For some reason I can't picture either of the forms as "Good".
However this concept is amazing and the artist who made first illustration did a splendid job.
I was thinking it would fit well if the two final forms are "Demon" and "Fallen Angel" as both Kayn and Rhaast are evil/likes the act of killing.
Darkin/Rhaast form being Full Demon,
And Shadow Assassin form being full Fallen Angel.
10/10 would buy that skin though.

From my experience:
Project Yasuos: "I'm Yasuo god! My main d4 lul."
Is very toxic and feeds.
NightBringer Yasuo: Don't rage much. But god do they spam Mastery at rate of "20 Mastery/min"
High Noon Yasuo: Usually the quiet ones. And are at least above average.
Classic Skin Yasuo: First timer on your team. An actual Yasuo god on enemy team.

It was Maokai.
Can see that the name of toxic person is ending with 77.
And Mao's name in screenshot behind chat also end with 77.

Noticed this too.
When using Fixed Camera, if an ally champ or turret takes damage off screen, if you move screen to them, their health bar is bugged and looked as if they just took damage to current health from max health.
It is VERY annoying issue though.

Pretty much explains why I don't play Yasuo since months now.
Having fun playing your favorite champ at the cost of being flamed whole game without any reason is just not worth it.
I would rather play Proxy Singed being 0/20 and my teammates won't even care about my KDA because I am not Yasuo. :'D

Funny that you even expected a red comment on a thread talking about AR/URF. :D
RITO would rather make Poro King a permanent gamemode than releasing URF thrice an year.
You know how everybody hate Yasuo but don't even know why?
Similarly RIOT hates URF and they don't know why.

At least in your case people are blaming for not roaming.
In my case this is how it usually goes.
I'm Lux Mid against Zed Mid.
Zed goes out of vision with max health after shoving the minions on me.
I know he is going bot.
I ping MIA thrice on my Lane and then start spamming Danger on Bot lane.
My Bot lane stays over-pushing without Wards anyway.
Give Zed 2 free Kills.
And then says in all chat
"OMFG REPORT THIS AUTIST MID!! NO SS! WTF!!!"

Thank you so much for bringing this into attention.
I'm just used to throwing my 3rd Q at last second unless I need to use it before.
And after the nerf I was kinda confused how I ended up wasting so many Tornados and end up swinging my blade in air, but couldn't realize what was wrong exactly about the timing.

It is made this way so people don't abuse switching trinkets to reset its cooldown.
And about "Why not just transfer CD while switching?"
IIRC, wards and sweepers have different CD, and then there is charge system on wards.
So it will simply not work.

Omg. So goddamn true.
Had this game, was playing my placements.
Our ADC Ashe, spent all time farming (still in end she had only 40 farm), never hit enemy champion even once (even when Jungler and supp are attacking enemy in front of her she is just attacking minions.)
The Ashe literally pressed heal when she was 30% HP and there was no enemy nearby because "to stay longer in lane".
Our Mid Ryze had 21 farm in 24 mins game.
Meanwhile our enemies played so godly as if they are Plat or something.

Here we are again! The case of_ “Unusual Pick that Throws A Game on Its head”_ vs _“The Teammates going WTF Is Going On”_.
[If you’re just tuning in we previously covered this topic with a similar case in December: “Support Singed isn't bannable, but that's not the point”. ](http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/player-behavior-moderation/79aGu3wR-support-singed-isnt-banable-but-thats-not-the-point?comment=006b)
We feel that the situation between these two edge cases are very similar. But it’s obvious we need to keep updating a few processes to smooth out any rare repeats in the future. And rare is what we’d call this; it’s a very unique edge case that seems to only present itself once every few months among thousands of audits that we process.
Let’s re-iterate our stance from before:
**Q: Can I get banned for choosing a champion or strategy that is outside the current meta?**
A: 100% no. Choosing a champion or strategy outside of the current meta is not a factor we take into account when reviewing accounts. On any given day tens of thousands of players are making unusual picks in the game and they’ll never receive penalties in any form.
**Q: So why does this issue keep coming up? What makes it different?**
A: Riot Gromp said it best in the previous post when they stated: “...common sense and good sportsmanship say that experimenting players need to clearly communicate intent and win conditions to their teammates.” League of Legends is a team game and sometimes the biggest challenge can be coordinating with 4 other strangers who share a common goal; victory. If a player is going to rewrite the rules for the rest of their team then there is more pressure to properly communicate to everyone what they want the plan to be, and what they think everyone should do to achieve it.
But wait! Communication doesn’t stop after you press the Enter button on your keyboard; and that’s where we saw a problem in this particular case. All of us need to be aware of the difference of communicating “with” someone vs. communicating “at” someone. _Telling your team what you’re going to do and then ignoring them isn’t really working with them it’s holding them hostage_. Telling your team what you want to do and actually working towards a common plan is a central part to playing any team based game.
In this case what we observed was an expert Nunu counter-jungler throwing the meta on it’s head with a respectable win rate of 53%. While pretty impressive on it’s own, we also found that nearly 50% of their games were reported by teammates as frustrating and unfun. Keep in mind, this isn’t just teammates in losing games, this is teammates across all of his games; victories included.
The message was pretty clear to us, this player is serious about_ Making Nunu Great Again_ but they are leaving a trail of dissatisfaction, frustration, and anger in their wake.
Winning is not the end all be all of League. We want players to have fun but not at the expense of teammates. Ideally this means players will coordinate among themselves in a given match and react to the unique circumstances they end up in. If a player is consistently forcing “their vision” on the rest of the team **and **refusing to adapt to their needs we reserve the right to intervene. That’s what happened here (and before with the Singed case); players cried out how terrible the experience was for them and we intervened.
Moving forward we’re going to keep updating our processes for these edge cases. We will still be on the lookout for situations where a player is creating a really negative experience for everyone else and we will intervene when necessary. In this case it’s undeniable that TakeTheDraw wants to win even if their approach leaves a lot to be desired. The effects on others in his games were enough for us to lock the account and we stand by that. But our agents were not properly prepared with a process to handle this edge case when they wrote in and that is on me. I will be working with the team to clarify an escalation process that emphasizes clearer feedback and opens the door for ban reductions if we believe that someone can make changes to their play style allowing them to continue crushing the meta but not at the expense of their teammates.
You know, I'm the kind of person who NEVER care to login and Upvote/Downvote any thread/comment.
But, this time.
God, the amount of BS in your comment is so much I just couldn't stop myself to come and downvote this shizzle.
At this point, I wish RIOT just straight out officially announce that taking off-meta picks is bannable and stop the pretending act.
Like seriously, not sure why you guys need to try so hard denying that you made a mistake.
Not like it would hurt your reputation if you accept your mistake.
Contrary, what you are doing RIGHT NOW will just soil the reputation you are left with.
It's just too painful to see you all try so hard in not accepting the truth.

Here, getting 3 infernal will not be easier than it already is.
Due to the diminishing chances of same dragon re-appearing, people would find other element dragons more often.
Though, the spawn chances is still RNG, but if the initial dragon is Infernal again, then the teams will need to secure it as soon as possible, before the rotation changes, because once it rotates, it will not be there for long.
|
|||||
![]()
But after this implementation the teams can no longer wait until the enemy jungler dies, or one team ace other up before going for the dragon.
They will need to compete to get the desirable dragon before the time runs out and it change again.
Also it will give them 2 options:
1) Either take the current dragon if you can secure it easily.
2) Wait for a better dragon but risk losing either of them because at future point your team may not be in favorable position.

I mentioned a Ping specifically for jungler because people can already use Missing + Warning ping to tell exactly which enemy laner is approaching towards you.
On the other hand, a ping which is exclusively used for Jungler will make all people look at minimap and can avoid confusion a lot.

It's obvious that runes prices are ridiculous.
And I totally agree with your thread.
Though after reading some of the comments, there are some things which bothers me a lot.
All the people saying "Smurfs will have a lot of easier time!":
Are you Implying that a smurf is useless against new players without runes?
Are you implying that smurfs are not already obliterating new players and ruining their fun?
Also, the situation is worse RIGHT NOW when most of the new players don't even know that they unlock a rune slot per level and they should buy Tier 2 runes for 1 IP WHICH SMURFS ARE DOING to gain advantage over them.
By making all runes free and accessible, RIOT should also give a tutorial/information about runes and _maybe just remove all the unlock slot per level_ BS.
---
And other people complaining about "We spent so much of our time getting all rune pages and rune sets, it would be totally unfair if we change it like this!!":
Really? Are we doing this right now?
Just for the self-satisfaction is it really worth to make new players suffer as much as you and not let the game have any further improvements?
---
Maybe RIOT want people to have a sense of "accomplishment" in game in means of finally getting a rune set, but what they don't realize is this is not a grinding MMORPG game.
It's a MOBA.
