You should also be aware that crit marksmen were never obsessed with 100% crit. In season 5 where I started playing it was mostly common to just have 50% crit, but the introduction of more Zeal items gave you more options aswell as becoming more reliable damage threat early with 80% crit. The reason they are trying to make items perfectly hit 100% is too reduce wasted gold efficency on items.

First I didn't say ADC's are obsessed with 100% crit it's RIOT as they are obsessed with the idea that smashing your buttons on CD is the most fun you can get , second why IE should be a strong stand alone item when it's purpose is too empower crit - so if it empowers crit it should be weak as a standalone item and powerful when combined with a crit item , because if you make it powerful as standalone and it also empowers crit you have the same problem as before an op item and I think overall they should make max 2 zeal items per champion so you have max 60% crit - so a crit stays a crit not becomes a regular basic attack x2.5 multiplier is too much to be a regular. Overall whatever this game goes into a sink anyway who cares.

So you made Spear of Shojin a budget version of current Essence Reaver and buy this you actually deleted a potential good item for bruisers and left in the game this toxic effect which makes some champs borderline OP , I think your idea that people only enjoy the game when they can spam their abilities is outrageous and gets this game again in a even worse state then it was. Just make IE give 100 dmg , 0 crit , and make your crits 250% with a cost of 3600 building from 2 BF swords. let the zeal items be 30% crit done , stop with your obsession of making crit ADCs have 100% crit.

If Riven felt betrayed AFTER the bomb why would she still fight unless it was maybe in self-defense but even in that situation Souma was just chillin' in his dojo or something the new lore seems to imply they never met and someone ELSE killed Souma. To me it sounds like the potential for a new character, champion or lore piece. It could be many people too, some random Noxian, a jealous student that wanted to train under him, or perhaps Yasuo's father for some reason or Riven's master after the betrayal. Who knows *shrug* :/ (Rito knows).

And that's without him building Black Cleaver or lethality items. Note: Last whisper only penetrates bonus armor, so it's not actually quite this bad, but still.

He still can get it in the form of the true dmg now , I described in the other answer how the rune works because I found a lot of people misunderstand how it works so if you are interested you can read it. And Darius doesn't build lifesteal so it won't be a buff for him but for other champs who use lifesteal. And IMO with the buff on his E and with conqueror he doesn't even need LW or BC he can build TF+SG combo and destroy everything from ADC's to tanks if he can get to them ofcourse , his 5 AD per lvl makes it ridiculously strong.
: 3-54 ad scaling is a terrible idea because the rune is meant for early game, not scaling into late. Additionally, 54 ad late game is too much.

I think you are wrong because it's penetration , early game people don't have so much armor/MR so it doesn't ad up a lot of dmg except of the 10 AD it gives this is what makes it really strong in early not the pen part , as the target becomes bulkier the more dmg the rune does . I think people have a misunderstanding how the rune itself works. Look if your auto deals 90 dmg when this rune procs you get 100 dmg on your autos. Let's say the target you attack reduces 25% of your dmg because of his base armor it means you will deal only 75 dmg per auto. Now with the rune the dmg which goes will be like 80 physical dmg + 20 true dmg , means 80 will be reduced by 25 % = 60. So your dmg will be 80. So effectively from true dmg you get and increase of 5 dmg. So without rune it would be 90-25%= 67,5 with the rune it's 80. You get an extra of 12.5 dmg , from which 5 comes from true dmg and 7.5 from AD you gain. So if you think the more ARMOR or MR the target will get the more dmg you will deal with the rune, so I don't see how it's really an early game thing except the part with 10 AD which in my opinion is OP early in the game especially on guys who scale with AD. And ye if 3 per lvl proves to be too much you can get it down to 2 per lvl with their new hotfix system :) I see they are using it a lot especially to hotfix Swain xD

Oh so what I understood from comments we have double standards, and that the Cigar removal is more a wish from the Chinese company that bought RIOT with all their innards, so likely this game slowly will evolve in a Chinese one not USA type of game , it really looks grim but hope it doesn't turn this way.

1.Ye sure Korea not strong anymore considering everyone takes koreans to their roster(considering korea lost because they put all their faith in Faker to solo carry with Leblanc, taking everything tanky and a nunu in jungle who had 0 synergy with that setup, so only 1 real threat on the team it's easy to counter such setups) 2.reksai, gragas and nunu tanks, since when they are ? srsly since when ? they have other roles then tanks they just build tanky it's totally different things. 3. Poor article IMHO no offence.
