Is Pool Party ever going to return?

I really like that skin line, they are all like: "Nah, screw war and stuff, let's all go to the pool". Plus the possibilities are endless. Literally every champion fits the theme. Somehow. I seriously wish Riot would bring it back this summer. It may not be the best looking skin line but it's definitively among the coolest ones.
