(A) Warmog's Heart - Resolve - Greater Rune

Warmog's Heart: Short Description: Stats from items increase overtime. _"They were a caring bloom, those Warmogs." - Ivern._ Detailed Description: Every 3 minutes, the stats gained from your items increase by 5%, for a maximum 25% bonus per item. However, this bonus resets if the item is built into another, or is sold. Rebuying does not bring back bonus stats from Warmog's Heart. This will not increase bonus stats. ( Rod of Ages, Spellbinder Active, etc. ) Example: {{item:3907}} + 120 Ability Power + 10% Movement speed -Turns into- {{item:3907}} +150 Ability Power + 12(.5)% Movement Speed. Ideal champions: {{champion:516}} {{champion:98}} {{champion:31}} {{champion:10}} Ideal items: {{item:3083}} {{item:3075}} {{item:3748}} {{item:3027}} {{item:3089}} Why Resolve? I fear that if put in any other category, it could make assassins and ADCs overpowered in late game with no hindering factors. Putting Warmog's Heart ( Not to be confused with the passive. ) in Resolve would force 3 Resolve runes on the champion using it, which are mostly for defense rather than offense; making champions like Akali ( Hextech Gunblade bonus stats ) have to sacrifice damage. I've thought about it, and I know champions like Veigar would take this rune to heart, ( no pun intended ) and abuse it. I can't help that case just yet.

We're testing a new feature that gives the option to view discussion comments in chronological order. Some testers have pointed out situations in which they feel a linear view could be helpful, so we'd like see how you guys make use of it.
