Anybody who wants tank meta back has clearly never actually been in tank meta. Imagine a champion capable of building full defensive items and still out damaging everyone because of {{item:3068}} (basically tank meta). Also, with the removal of true damage on infinity tanks are in a better spot than they were previously. Irelia is garbage at the moment and is on a 48% winrate toplane and with the nerf to her W reducing only physical damage will probably fuck off from midlane. The other 3 are ranged and will abuse the new conqueror, because they are ranged they are capable of bullying melee, the class that utilizes conqueror the most. Urgot is also getting flat out gutted which will probably make way for another champion (probably Cass with the new change)

Not as bad these days, Botrk is still standard but some Vayne players do go Guinsoos first. Also, do indulge me how does me being bad have anything to do with Vayne being able to go invisible literally every second while being able to almost 4 shot anything? Vayne is an ADC, ADC's are supposed to be mid/late game hyper carries (I put 'mid' in their so butthurt ADC mains dont cry), Vayne rushes a 3.1k gold item (rageblade) with a 3.2k gold item (botrk). In comparison juggernauts (my class) are mostly rushing Trinity, 3.7k and Steraks, 3.2k. Juggernauts/bruisers are supposed to be relevant early/mid and fall off yet have much more expensive items while a hyper carry can come online much sooner. Bear in mind even with the build juggernauts rush we remain relatively squishy (no armor or mr purchases yet, so we need even more items) as we dont have the luxury of a dash every second that also gives us invisibility for said second, whereas Vayne doesnt need to rush defensive items because of the invis/dash chase/escape tool. Amazing right?
