Looking at just the URL, I misread this as "Reforging of Mordekaiserrot" and imagined Mordekaiser as giant Carrot. That'd be next level theme rework.
: No.. There's a difference. Disabling mastery/chests wouldn't be helpful for aram..... Some people whom legitimately do nothing but aram would be unable to earn mastery or chests, hence that an unviable solution. Considering rerolls do exsist, take the fact that there are 134? Assuming you know how to play half the rooster even SEMI well... 2 rerolls, hell even 10 isn't gonna help. The idea is to try new, diffrent, and unique teamcomps you don't see everyday.
> Disabling mastery/chests wouldn't be helpful for aram..... Some people whom legitimately do nothing but aram would be unable to earn mastery or chests, hence that an unviable solution. That wasn't the point. Just like they have the easy ability to disable mastery/chest gains, they could disable ability to gain reward from such events, not to mentoin ownership of said champions might be requirement, so... I don't see any "abuse" posibility here. You mentoined the Xahay/Rakan event, I mentoined chests/masteries and the Thresh mode just as an example that they can disable such features for particular modes. > Considering rerolls do exsist, take the fact that there are 134? Assuming you know how to play half the rooster even SEMI well... 2 rerolls, hell even 10 isn't gonna help. I OTP one champ, started to pick up second. I barely "play well" half the champs I own and rarely had extraordinary problems. Big portons of champions are straightforward, others are point-click dmg bursters whose display of skill in ARAM would be only in picking when to go in. It's not a rocket science. And you might just say you don't know the champ and: 1) Someone might trade with you 2) You can roll twice 3) Someone might give you strategy and build advice I've seen many such cases even now with this system, th person would be just told how to use their combos or champ effectively. In the worst situations, there might be additional systems, such as marking a champion as undesired. Should he roll out, you'd still play it but after the game, in case you mark it as undesired you'll have 0 chance to reroll into that champ that day (to avoid artifically created "ARAM accounts" by those who'd spam games to filter those champs, they could still drop, just not from reroll), up to let's say 20 champs a day.

How does rooting her put these abilities on cooldown. I don't understand why this is supposed to be a tip, when crowd-controling nearly anyone is a way to kill them. This tip would only be useful in case you wait for Riven to use her Q, CC her somehow for 4 seconds and thus deny her the rest of Q. Otherwise it's like saying "Did you know that putting someone at 0 Health will kill them?" It's pretty much common sense that immobilizing mobile target will make them weaker.

: Yeah, personally I feel that would lead to less abuse than targeting one champion at a time.
Or they could target one item at a time and make the damage reduction from the Stoneplate behave in special way.
: Simplest answer is that it isn't riot's style. They haven't ever really made a mode that opens up all champions be it random or not. Second is considering events like the current one (play xayah with rakan or vise versa 2 games) it is IN THEORY abusable. Beyond that it's that it could also be unfair to force someone to play a champion out of their comfort zone/style.
> Second is considering events like the current one (play xayah with rakan or vise versa 2 games) it is IN THEORY abusable. Yes, like you'll be able to abuse upcoming Dark Star mode to get easily Mastery and Chests on Thresh. Oh wait no, you won't since they just... disabled that feature for that particular mode. Magic. This particular example might even be limited by requirement of owning the champs. You still are not getting any chests or keys from playing champs you don't own, so I don't understand why it would be such rocket science here. > Beyond that it's that it could also be unfair to force someone to play a champion out of their comfort zone/style. Uhm... Rerolls still exist. Also, just like when they are shared with random modes, they might get adjusted ratio for this style. Also, they'd still be roofed so you wouldn't be able to reroll to easier comp any easier than now. Also, the point of ARAM is trying things you might not get customed to, as the result can vary depending on the teamcomps. It's only problem when you are forced to do so while the enemy is not which is the discussed issue here.

: If he "just used E" its not gonna be up for 6 seconds even with 40% cdr. If he fucks it up he can survive the initial burst, which he wont, and still die, probably even with Zhonyas active. Fizz is probably the highest risk assassin in the game since he doesnt have any range to farm and poke with unlike pretty much every other assassin and he has no defense other than using his mobility right (and his passive but... that blocks maybe 4 damage xd). Sure it can be annoying to play against him, even I find it annoying sometimes but.. its just that, annoying. I still shit on him, if I dont do it by playing well I just use my Exhaust and Negatron/Hexdrinker lol.
> Sure it can be annoying to play against him, even I find it annoying sometimes but.. its just that, annoying. Yeah pretty much. Akali also doesn't have that strong poke since unprocc'd Q doesn't deal good damage and it's more worth to proc it because of Energy early, but gotta admit she can manage poke more easily once she gets shround and has for the best all abilities.

: Wow it's almost like one is a ranged AoE burst mage with CC that has to trade mobility for that, and the other is a melee single-target burst assassin who trades the AoE, range, and CC (only hard CC is on ult) for the mobility. Fizz E is 6 seconds at rank 5 with 40% CDR. There's something wrong on your part if you're not punishing him after he uses E.
What's your point exactly? I wasn't the first one to bring up the comparsion, I just voiced my opinion that I'd rather take Ryze as he seems to me more easy to punish. 1) The whole "mah melee is weakness" is quite stupid excuse when on champion with heavy mobility to delete any range advantage on enemy's part possible. Which is also why normal advantage of melee is in raw defensivity which Fizz shouldn't have AFAIR, as he's melee with easy option to gapclose. So I wouldn't say lack of CC is trade-off for melee and mob. 2) Ryze. AoE burster. Yes, as long as you give him enough time totally ignoring him to somehow spread his tatoos on entire team which should take around up to 4 - 6 seconds (up to 3 sec maybe lategame if he's lucky), while during all of this all your team members are close to each other like if they were on some pride. In case that renders Ryze AoE burster then what is Fizz with his ult and E both being AoE lol. 4) You claim Ryze has CC. Because he has one root. That's it. One root. Then you claim Fizz trades away CC. While he has slow and knock up/knock-away. Not to mentoin you claim Ryze trades away mobility while he has MS buff... Ryze's problem is that he is somehow both Burst Mage and Battle Mage rendering him quite retarded mix, which is exactly why Ryze HAS slight mobility (compared to immobile mages), as Battle Mages usually do. > Fizz E is 6 seconds at rank 5 with 40% CDR. There's something wrong on your part if you're not punishing him after he uses E. 5) If he's mobile enough to dodge most skillshots, which he is, then you face small issue - most such CC utility spells have higher CD than his jump-a-troll. Also I clearly said that you try to punish him (CC and burst him down) initially, but in case he survives that (which isn't problem with little bit of Health), he can escape IMHO more easily than Ryze. That was the entire point. Didn't say it's impossible to react to that.

No, i would remove the healing on her passive entirely. Hitting a vital on Fiora deals true damage already which makes it very tough for tanks, let alone non-tanks. Plus she gains a free dash every hit. The healing is overkill. I get that shes supposed to be a duelist, but it's extremely difficult to outplay a good fiora.

: The damage amp on his ult was removed in like season 5 or 6 tho :o And if he gets a rework, chances are his E will stay, or he would at least get something similar. Its balanced on glass cannon Fizz and its not nearly as ridiculous and toxic as an instant point and click high range root that can last 2 seconds and basically instakills you late game.
> and its not nearly as ridiculous and toxic as an instant point and click high range root that can last 2 seconds and basically instakills you late game. At this point I will rather take that. Because If Ryze is hard-CC'd after doing so he has smaller chance to survive and run away as most of the MS buff will go away and he has no dash. I can't say the same about Fizz. Very likely will survive initial burst, E away (even if he has just used it as it has at 40%CDR main ability cooldown while being utility and we're talking lategame here) and might as well abuse nearby neutral enemy or enemy minion to Q away but even then unless you have equally toxic reliable CC he will get E soon making chasing him so annoying considering you'd need a lot of members of team to do so. Then either let go other members of enemy team just to shut down this little fishy shit or let him go to do something more rational, making him quite ridiculously safe considering he's supposed to have some risk as an Assasin. It's such a hell to play against it that whenever you combine enough conditions such as some ridiculous CC-chain and he hasn't built properly yet and you have fed burst and he has done mistake and you delete him quickly before he does something, I feel orgasm and feel like thanking my whole family in front of cameras for such lifetime achievement. Like I realize half of that is just the feel of annoyance rather than it being imbalanced, but that fishy shit is walking tilt.

: While I agree Lee is blatantly too strong by the stats. That isn't how it works. His Q is one ability. Like Thresh's Q it has two parts, the skillshot to determine if you can dash to them and then the dash to them. In fact Thresh's has more utility. On the offset Lee's has more damage. His E could easily do both it's effects on one push. Making it two only adds a slight delay. Riot is welcome to break Lee by combining the initual damage and the slows. His W is literally just one ability. It dashes to an ally and shields, providing lifesteal. That is all it does. He himself is targetable but of course then he gets no dash. His ult is just the kick. Nothing transforms he doesn't get additional abilities at all like a transforming champion.
> That isn't how it works. His Q is one ability. Like Thresh's Q it has two parts, the skillshot to determine if you can dash to them and then the dash to them. In fact Thresh's has more utility. On the offset Lee's has more damage. I slightly disagree. His skillshot still deals damage and applies reveal. Thought dashing does the extra execute and it's not like majority of his kill potential was from sniping, his original Q and extra Q and separate linked abilities. Original Q still has the reveal and damage, working as ability on its own, extra Q has the dash and damage, working also as ability on its own. I agree that Lee Sin doesn't belong in the bad-switch list, but I percieve Q as two abilities on their own. EDIT: To note, both damage instances are decent, making them very well work as two instances of damage, since one argument could be that the damage factor still makes it that to apply real damage of one ability he must dash anyway.

You don't know their purpose. Thus you shall not judge. While I really want to comment on this, let's be _extremely_ careful to keep things calm and respectful. Religion, theology, and philosophy tend to make people touchy at best, and fighting over it gets incredibly messy very fast. Disagreement, when handled well, is good, as it can shine a new light on things that changes our perceptions of them. Just be sure that where we disagree, we agree to disagree. We're expressing our beliefs, not trying to convince others of them. I can't speak towards Buddhism, as I've never studied it at all thoroughly, but I can towards Christianity. Specifically, I'm a Reformed Protestant. The whole "God's will be done, through joy and sorrow" and "we have no control - there is no actor in the world save God" things is my very heavy focus. I'm only a layperson, not a trained theologian or preacher, but I do study a fair bit of armchair theology, and want to toss my limited insight into this out there. Simply put, we are not the judge of others. I can't safely say "you are evil and will go to hell", because I do not know, I cannot know, and it honestly I don't want to know. Every single person must be treated with love and respect. Granted, I'm not particularly good at this, but that's why we need grace. >.> The fact that our choices are preordained hardly makes them less important. If it has been ordained that "you are going to strive to better, but generally fail at it" doesn't make it any less important that you strive to be better - it means you're going to choose to strive. If you choose not to because you think predestination is an excuse for sin and laziness, then you were always going to choose that, but you're still choosing that. It's a little hard to understand without a thorough study of the concept of free will and choice, but hopefully I've simplified it enough to make sense. Basically, by divine decree, our choice to strive and the results thereof will always be what they're going to be, have always been going to be what they will be, and will always have been what they will be (pardon the weird time tenses), but that doesn't make the choice and the striving not a thing. I realize this sounds a little rambling, but infinitely complex concepts that can only be comprehended in their smallest bits are perhaps obviously _really_ hard to sum up. Context is critical. There are a _lot_ of misunderstandings about ideas of choice, free will, and submission to the Divine. I am not here to judge you. I cannot. That said, it's important to understand internally that you are responsible for your own actions. I am required to submit to the reality of your actions, and that they are a part as important to the grand play of reality as any other. To rage against God for things I cannot comprehend isn't just forbidden, but straight-up stupid. No matter how terrible I think you are, I know that I do not know for a fact that what you are is terrible, and I know that regardless I am just as bad. Shaming and judging people for perceived faults is simply an awful thing for me to do. As an actor in the grand plan, though, it would be neglectful of me to simply leave a situation where I see one person treating another badly. I am both to love the harmed and keep them from danger and to love the harmers and try - to the best of my limited ability, knowing I am a tool and submitting myself to the outcome regardless - to keep them from the self-destruction of _causing_ that danger. tl;dr (though this isn't really a good summary): absolute submission is no excuse for neglect or inaction. If anything, submission to God's will means that actively loving on everyone - right or wrong - is a responsibility. Hating the haters is hateful and rebellious. Letting the sufferer suffer is also hateful and rebellious. I must love _everyone_. There are _no_ exceptions. Edit: Wow, that got a bit stupidly long. Sorry. Not sure where I can really edit anything out without losing something important, though. >.>
> I realize this sounds a little rambling, but infinitely complex concepts that can only be comprehended in their smallest bits are perhaps obviously really hard to sum up. Context is critical. There are a lot of **misunderstandings about ideas of choice, free will**, and submission to the Divine. You sound nice but I'll have to be dick here. The reason there are such misunderstandings is becuase people rather study old book written by people who didn't know how thunders come to be and how to tame them yet they understood creation of universe and found answers for quantum mechanics. People who stole El from cannaite pantheon, abusing faith of others yet couldn't care enough to steal his very wife Asharah because in their version of much older fairy tale she doesn't exist like that. Why should such book, created by modification of older pagan polytheistic faith, should hold keys for understanding of universe while the fairy tales and myths it's based on should be ignored? I am the kind of person that should he believe in your El, then Asharah comes too. And original version of Adam and Eve where Eve was third or fourth wife. Or the one where they were gods and there was no apple involved. I could name multiple versions of such myths so believeing one of them holds any value over another is silly to me. There's hardly such thing as free will since what we are, what are our biases and opinions and our decisions is determined by complex net of relations created among information we have gathered in our lives. Yet there are people who try to "understand" concept of free will while having no idea what neocortex, neuron network or limbic system is. When your heart stops and they give you cardiomanipulatory resuscitation, they do what they know will likely physically make it beat without the will of God. It was understanding of physics of heart that allowed us to execute that. Yet people overestimate brain and think it's something more. It's physical matter as any other, and the same way it controls your reflexes and makes your hand move, it also makes hormones and chemicals work in way that stimulates your behaviour on social level. Low animals could afford selfish desire for survival on account of others, civilizations and groups of higher animals cannot. It is why our brain emotionally moderates us and makes us do individually illogical actions that are effective socially. It's just another intelligent design of nature, nothing magical, nothing spiritual and easily understood should someone take medicine book instead of the Bible in their hands. Now, the question that remains - was this initiated by God? I don't know, I don't care. I may end up in the hell for this just like I may end up in Valhalla, or unending plains of Veles or underworld of Hades. Or I may reincarnate into a mammal, or haunting spirit. Or I may merge my spirit with the nature and watch over my descendants like Indians believed. As an atheist, all of these are equally probable for me and I won't ignorantly belittle or ignore one of them, thus I don't prefer any of them. I don't like the idea of me burning in hell yet there's nothing to do with it as this nature works in exact opposite way than your God allegedly intended and there's no reason to think he's the right one and he's the way. > To rage against God for things I cannot comprehend isn't just forbidden, but straight-up stupid. Good for you but should you behave like this, you're like the first Christian like that. As someone who was rised as one, I have seen enough of them to see all of them are peace and glory until that one topic they are sensitive about. Two years ago there was referendum to "protect family" (anti-gay shit) and it was heavily supported by religious people. Suddenly they could judge and go against desire of God. And you won't be glorified. There was one priest who got poisoned by snake. He refused to get medicated as he believed God would save him. God didn't. What did representants of Church say? ,,Oh, this man lived the right way, we should honor him by living by his design." Nope. ,,I disagree with him but I respect him." In other words they said ,,Well I cannot say he was wrong, obviously, but I am too much of a coward and should I get poisoned suddenly medicine is stronger than faith." I wish you strength and good luck with your approach for it is as Jesus intended, yet it's not like masses of religious people really live.

: I don't get this complaint about adc's ?
> She had 0 MR built Jeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeesus. When ADC don't build MR/Armor it's excuse for them to be destroyed with nearly nothing they could do to counter it. When they do build it it's usually on items that don't suck and they are accused of abusing them. Also, yes, mathematically, she shouldn't survive that, but the question is why is Fizz allowed to delete someone like that because he hit one medium-paced giant skillshot while still keeping his Q or E to fuck off? Where is the risk he was supposed to put into it? > through his full burst Full burst - that ommits his Q, that applies on-hit and on-spell and has hybrid dmg, crucial part of his damage combo. > If I play a full ad melee and get one shot, everybody's like "well retard, you're playing full ad". So, why the double standard for adc's ? Because AD melees actually have decent defense + offense tools without abusing anything while also having them decent innatively? Rangeds usually don't have these options without abuse because they have range advantage. Which is gone when someone jumps on you by point-click from big distance, blinks to you from big distance or jumps to you while invulnerable and proceeds to destroy you within second or two. > I don't get it. If cait bought maw, she'd survive, just as I buy a maw if I'm playing against a fizz or something on a melee champ. I understand the AD DAMAGE CARRY, but I'd rather survive and fight longer than build full ad and cry how nobody should be able to touch adc's. Maw gives decent dmg anyways. Hooooooooooooooooooly fuck, so can we make it straight when ADC are abusing items and when not?
: We should all strive to be personally immune to other people's bad behavior, but that doesn't mean we EXCUSE it when it's done to people around us. GJ taking Buddhism out of context though.
He didn't take it out of context, the context is there for those who comprehend. Buddhism (just like Jesus' christianity originally) was about absolute submission. As Christian you cannot judge because even mass murderer might be but a tool in God's perfect plan. You don't know their feelings. You don't know their purpose. Thus you shall not judge. In same way, Buddhism was about avoiding attracting (bad) karma by good behaviour which was defined as submission. Not that I'd agree with those philosophies.

Yet now it's being used on champions who couldn't give two shits about the AD and omnivamp. And Ahri and Leblanc are classified as "Kite Mages" by riot. That and I'm just really fed up with items I used a lot being nerfed because some other class utilizes them better than they should be.

Maybe not literally omnivamp part, but I think someone claimed the healing from it is still good on LeBlanc. > It's meant to serve as this big ticket damage item for champions like Mordekaiser, Akali, Jax and co. While I get it and don't mind it, I am still not comfortable with this. While it will sound like I wanted every item for specific class to be the same, it's strange to think about Akali who doesn't have much defense (except for that area invis when you want to get pseudoinvulnerable until that little CDs go off) and deals universes of damage and Mordekaiser who should think more about HP+Dmg combinations to share item completely. I get that the omnivamp is good defensivity, that builds are more sophisticated so once you have enough Health from two other items you can afford trading away even such primary stat for another one intensivly, but while I understand it's hybrid item, I would like it to move forward paper-carry melee champs. That is, for ideal world; as for this one, I am not saying that maybe Morde in his current situation doesn't need it or something. > That and I'm just really fed up with items I used a lot being nerfed because some other class utilizes them better than they should be. Well, If that pleases you, my champ has decent delays in abilities as Mage, while there are Mages who blow 1/3 of your HP in big area giving you hardly 0.5 second to react and are more obnoxious and because of them (and the damage creep complaints), AP of items we share are being hit, hurting me too, so I know the pain (even though Vel'Koz has the true damage so it doesn't hurt him that much) > And Ahri and Leblanc are classified as "Kite Mages" by riot. Yeah I know and have no idea where riot goes with this. Diversity is cool and stuff but isn't Kite Mage just basically Battle Mage? You have defenses because you must stay in fight longer, you deal sustained damage over time (Rumble, Swain). While I get that Ahri and LeBlanc do more kiting in that sense than Rumble and that they are squishier (and more mobile), this kind of confused role-overlapping is IMHO one of the reasons such item abuses happen. When you fuck up certain unnamed Assasin and make him feel like more mobile Diver (or just Diver with burst, since that unnamed Assasin lacks direct escape), it happens they build Diver stuff and the question is - is it really abuse then?
: And when they recall they should get together, dance for a bit, then start having a cat fight. Yeah... that'd be funny to watch.
Synergy Passive: If Kayle and Morgana are on the same team, they still can attack each other, gaining stack of special buff on takedowns of each other. Morgana gains **In yo face u lightbulb** granting her +10 Edgy sass per stack while Kayle gains **Look at my wings, my wings' are amazing** granting her +10 Burn per stack.

: for what then...? for the souls of starved poros?
For hatred of poro-lovers. Instant hatred, gluten free.
: Everything I hate of every Champion
As Vel'Koz main, I jumped straight to Vel'Koz. Expected the True Damage to be the factor. . . . But cannot argue against your point either.
: I've had it with you mages abusing MY itemization!
I know this isn't right place to bring it out but... How exactly is Gunblade Juggernaut item and not being abused by being used by Juggernaut? And how exactly let's just randomly say Vel'Koz main as mage main is to blame for three champions, two of which are technically Assasins, abusing the item? Like two hyper-mobile cancers that are partially assasins abuse an item, one mage starts abusing the item and suddenly all mages are to blame for that? So there's probably like 5 Mages in the game, I see, and the majority of them are abusing the item now. Meanwhile Divers might combine Juggernaut, Assasin and Tank itemization and that gets unnoticed (and yes I'll note that Divers don't have much of their own tools so they are kind of left to only abuse...).
