: Dunno why people keep posting these Senna hate threads without actually playing her. She has bipolar matchups. Her win rate isn't that extreme. She has absolute counters, and very little room for even pros to improve on. She has 2 of the hardest damage restrictions in the game on her damage. She self roots. She dies in .5 seconds to anything that can reach her. People just see a kit, idealize it as "OP" because it has some offerings, but don't even know the kit in practice. It has "potential." Like Jhin/Vayne/Kai Sa have "potential." Doesn't mean broken. Means, if you build a team that doesn't counter her, expect to feel oppressed. Kind of like..... when you build a team vs a Master Yi with no hard CC and no real 1 shot capacity..... But oh wait..... people defend Yi.....

: So as predicted senna is tier 1 on release, are we gonna nerf her oppressiveness yet?
Personally I'd reduce her self healing or at least change Q to be a skillshot (something that should have been mandatory on a champ made in 2019). She basically harasses you as much as she likes but if you dare trade her, then she just says lol nope, presses a single damn Q button because that needs so much skill and she not only further harasses you but also goes back to full hp!?
: Maybe the work needed to put Nexus Blitz together was a lot more than simply changing cool down timers and infinite mana bars which can be done in the Training tool. Well as I would say this about URF because I like it so much, I hope they can bring back your favorite mode so you get to have _your_ fun, I personally don't care for those modes that make you use gimmicks and take you away from your champs, but that doesn't mean other people shouldn't get to play the mode they like, since fun is subjective right?
Don't get me wrong, I like URF with all it's simplicity and would also love to see some stats on at least which of the two modes the playerbase actually prefers so I placed my vote on that one. Personally I would go with URF over ARURF anytime. The main excuse of ARURF players was usually that they were fed up seeing a Garen or Jax every game although the same could be said about the random mode and iirc we didn't have any bans either.
: Riot please respond. What are the conditions for success or failure for URF?
I'm not sure what to believe even if we see those stats, they also said Nexus Blitz got old quickly and players eventually stopped playing it but that just feels like bs tbh since it's at least 10x less off-putting than URF and has a high diversity that makes any champ viable for that gamemode unlike this 'pick something obnoxious then roll your face on the keyboard and hope to win' stuff.

TBH I haven't seen that word in chat for at least 3 years and I played with many Polish people (now if you had said jebany that's a whole other question though :D ).
Rioter Comments
: It is good Riot is doing their duty. If you are just gonna mute everybody the instant a game starts and you do not communicate, you KNOW that this is already a bad idea. Why doesn't this person try it in normals and see the outcome rather than ruining people's experiences on ranked que. I bet he will get the same amount of reports anyway.

I bet he will get the same amount of reports anyway. If you did watch the video you could see NB3 checking his match history and he had countless games that he won with this strategy.
: Let me explain this to you as a Lux player. For one, as many have pointed out, her ult is dodgeable and the snare to be ulted is dodgeable. Lux's kit's power requires that she uses ult. Without her ult, she pretty much just pokes relatively negligible damage(unless she's ahead) or you have awful positioning. So what happens if she misses her ult in a team fight? Then she waits for her ult to be up which means she's not contributing to fights much. So what happens if you kill someone with her ult in a team fight? Then she still waits for her ult cd. The CD reduction is so that a Lux that _does her job_ can continue to be relevant in team fights. You can go "boohoo why does she get 2-3 ults in a fight," but for her to do so, she needs to be winning that fight AND other champions have abilities at their disposal to use without waiting on a CD. ADC can just auto and crit for "900" damage consistently throughout the team fight. Lux's ult is pretty much her main damage in a rotation, the resets are just so she can keep doing her job if she's doing well. The assist change was made because recently, due to shield, hexdrinker, supports, that one rune that's pretty much hexdrinker, Lux's ult doesn't always execute, even on a squishy. Now with this buff she gets the reset if the ult would have killed the enemy but your team is who gets the last hit. Some ults are designed so that it's what a champion needs to finish an opponent. I mean that's how assassins work and their ult CD can be even lower or fully reset.
IMO I don't have a problem with Lux's ult CD, it has always been low af so I'm used to it. Malphite, Zed, Fizz and the like on the other hand...
Moon Mom (NA)
: Diana Q bug - not hitting targets that are clearly hit.
Spotted the E bug a while ago, not sure of the cause but Darius' last hit on the cannon minion is about the same time my E ability is used. Also he is on the outer perimeter of Moonfall. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NSa3PMMCopk
: Not really, i don't think you realize the issue here. We don't want him to be a late game champion, it's harder to win the late game becaues of one mistake that can cost you whole game. there are oracle lens that still spot shaco and alot of support counter me with it, also carries know how to position. There are Tabis that block 10% of Shaco's damage, and we know he's assassin based around auto attacks. good support will peel for his carry, and either cc or shield carry for the damage we deal. another thing, as a diamond player i can't afford to play till late game, people tend to close games in mid game.
I won't deny that he is in a bad position and has barely any damage just a bit scared of what Riot would do had they given him back a portion of his spell damage. But I'm rather on that opinion where the game wouldn't be fair until the concept of point and click is eradicated replaced by skillshots completely anyway.
: U do realize Shaco's early game is probably worse then soraka's right? Q does no Dmg E does less dmg then a Auto attack, Yes u can back stab someone but its not like the enemy jungler is gonna be like HEEY stab me in the BACK they straight up bulldozer over shaco's kit. We've basically no scalings at all just on E which is kinda bad, our source of dmg came from duskblade and auto attacks(which getting counterd by ninja tabs) meanwhile most assassins dont have this issue because they've abilities that deal damage.
In early game, yes, but what about his late game especially with his much needed dark harvest? He just appears behind you and does his skillful right click and point and click E combo and any carry is gone in a blink. He can't even be spotted anymore thanks to true invisibility. Yeah, you might need to wait til late game for that to happen but it's worth the wait.
Àdon (EUNE)
: Morgana's ult range bugged
Yup, I played a game on NA against a Nasus who flashed out, my circle was gone but the chain still remained.
