Vernal the golem maker
Vernal was a simple engineer in Piltover's under belly of Zaun when he stumbled over a wreckage of a prototype battle golem called Atlan he quickly repaired it giving it's two giant mechanical hands levitation capabilities Vernal is in his late teens has short black hair and welding googles a brown jacket and dark blue pants
Atlan rebuilt discription.
A massive robot made up of numerous floating parts. Such as a head with a single robotic eye torso upper right and left arm lower left and right arm, hands, thighs and lower legs. Floating above the ground. Between each part is a aura that is the color of the current shield active. Every 3rd auto attack Atlan's hands becomes a double edged blades. The robots color is white and black with gold decals.
design goal: concept simple in concept but complex in use. inspired by both iron giant and the big daddys from biosock.

**passive: Throne of Hands:** Out side of combat Vernal sit on one of the gaint hands gaining a movement speed buff of 25% based on level and is immune to the first movement impairing ability that hits him. (damage still applies) minion damage do not count as in combat
**Atlan awakened:** when atlan is active. He has a constant 25% movment speed buff outside of combat and is immune to movement impairing abilities. (damage still applies)

ACTIVE: Vernal selects a targeted spot after a 0.25 second delay one of the mechanical fist to slam down enemies in the center of the falling fist are knocked down and receive physical damage (20/40/60/80/100 +70% AD) and a stun for 0.5 seconds
those out side of the falling fist are pushed aside for 0.5 seconds receiving (15/30/45/60/75 +60% AD)
can be cast one additional time cool down applies to each separate cast
**while Atlan is active:** cost 5% of atlan's Hp in addition to the mana cost. With a 5 second cooldown
Tremor Protocol can no longer be cast twice, but effect radius is doubled as Atlan will leap to the targets location slamming both fist down creating an explosion in a 480 radius dealing (40/60/80/100/120 +70% AD) physical damage to enemy's in the center. They are also a stunned for 1 seconds. Enemies outside the center receive (30/60/75/90/105 +60% AD) physical damage pushed aside for 1 seconds.
**W: Defensive protocol **COST: 60/65/70/75/80 MANA COOLDOWN: 18/17/16/15/14 EFFECT RADIUS 400
ACTIVE: Atlans' hands creates a shield around Vernal based off (10/20/30/40/50% of missing hp) while shield is active enemies are magnatized to Vernal (50% increased moment speed towards Vernal 50% slowed when moving away from Vernal.)

**While Atlan is active **
Defensive protocol will instead be a 1 second cooldown toggle for either a magic shield or physical Shields the cost of 4% of atlan's Hp Each time it switches it will deal magic damage of 1% current shields. Effect radius is doubled to 400 enemies are magnetized when inside this radius

**first Activation** Vernal directs Atlan's right hands to fire a blast of energy in a 50° arc for a range of 550 dealing ( 25/50/75/100/125 +70% AD) enemies inside the inner 275 radius of the blast are burned for (10/20/30/40/50) magic damage over 1.25 seconds
**second activation** Vernal directs Atlan's left hands to fire a blast of energy in a 50° arc for a range of 550 dealing (25/50/75/100/125 +70% AD) enemies inside the inner 275 radius of the blast are burned for (10/20/30/40/50) magic damage over 1.25 seconds
**third activation **Atlan's hands move to be in front of Vernal firing a large orange 500 radius sphere in front of him for a range of 800 that shoots out plasma arcs at enemies within 250 distance of the sphere. for 50 magic damage every 0.25 seconds and are magnetized to the sphere. on impact with enemy champion/epic or large monster/terrain explodes dealing (50/75/100/125/150 +75% AD) in a 550 radius. Enemies hit by the blast are burned for (10/20/30/40/50) magic damage over 1.25 seconds
**when atlan is active:
Blast protocol no longer has cooldown (unless charged then it has a 5 second cooldown.), but cost 2% of Atlan's hp to use in addition to mana
**on tap** Atlan's alternates between right and left hand to fire a blast of energy in a 60° arc for a range of 650 dealing (50/75/100/125/150 +70% AD) enemies inside the inner 325 radius of the blast are burned for (10/20/30/40/50) magic damage over 1.25 seconds
**on hold ** channels energy into both hands for 0.5 seconds for a cost of 15% of atlan's hp and 140 mana then Atlan fires a gigantic 800 radius sphere in front of him with increased speed at a range of 1000 that shoots out plasma arcs at enemies within 400 distance of the sphere. for 50 magic damage every 0.25 seconds and are magnetized to the sphere.On impact with enemy champion/epic or large monster/terrain explodes dealing (75/200/215/225/250 +80% AD) in a 550 radius. Enemies hit by the blast t are burned for (10/20/30/40/50) magic damage over 1.25 seconds the sphere also moves much faster. causes ability to go on cool down for 4 seconds

after a 0.5 second channel
Vernal summons the body of Atlan jumping onto its shoulder. Atlan Shielding Vernals hp for 30/40/50% of Vernal max hp for either exclusively magic damage or physical damage. While in Atlan mode every 3rd auto attack has 100 range extension and Ignores (25/50/75%) of enemy armor. Shield decays by a time scaling of ever 0.25 second for 1-? tick outside of combat. Mana and cooldown refunded by half if channel interrupted.
Vernal is put into stasis for 0.5 seconds if Atlan shields hit 0 as Atlan disintegrates
