"But Kat got the Kitty Cat skin 7 years ago!" SO WHAT?! There are more than 100 champions in the game who are waiting for a Halloween skin. If a champion gets a certain themed skin that should mean that champion is getting out of the list and other champions should get the opportunity to get a skin with that theme. But nah.... just release 2 Halloween skins to Katarina...
