can't be seen by control ward), lasting for max. 1.75/2/2.25/2.5/2.75 seconds. Any ability cast or attack will make the champion show up from the INVISIBILITY earlier. Mana:75 CD:22/21/20/19/18 (Counts down at the disppearance of the shield and the beginning of the INVISIBLITY. **R:The Darkness** After a delay, Morgana summons the Dark expanding all over the map in 5 seconds. The dark will reduce the vision of this map for all the champions(ally or enemy) and stop their time except Morgana herself (the effect is like Zhongya). The dark lasts for 2/3.5/5 seconds, inflicting all ENEMY champions by 160/210/260(+0.5AP) magic damage. However, Morgana can not attack or damage any enemy champion in other ways, or the dark disppears inmediately. The damage will decrease based on the distance between enemy and Morgana, into 50% minu.
