He doesn't need it more than anyone else, but it has been 3 years and he is much older than something like Ornn... There really isn't much of a way to say this without sounding biased, but the mains are dying (on the inside) as Riot has all these brand new events with new skins and bard just sits in the corner. 3 years is a long time, Riot... Give the Bard a skin.
