**Belveder, The Holy Paladin**
**Passive: Resolute Protection**
Whenever a nearby champion receives damage Belveder is shielded for 10% of the amount for 3 seconds, stacking up to 30% of his Max Health, and then drains his shield by 5% Max Health per second after the 3 seconds expires healing himself for the amount.
When Belveder's shield breaks after reaching at least 10% Max Health he gains 20% bonus Movement Speed for 1.5 seconds.
**Q: Shield Breaker | CD 9 | Dash Range 400 | Spear Range 250-350**
Passive: Belveder deals 20/30/40/50/60% extra damage against shielded targets.
Active: Belveder rushes forward and then charges a stab with his spear over 1.5 seconds increasing in range slightly and dealing more damage the longer it is charged.
Deals 30/50/70/90/110 (+70% Attack Damage) - 75/125/175/225/275 (+125% Attack Damage) Physical Damage.
If Belveder breaks a shield with this then he slows the target by 35/40/45/50/55% for 1 second and the target takes 5-10% of their Missing Health as True Damage.
**W: Sweeping Feathers | CD 16/15.5/15/14.5/14 | Range 500/600/700/800/900 | Wave Width 250 units**
Belveder swings his spear and sends out a wave of feathers to knock back enemies 100 units and blind them for 1.5 seconds.
Deals 60/100/140/180/220 (+100% Bonus Attack Damage) Physical Damage to units within 200 units and doubles the knockback.
**E: Divine Descension | CD 20/18/16/14/12 | Range 650 | Radius 150**
Belveder quickly jumps in the air and lands in a nearby area after 0.25 seconds, gaining 40/50/60/70/80% bonus Attack Speed for 5 seconds, stunning enemies hit by the impact for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds, and shielding himself for 10% of his Max Health for 3 seconds.
**R: Sinner's Remorse | CD 25(1 recast) | Radius 150**
Belveder quickly spins his spear around himself, creating a small whirlwind that deflects all incoming projectiles back at attackers for 1 second, reflected projectiles deal 20% (+5% Bonus Attack Damage) of the original damage. Holds 1/2/3 charges.
**Passive - Blasphemy:** Belveder's 1st attack on a unit taunts them for 0.5/1/1.5 seconds. 8 second cooldown per unit.
R could be changed... Not sure how to make him a melee ADC, but that's kind of my goal. For him to be paired with Siegfried.
I think Q would be pretty decent against a Morgana, as he won't deal damage to her shield but will still deal 60% increased damage. Given, if there are only heals and no shields then he loses a LOT of damage potential. Best to play him into a Janna/Thresh/Morg/Lulu/Rakan/Sona, not Braum/Alistar/Bard/Blitz/Nami/Soraka or any AP mage gone rogue sup like Vel'Koz. You can also find success against champs like Yasuo and Malphite, since you can E any oncoming CC(tornando/unstoppable force) and then deal nice damage when breaking their shield.
