Why does Riot never sell the band's outfits? ( K/DA, Pentakill and True Damage )

Now please, stop me if you're going to add them soon; but all there is in the pre-orders for True Damage merch is a bracelet, pendant and a jacket with an R key on it. Other ones just being shirts with them on it. Only Akali got any merch for her fashion, and all the other merch was just fanwear. And... I need not mention Pentakill. Why does Riot, or rather the clothing companies they work with; dodge giving us the actual look of the champion? (Besides Prestige Qiyana... who's Louis Vuitton outfit costs well over 30,000$.)
