I was thinking about the items in the game and having a champion that actually change appearance base on the item they wear felt like something new, this idea currently i decided to only have three items to change her appearance I didn't wanted to overload the character idea and so on. Its basically a tank/bruiser that can somewhat play support with her kit though i understand her w may be a bit too broken but I will adjust the numbers base on what people say on here. Also note she only gets one item active and one new ability passive, she doesn't stack the passives and actives.
**Ruby, The Phantom (V.1)**
**Passive: Phantom Armor**
Ruby must build Thornmail, Spirit Visage or Dead Man’s Plate as her first item, afterwards she is incapable of building the other two items. The item she selected becomes a phantom version of it, she gains an armor appearance base on the first item she chose and a different passive ability base on that first item and a item active depending on the first item.
Thornmail Active: All allies nearby gain a 200 shield for the next five seconds while reflecting 10% of the damage back to enemies as magic damage.
Spirit Visage Active: All allies nearby heal 15% of their maximum health for the next five seconds and removes any grievous wounds debuffs.
Dead Man’s Plate Active: All allies nearby gain 25 bonus movement and 15% more attack speed for the next five seconds.
**Q: Whip of Thorns** (cdr: 14 seconds) (Cast Range: 500) (Recast Range: 750)
Passive: If Ruby has Thornmail as her first item, her basic attacks range is increased to 450 while dealing an additional 10/12.5/15/17.5/20(+20% Armor) physical damage.
Active: Ruby lashes her whip in a cone which knock backs all enemy units hit while dealing 20/45/70/95/120(+60% AD)(+50% Armor) physical damage. Afterwards, Ruby can reactivate this ability within the next 2 seconds, she throws the whip in a straight line tethering the first enemy unit, that target is grounded while dealing 15/30/45/60/75(+20% AD)(+20% Armor) per second for the next 4 seconds.
**W: Spirit Walking **(cdr: 24 seconds)
Passive: If Ruby has Spirit Visage as her first item, she can freely walk though minions and Champions and gains an additional 10/12.5/15/17.5/20% healing from all sources.
Active: Ruby enters into stasis being incapable of harming or getting harmed while moving freely for the next 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds and during this duration she can walk though terrain.
**E: Broken Soul Plate** (cdr: 12 seconds)(Cast Range: 400) (Recast Radius: 300) (Center Radius: 200)
Passive: If Ruby has Dead Man’s Plate as her first item, she gains a permanent 125/150/175/200/225 shield while she has 100% momentum stacks. This shield does not stack.
Active: Ruby jumps to an area stunning enemies in the center for 1 second and dealing 40/60/80/100/120(+10% Armor)(40% AD) physical damage. Afterwards, Ruby can reactivate this ability within 3 seconds, she stomps the ground causing enemies units in the center to be knocked up while knocking back enemies not in the center, dealing 25/50/75/100/125(+30% Armor)(20% bonus AD) physical damage.
**R: Phantom’s Will** (cdr: 120 seconds)
Passive: Every 4 minutes, Ruby’s next revive cooldown is reduced by 5 seconds which caps at 20 second reduced revive cooldown.
Active: For the next 5/6/7 seconds Ruby regenerates 50/80/120(+20% bonus health)(+60% bonus AD) health per second, removes any crowd control affecting Ruby and she gains a decaying 20/40/60% movement speed.
