: I want to make a petition : Give Shaco a mini-rework like you did for Wukong!
Shack has so much potential it would be a shame if he only got a mini-rework. His gameplay wouldn't have to change too much (see {{champion:266}} ) but his visuals and story definitely need some serious work.
: Kayle's Skins Should Have a Helmet Toggle
Is it too much to ask the same for Morgana's unchained form? Only seeing it when she's ulting is not barely enough...
: Phantom hit just removes the supposed weakness of having 3 hit passives.
I think removing the interaction with stacking passives would fix the item. That way we get to keep the extra damage for Varus, Kaisa etc without breaking their passives *COUGHVAYNECOUGH* After all, it's a very core item for the likes of Kalista and Kog, both of which are finally at an ok state and would be hell trying to rebalance them without it. Just my two cents.
: Alright folks, this is going to be a big one; Let's talk ALL the current Tier 1 VGU priority champs
While {{champion:35}} is indeed very binary and boring to play currently, I don't think his kit requires huge changes to make him interesting. Been brainstorming a little about him lately and concluded that his passive, jacks and ultimate could remain almost the same. Now, about his stealth and shiv, these are my ideas (please take them with a grain of salt, I'm no expert) Q: Deception Zone Shaco distorts reality in a large area, becoming invisible and gaining movement speed (greater bonus when chasing champions) while in it. Shaco can break and re-enter stealth 1-3 times (scales with ability rank). Cooldown: around 25-20 seconds.Shaco re-stealths 1 second after appearing, placing a jack in the box doesn't reveal him. Same applies to hallucinate's clone. My idea is that this has a large cast range and the actual field is slightly larger than Trundle's W. Cooldown is obviously much longer than his current Q, no gap-closer or wall jumping, just a small ms boost which increases when chasing enemy champions. With this ability his tricky and deceptive nature are explored further while giving enemies a clearer way to fight back (enemies are notified with VFX and SFX when they are in the zone, long cooldown). W: Jack in the Box Mainly unchanged. Probably minor balance adjustments. E: Two Shiv Poison Passive: While this a ability is off cooldown, Shaco's basic attacks poison his target, dealing magic damage for X seconds, stacking up to 3 times. (Bonus damage to monsters) Hallucinate's clone's basic attacks deals bonus damage to fully stacked targets. Active: Shaco throws his dagger dealing execute damage, briefly slowing and refreshing the poison on the target. Can only be cast on fully stacked targets. With this ability Shaco's enemies have more time to react to his burst while Shaco is rewarded with more damage if he can successfully get 3 hits in. R: Hallucinate Same as W. ------- These are my ideas for a smaller scale VGU for Shaco. I think it adds more depth to his gameplay while retaining everything his mains love about him, even the AP cheese build. What do you guys think?
QMighty (NA)
: Absolutely not, he's one of my personal most wanted. But I don't think he'll be any time soon because they don't talk about him that often. His art is pretty awful.
He just feels lame to me. When I die Vs a Shaco it never feels fair. He just pops out of stealth AAs me twice throws dagger and that's it. Also he's just a generic clown/jester art wise. Nothing about him seems attractive, his colour scheme, his animations, his quotes are all bland.
: His kit doesn't seem as outdated as the kits of some other champs on the list like Mordekaiser, Dr. Mundo, Volibear and so on. So I don't really consider him a top priority candidate for now.
I would never put him over Mordekaiser or Pantheon, but he seems in dire need of work to me. His art is terribly outdated, his lore is messed up and his gameplay is very boring and not interactive. " It has some unique traits like the jack in the box or the exploding clone, but IMO he has Mordekaiser level potential if they explore him further.
QMighty (NA)
: It's gotta be one of these four: {{champion:82}} {{champion:80}} {{champion:56}} {{champion:106}} ... or one of these four: {{champion:82}} {{champion:82}} {{champion:82}} {{champion:82}}
Am I the only one who feels like Shaco should definitely be very high priority as well?
: {{champion:32}} {{champion:36}} {{champion:9}} {{champion:24}} {{champion:10}} {{champion:54}} {{champion:72}} {{champion:33}} {{champion:23}} {{champion:77}} {{champion:62}} could all use a VGU, some bigger then others
Dunno... None of them, maybe excluding {{champion:36}} , feel as outdated as these two feel. Their gameplay, model, vo, lore all feel so 2010. {{champion:82}} sucks even after the reworks and has like a bajillion bugs.
: Thoughts on {{champion:82}}? Are u planning on making any "in the meantime" changes before a full VGU or will u leave him at the current state until an eventual VGU arrives for him?
I really hope they mention him on the next champion roadmap. I mean, if he (or {{champion:20}} maybe) isn't the next big VGU after {{champion:39}} , who can it be?

: Draven's Ult can hit twice with the same damage each time it goes through an enemy. Jinx's is an AoE, Ezreal's loses damage when it goes through units, and Ashe's Stuns and damages only a single champ. I think it's fair that Draven's cost is correctly above theirs.
Almost all ultimates in the game cost 100 mana. Even Riot has said that they want to address this. Also, I don't think that Draven's ulti is superior to any of the ults you mentioned. Jinx's is a huge and global aoe execute, Ashe's can stun someone from downtown for 3.5 seconds and Ezreal is a global nuke on a tiny CD late game. Draven's is just damage which falls off late game.

I am not sure how but I feel this is where riot should look to improve, for essentialy what makes him such a weak team fighter is that unless he perfectly plants a box ahead of time, he has only 3 moves for fighting in his toolkit for the box can't effectively be used in a team fight, I feel turning the fear box into a team fighting tool instead of a pre set and improve your jungle clear would be much better. Shaco boxes at the current moment only serve two purposes -improve clear speed -set up surprise attacks in the jungle MAYBE (doesnt always get to happen) Keap the concept of him useing a box, but change how he fights with it
That's what I feel Riot will try to do. However, I believe that his Shiv could be changed or at least heavily altered because, let's face it, it is a pretty damn dull ability
Meddler (NA)
: Nothing currently underway. I expect we'll take a look at Shaco to see what can be done if we end up picking assassins as the end of year class update. He's got a lot of game health and counterplay issues, he does some really cool and distincitve stuff too though that matches his thematic extremely well so I think he's potentially a really high value project. Even if we do look at assassins at the end of year though (far from guaranteed yet) there's some risk that he turns out to be too big a project to be done properly within the small to medium sized changes of a class update.
I believe that updating Shaco as part of an assassin class update would be unfair for him. He's one of the most outdated champions visually and, IMO, one of the most promising visual updates considering his mysterious concept. While I he is one of my most hated and annoying champions in the entire game, I do recognise the uniqueness of playing as and against him and would love to see what he would look/feel like if his theme was explored further. The problem is that all of his abilities are pretty much signature apart from his Shiv maybe making the task of reworking him quite difficult. Shaco should be part of a class update since he's not part of a particular class. In my eyes he is neither an assassin or a light fighter exclusively. He needs more resources that what's available on a class update to actually update this interesting champ. Here you go, I was nice and kind towards Shaco... Also, FCK SHACO'S GANKS

: I would argue that creating many different branches of outcome for her Pyromania will consequentially bring moments of cognitive overload to the opponent players because they have to parse all that she can do without any hints on which one she is going to choose. Also, Rylais is my favorite item on her. Tibbers ult + Rylai's slow is a pretty powerful engage tool if she manages to pull of.
I believe that for her to become even more fun to play and for some more counterplay to be introduced to her kit 2 changes are enough. What if her passive didn't give her a stun every 4th spell, but after dealing a certain amount of damage to champions? The sum of that damage would start falling off slowly if Annie didn't use her stun for 10 or so seconds, but now it can't be wasted on minions or monsters. That way she would have to fight in order to get her stun while also getting rewarded for fighting by not procing it on minions. The damage required would scale with her level and Ability Power so that fed Annies don't stun every 2 spells while support Annies still can use their passive (maybe nit as efficiently as full AP). For her to be able to deal the required damage E would probably need to be changed into something more damaging while still having a defensive aspect. Here's what I thought about that: Molten Shield 18/16/14/12/10 seconds CD 100 Mana For the next 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds Annie releases pulsing fire burning enemies around her for 100/140/180/220/260 (+0.35 AP) [4 waves per second]. Enemies affected deal 20/25/30/35/40% reduced damage to her. This ability can't proc the stun. When Tibbers is alive, activating Molten Shield gives him the same MS boost when moving towards enemy champions as well as the burning effect with more range and half the damage. I believe this is a better and more fun alternative to its current version which still provides some protection (mostly vs melee), but with more decision making involved (high mana cost, ineffective vs medium/long range, not just a use for stacks ability). Hope you people see and consider this mini rework :)
: It's a good argument, I see your point! I personally believe Annie is more than her ability to flash to be able to be relevant. Flanking or comboing movement speed bursts (like Sivir or Kalista ult) are pretty strong if she is allowed to reach her target before being locked down and killed. And we love to see that interaction! It would be boring if Annie would be able to do all that just by herself without a good team around it. Flash+Tibbers is just one of her strong points and I would be super sad if people start seeing her as just that. Hopefully they don't! Like others pointed out, I love that she is super strong and great at locking down things if she's allowed to, but zoning and poking really wear her out. I totally agree on the Molten Shield. I think it's not a satisfying spell to use. Right now it's mostly about "mash E to stack stuns yo!" and less about "hmm, I'll take hits so I better raise up a cool fire shield". Hopefully we will be able to take a look at that at some point!
Seriously, I have no idea why you people defend Annie so much. She may not be OP or really broken, but she definitely isn't ok. Her zoning ability along instant stun and huge burst are definitely not a healthy mechanic. Yet you people pretend like it's fine because she's short-ranged and "squishy" (roa/rylais hourglass +E makes her one of the beefiest mages). By changing some of her frustrating or boring aspects of her kit (passive stacks falling off and E reworked) more power budget could be invesred into fullfilling her fantasy, which for me is a twisted child who uses her fire magic and even more twisted teddy to wreck anyone who pisses her off. Edit: Just got an idea. What if her passive didn't give her a stun every 4th spell, but after dealing a certain amount of damage to champions? The sum of that damage would start falling off slowly if Annie doesn't use her stun for 10 or so seconds, but now it can't be wasted on minions or monsters. That way she would have to fight in order to get her stun while also getting rewarded for fighting by not procing it on minions. Disclaimer: NOT A JINX MAIN In a game where mobility creep is a reality a champion with so situational mobility will always have weaknesses. I agree, Jinx has many way to mitigate her weaknesses, however they are still there. She needs time for her attack speed buff to actually matter, her slow is telegraphed and very predictable and her snare takes long to set up. While she definitely isn't weak early she isn't unfair either. Lacking reliable escapes, she's really vulnerable to anyone with a gap-closer, CC and suffers during ganks. I believe that unlike what she was some months ago she's actually quite balanced. After all, mobility creep is a thing, as I have already said.

: Never was fan of using her ult to execute i find it better for splitting and then ulting over to another lane for a quick way to get into a teamfight. I find her e to be more useful to peel someone off of yourself a little rather than tryna go ham with it at least later on in the game. That being said if playing adc quinn and you have a supp with alot of CC quinns e is also a good follow up for that. Im not the biggest fan of quinn top but in the right team comp or in counter situations i could see her being a viable top due to her ability to safely split with ulti up since you can fly away from whoever comes to stop your split and right into a teamfight as i said before. And i didnt even start with the fact that she can press W and know if anyone is near her or mention her blind which is great for champs that are mostly AA based. Dont forget you can proc your passive and then land your e to put another mark on them to maximize damage when kiting those tanks. My opinion she is solid right now but asit goes for a lot of champs you should consider the enemies team along with your own before picking her.

However, it is awkward for a player to feel like their main is a bad choice thanks to how unreliable she is. Harrier is inconsistent, Valor has no passive, her AA frame and sound effects are awful and her ult is on an absurdly high CD. She needs a lot of kills early to effective later. While she's both an anti-ADC and an anti-melee she generally feels lackluster.
