: Unfair ban?
Wasted Youth: gg we win u lose Wasted Youth: ur not even bronze Wasted Youth: sit down Wasted Youth: ez This IS toxic. It does not matter do you agree with it or not. There is no other way around it, those lines are derogatory and that is considered toxic. It is very easy to not be banned, just don't talk down on people. Do not act like you are better then them or they are worse then you. In other words, don't be a dick.
: why riot ban ppl for speak normal ?
Post actual chat log and then we can explain to you what exactly you can't say in chat.

: Respect in the Game
I am so tired of that "used to be better" bullshit. No, toxicity wasn't better before. It always was this bad. It is that bad in every competitive game, only difference is how easy it is to access chat and type. And yes, it is being addressed, you even mentioned it yourself, REPORT SYSTEM. Don't like it? Well, it's the best thing that can be done about it. And no, Riot can't hire few hundred people to check reports 8 hours a day. For all reports to be reviewed by people is simply unrealistic.
: WHAT THE FREAKING HECK JUST HAPPENED?
I once had a game where someone called surrender vote while we were attacking enemy nexus with all 5 enemy killed... 4 rest of us voted yes, including me. Does that count?

Can be is not equal to is. That is why first definition of that word is "short for raccoon". Intent matters. Just because you consider something as offensive doesn't mean it always is. And if our choices are 1. Punish everyone who uses words that can be offensive, including innocent people. Or 2. Let few offensive people off the hook to ensure that no innocent is punished. With those choices, for me it's an obvious 2. Because it doesn't matter how noble your goals are, if you try to achieve them without any concerns for punishing people who did nothing wrong, your goals are not worth it.

And I have seen people with n-word in their name in platinum... but they got you, so mission accomplished. PC babies can tap themselves on the backs. Good job, good fucking job.
: Decided to play 4 games between today and yesterday
Um... Which one requires more strategic approach? Sitting in 1 lane for 20 min doing nothing, but farm and maybe fighting once or twice. Or Roaming, helping your laners, helping your jungler with ganks and objectives and invading enemy jungler. Such a difficult question... I really don't know which one is it.

: Incredibly Avoidable Obstacles
Because co-op and practice is not enough. If you want to learn how to play champion you haven't played before, you do it in unranked. That is the point of unranked, to just have fun with weird builds and champions you are not familiar with.
: all right i need a hyper carry
If you need an easy way out of bronze, don't you think it means that you belong there? Just a thought.
: League of Legends is not a sport
Only thing I want to point out. It's not soccer, it's football and what you called football is... honestly, I don't know wtf it is, but clearly not football.
: When is the next unban experiment
Resources are definitely better spent elsewhere. With all the balance issues and amount of champions they haven't reworked yet, unbanning people, most of who will get banned again in few months, shouldn't be their priority.

: RIOT is HOMOPHOBIC
It is funny how according to you and Kuronii Lumiira Riot is homophobic, because they don't make hot lesbian couples, like Sona and Ahri, Cait and Vi, Diana and Leona, but you don't mention gay couples. What you are talking about, is not Riot being homophobic, it's you wanting fan service. And League has enough of that already.
: Chat restricted again...
Multiple reports in same match do nothing. Only 1 counts. Reporting someone flags them for review so it doesn't matter if you got 1 or 9 reports, only 1 counts, rest are dismissed. That is why pre-mades can't "gang" on you. That is also why asking for reports is reportable, since it's entirely unnecessary and mostly a threat. Also, not talking is not refusing to communicate, you're can't be banned for that. For as long as you see their pings and ping yourself, it's enough. So you can mute toxic players, you can't be banned for that. Want someone banned, report them in game. If they are consistently toxic, they will get banned.

Rioter Comments
: I say terrible things in abbreviations
So what's the point? If no one knows what you tell them, why not just curse at your screen? Same result. So kind of pointless.
: poke support is disgustingly strong
Thing you are missing. With poke you need to land many hits before it counts. With Blitz, Morg and Thresh, just hitting enemy once can result in a kill. Also, poke supports aren't as strong when ganking, while Blitz for example not only can really help ally jungler when he ganks bot, but can also roam to help with ganks in mid.
: Toxic premade rallied everyone to report me after LYING ABOUT WHAT I SAID
Only way how you can "bait" someone into saying those, is if you say those yourself. Which will get you banned. Also, very few players will fall for that bait, so won't even work most of the time.
: Unbelievable toxicity leveling up, concerned about reports
No, they don't. The way system works, if you are reported you are flagged for a review in the match you have been reported in. System reviews you, if it finds nothing toxic, report is just discarded. Also, all additional reports in the same match are discarded, that is why it doesn't matter if someone got 1 or 9 reports.
: Enchanter Support Changes on PBE
Because now shields are very easy to use. As soon as opponent engages just cast on ally and that's it. You don't need to time them or even wait for ally to have low health like with heals. Those changes are a good way of balancing shields without nerfing their power.

: What Happened To League of Legends? Video
Only point I agree on are constant changes. Everything else, no. Champion reworks have been amazing. WW, Urgot and Evelynn are all very fun to play for me now. Urgot and Evelynn are probably my 2 most played champions.
: Seeing as im going to be dealing with zed every game he isnt banned who counters him??
Malz, as mentioned before, is a solid pick. Only downside is that any smart player would rush qss against him as Zed. It will mean that they won't have their ad items as fast, but is still very annoying. Another option, full tank Malph. I know sounds weird, but he counters most assassins. Pre getting your first tank item, like sunfire, it will be hard and he can kill you if you are not careful. But once you get your first full item, he won't be able to do much against you. Finish frost gauntlet as second item and he won't be able to leave his turret.

You contradict yourself. First you say you play normal for fun, then you bring up your teammates not being good enough. Those 2 don't match. Also, just because someone reported you, it doesn't mean anything. If you didn't intentionally feed or flame those reports will be ignored. And for people who flame you, just mute them.
Arcenic (NA)
: League is to competitive
Ok, so, you play ranked and complain about this game being to competitive? You do realise that ranked is designed for people who want this game to be competitive? Want to just play, play unranked. : Perma baned
As was said before me, just playing bad is not inting. Accusing someone of inting is flaming. So you did flame. Also, you received 2 chat bans and 14 days ban before, if you kept flaming after that it is your fault, not your teammates or Riot, that you got permabanned.

What I mean, is that if you don't even know what net neutrality is and what it does, how can I know that "issue" you bring up is even an issue? All you did, was just claiming that there is an issue without detailed explanation of what is an issue and why. It's like saying "Earth is flat... Coz i said so!". Give details, proves, explanations and then ask people to take you seriously.
Makami (NA)
: Toxic Champion or Toxic Player?
Seeing the amount of "I got unjustly banned" threads made every day, I would say you are wrong saying that Riot does nothing about toxic players. As for champions, in my opinion there is a correlation between how much kill potential champion has and how toxic players who main them are.
: Do you have neck pains during the game?
By sitting my right side towards screen so my head has to be turned 45 degree at all time while also having both of my legs on my table. I guess it depends on the person. Also, it might not be League related. If you getting neck pain from sitting straight for an hour you should check yourself at the doctor.
: Off meta picks you'd like to see riot work back in???
Full ap Nunu. You can still play him in normal, but would be nice to play him in ranked and not be called troll.
: Forget net neutrality
> [{quoted}](name=Irelia Bot,realm=NA,application-id=yrc23zHg,discussion-id=FjaZyM6n,comment-id=,timestamp=2018-06-04T03:56:14.088+0000) > > Go check out the proposed article 13 from the EU. > > This is clearly a bad thing and is effectively a complete disregard for fair use. > > And if you don't understand why I am posting this it could easily have far worse effects for internet users than anything net neutrality did or did not do. What net neutrality does, it protects Internet users from possible abuse of Internet provider companies. So seeing you referring to net neutrality as something bad for Internet users makes it difficult for me to take you seriously on this matter.
: Messed up.
If you reported them, their behaviour would be reviewed on their own. Reporting someone flags that person for review in the match that player was reported, all additional reports towards same player in the same match are discarded. That is why "playing with friends" does not make players immune to punishments or make their reports matter more. One of the very first lines in your chat logs is "trash top". That is flaming. Also, playing bad doesn't mean player inted. Just playing bad is not punishable. Player can go 0/10 in first 10 minutes of match, if he actually tried to win and just sucks, he didn't int. Inting is when player goes to enemy turret and just lets enemy kill them. Someone else being toxic does not mean it's OK to be toxic to them. Use mute and report after match.
: Riot do you listen to your player base?
Few days ago I saw thread, in which player complained about full ap Nunu being op and asked for nerfs. He even made a list of things he thinks should be changed about Nunu. Oh and did he play full ap Nunu for many games, played many matches with Nunu or maybe played against Nunu many times? No, he had 1 match where he got defeated in lane by full ap Nunu. So according to him it was enough to consider full ap Nunu op and even ask for nerfs. So I am glad that Riot doesn't listen to us when it comes to balance. All of us are biased towards specific champions or roles.

: Is this punishable? I went straight to a 14 day ban wtf?
I don't think you understand what being toxic means. Telling someone they feed, they bad or they are the reason you lose is toxic, despite it being true or not. So yes, you were toxic in both of those 2 matches. As for straight to 14 days ban, probably what others mentioned. Riot doesn't like that kind if comments.

: Discord Server for all people! SJW - DIVERSITY IS KEY!
Only diversity that matters to me is diversity of opinions and ideas. So if your server welcomes all people, as you said, does that mean that both far rights and far lefts can join and share their opinions in a civilised manner and won't be shunned for doing so? If yes, I support your idea. If it's only about race and gender diversity, pass.
: Community thoughts on emote taunting (and I guess ping spamming and BMing in general)
Whenever I see an enemy flash an emote after getting a kill I will report them after match, because it is exactly the same thing as typing in chat "I killed you noob". Only exception is thumb up emote after successful gank. Then it's more of the "good gank, thanks" to an ally, not bm to an opponent.
: Idea: can we have a report option for refusing to learn/ take advice?
Advice is exactly that, an advice. You give it to a player and they decide whether to listen or not. No one in this game is obligated to listen to advices. Players are free to decide if they agree with them or not. What you propose, is that anyone who just says "I know I am right, because I said so", to be able to legitimately report someone who would answer to them "nuh, I like the way I do it better". No.

I really like Rage, only problem I had with it is that at first I thought it's an open world game, but it wasn't. When I watched trailer for Rage 2, the moment they said "open world" in it I was like "fuck yea". I'll definitely play it when it comes out.
: Need opinion on one of my games
Because having full ad team is much better, than a champion that has no good ap scaling as ap. Now should you be reported for that is debatable.
: Convince me Xin top isnt meta now.
He is not nearly strong enough to 1v2, even in 1v1 he can easily be countered by many champions. Also, he is just way more useful in jungle, because of his ganks. And why do you even bring up Aatrox? Haven't he basically become a meme at this point?

Toxic behaviour is what warrants it. If you are being toxic you can loose honor progress. You will start gaining honor again after you show the system that your behaviour has improved. In other words you don't flame for few games.

Riot can do that to help OTHERS, too, in a way that could be potentially impactful to millions, and future games that are made. True, but it's kind of unnecessary. Don't get me wrong, toxicity in games is a problem that should be addressed. What I mean is that most people who get angry at people flaming them, forgot those people who flamed them the moment match ends. And there are also a lot of people who would find it funny if someone flames at them. So Riot support kind of specialised on helping people who want their help, knowing that most don't. So yeah, what they do is good and important, but not everyone needs it.
