Merg, the Voracious Mutant

Idea for a new champion, designed for an aggressive jungler/top-laner. With many choices for mutations, as well as health and defense scaling via his passive and ultimate, Merg represents an ever-shifting foe, changing to adapt to the situation or to press his own advantages. Health 540 Health/Level 80 Health Regen /5 Sec 5.5 Health Regen /5 Sec /Level .5 Armor 35 Armor/Level 2.5 Magic Resistance 30 Magic Resistance/Level 1.25 Attack Damage 65 Attack Damage/Level 3 Attack Speed .670 Attack Speed/Level 2.1% Movement Speed 340 Attack Range 125 units Melee Passive: **Hungry!** --------- Merg gains 1 stack every time he kills a unit, 10 every time he kills an enemy champion or large monster. --------- Stacks grant 1 bonus health each. Every 100 stacks, allows Merg to mutate. Each mutation can be selected up to 3 times. ------------------ Armor Mutation: 3%/4%/5% Damage Reduction ------------------ Magic Resistance Mutation: 5/10/15 Tenacity ------------------ Health Regeneration Mutation: 5/10/15 health regen per second ------------------ Movement Speed Mutation: 10/20/30 base movement speed Q: **Kneebiter** CD: 6/5/4/3/2 seconds Range: 150 units --------- Merg takes a big bite out of his target, his next auto-attack dealing bonus damage and slowing the target. --------- If used on an enemy champion or large monster, Merg gains 1 stack of Hungry! --------- Applies on-hit effects. ------------------ Bonus Damage: 10/20/30/40/50 (+70% bonus AD) ------------------ Slow: 40%/45%/50%/55%/60% for 1.75 seconds. ------------------ Q Mutation: Heal for 10/20/30 (+2/3/5% maximum health) W: **Lunch!** CD: 14/12/10/8/6 seconds Range: 650 units --------- Merg lunges at a targeted location, if an enemy champion or large monster are in the way, Merg latches onto --------- them. Merg remains latched onto target for 2 seconds, unless Lunch! is reactivated giving him a second --------- smaller leap. While latched, Merg automatically auto-attacks the target and moves with them. Each --------- auto-attack while latched regenerates health. Auto-attacks apply on-hit effects as usual. --------- Merg cannot be displaced while latched. ------------------ Second Leap: 250/275/300/325/350 units ------------------ Health Regained: 2%/3%/4%/5%/6% missing health ------------------ W Mutation: Increased Attack Speed while latched 10%/20%/30% E: **My Forest! Mine!** CD: 40/37/34/31/28 seconds Range: Self Cast --------- Merg stalks the trees in search of food, gaining camouflage while in brush and for several seconds outside --------- of brush. The camouflage resets it's duration if Merg re-enters brush within the duration, but not if he --------- breaks the camouflage by attacking. While camouflaged, Merg gains greatly enhanced speed and his first --------- auto-attack causes his target to bleed for 3 seconds. While camouflaged all brush in quadrant of jungle visibly shakes to --------- indicate Merg is in the area (Does not happen if Merg is in lane). --------- CD begins when camouflage is broken or duration elapses. ------------------ Duration: 4/5/6/7/8 ------------------ Movement Speed: 30%/40%/50%/60%/70% ------------------ Bleed: 5/10/15/20/25 (+20% bonus AD) physical damage per second ------------------ Detection Range: 500 ------------------ E Mutation: Bleed damage is increased by 5/10/15 (+1% maximum health) R: **Tasty! Eat you!** --------- CD: 120/110/100 seconds --------- Range: Self --------- Passive: Merg gains extra auto-attack range when enemies are below 30% max health. --------- Active: Next attack marks the target, if marked target dies within the duration Merg gains 10 permanent Armor or Magic Resist (adaptive to target's --------- highest of AP or AD). Damage from marked targets against Merg is reduced. ------------------ Passive Range Increase: 30/40/50 ------------------ Duration: 12 seconds ------------------ Damage Reduction: 15%/20%/25%
