This is only the one of the recent games that lead up to the punishment. You called your teammates trash, asked for reports and overall just blamed them when it does absolutely no good. If they are truly flaming and inting, rep them after game. Asking for reports is pointless since 1 report already triggers a review, stacked reports don't escalate review/punishment at all.
: The chat was already negative. I did not create it. I asked my support to stop taking cs only to be blamed for it.
You continued the negative chatting. You could've muted them and worked through pings instead of continuing the nonsense ring of negativity. You weren't required to get involved. Two wrongs don't make it right.

: True, it's not neutral or constructive- but i don't think anyone could have remained neutral in a situation like that. I'm more flabbergasted that what other people do isn't taken into consideration before a perma ban. But that's unfortunate. edit: just curious.. but when do league players actually agree to this TOU? is it during account creation? I don't remember seeing this clause when I registered 7 years ago
You accept the terms when you create your account, you have probably just clicked through without reading the TOU at all.

Same here. I got a response from Riot Support that the dev team are working on fixing it but no eta as of now.

: and what about mmr? opgg doesnt show me my mmr anymore either, like why?do i not have a right to see my mmr?
OP.GG MMR estimation was just an **estimation**, not a reliable source so there is no point in showing that anymore. Your best indication for your MMR is how much you gain and lose LP. Riot has never shared your MMR anywhere, every site that shows you your ''MMR'' is just an estimation based on your opponents tiers and your LP gains.

: Perm banned player
If you want to get back into the game, just create a new account. I doubt Riot will do any second chance programs anytime soon again since the previous ones have failed so hard. The level 20 challenge had only 5% success rate and the NA permaban experiment also had a huge failure rate from what I've heard.
: Permabanned... Any hope for me?
First of all, the skins you had on that account, stay on that account. You accepted the ToS when you created the account, and when you failed to follow those rules despite being warned about your behavior, they are now taken away. You had multiple warnings and time to reform between warnings. > I've seen riot unban a couple of perma'd players. Examples? They did the unban experiment but 95% of players failed that so Riot won't be doing those anytime soon.

People always say this, but you have to realise that we are judging your actions, not other peoples. **You** are responsible for **your** actions, not your bot lane, not your jungler, not anyone else but you. : you get banned for one game
Your account is botted, which means it's a bought account. Yes you broke the rules by flaming but it escalated to a permaban since Riot did a ban-wave for botted accounts. Better level your account by hand if you want to keep it for more than a week or two.
: Is there anything i can do to unban my account?
Riot isn't doing unbans at this time. There is no second chance programs going on now, and I think I read somewhere that Riot isn't looking to do those anytime soon since the previous ones had such a low success rate. Your best bet is to just level a new account and play on that and hope that one day one of those trial programs re-appear.
: What to do with a smurf after you're done with it?
Just keep it, you never know if you might need it in the future. Keep it as a dodge account and if you are just feeling like practising some other role etc then play on it. No point getting it deleted since you already went through the trouble to level it up.
: So I got banned
> And I didn't want to see him flame my friend anymore so I flamed him. Two wrongs doesn't make it right. You broke the rules, and got punished for it.
: Calling someone out for being bad shouldn't be bannable. Should be able to say it on an every game basis and not get banned.
> Calling someone out for being bad shouldn't be bannable. Should be able to say it on an every game basis and not get banned. What is the point of calling the bad? Do you think they magically improve by you saying that? Will they turn into Faker suddenly? Only thing it accomplishes is tilting them even more and making them play worse. And it also just distracts you from playing when you focus on typing useless stuff in the chat. > Flaming is perfectly fine considering half the kids in the game are trash at the game :) That isn't up to you to decide. Also you being in Gold doesn't really give you the right to call others trash since you are in the average ratings rather than in high elo.
: but quick and inaccurate is good? i'd rather it take it's sweet damned time and do it properly because it actually made the player moderation team actually earn their money doing work. instead of afking or not even existing. riot employees had to actually review cases instead of playing like youtube with their copyright striking problem
> but quick and inaccurate is good? What do you mean inaccurate? Sure occasionally people might slip through but more often people get punished quite quickly for toxic behavior (excluding soft-inting). You do realise that daily there are huge amounts of reports made, and if Rioters had to check every singe one through that would take an immense amount of manpower and work time to ever get through, an automated system is required. Even if players took part on it, League community is bigger than ever, much larger than back when the original tribunal existed, thus more cases existing. Sure there would be more people reviewing cases but I doubt it would be enough to get through on a consistent basis.
: isn't this a little exhaggerated?
> Terra Ad Caelum: we can ff Terra Ad Caelum: just ff 15 Terra Ad Caelum: and report rek Terra Ad Caelum: go next Terra Ad Caelum: better jungler next time Report calling can be considered negative behavior, since it actually doesn't do anything (1 report is just as strong as 9 reports so don't do report calling, as it'll only end up hurting you in the long run) That being said this is your most recent game where you have behaved like this, but it also takes consistency to account so for this game alone I wouldn't probably hand out a chat restrict so that means you've report called etc before. Just learn that don't feed the trolls/flamers, ignore them and rep them aftergame so they don't get the satisfaction of getting a reaction out of you.
: The Tribunal if they actually worked it out better was a better system.
The tribunal was really slow.
: The forums are yikes. I don't even know why it exists lol. You people are so delirious and think that every little thing is toxic. None of what I said should even matter, and definitely should not result in a permanent suspension. You should have to say something pretty bad to get a perm ban.
The thing is, you are on thin ice after the 14-day ban. At that point you have been warned about your behavior on multiple occasions, and you have had multiple chances to change your ways. Also the 14-day ban reform card states that your next offence will result in a permaban, but you chose to ignore that warning. It's necessarily not about how bad things you say, but how consistently you say those things.
: Why did I get a ban for being flamed? :(
Nothing toxic stands out, might be that you just spent the entirety of the game arguing in chat which distracts both you and your teammates. You should really just mute the flamers instead of engaging in an argument with them. You could try to reach out to Riot with a support ticket and try to appeal this, although I would try to use the live chat if possible as most of the time you only get the Blitzcrank bot reading you your rights when you send a ticket.
: 45% CDR at 8 seconds is reduced to roughly 4 seconds. You are stunned for 1 second. This gives AA people a 3 second window to attack him. How is that balance? What part of he builds tank and cant die, but does so much damage with just a TriF and the new item that increases AS when you use your ult? This is not a balanced champion and his E is the issue.
You need to get to really late game to even get to that point, unless you max E first which obviously cuts his damage output a lot. Jax has been balanced for years, no one complained about him but as soon as Essence Reaver became a thing, people rage out because **it's** what broke Jax and other bruisers. High elo players don't think Jax is the issue, it's only low elo because people don't know how to deal with Jax, and I admit Jax is strong in low elo. But in high elo, people abuse his weak laning phase and with that he doesn't even get to that late game state where his E cd is 4 seconds, and people rarely even go the 5% cdr rune because people invest in his laning phase with Time Warp Tonic and Biscuits/Free boots.
: Jax and Infinate E Combo
First of all, it's not infinite. At max rank and 40% CDR his E cooldown is 5 seconds, and that is **late** game which takes a noticeable of time since usually Jax maxes his E last. At rank 1 with 40% CDR it's 10 seconds cooldown. Only issue is that item like Spear of Shojin exists, but then again it's a bad item for it's value. It has high combine cost, poor build path and it doesn't offer enough stats for it's value, so you are really only buying for it's Awakened Dragon passive. Looking at the match you had, your team was really poor against Jax. Twisted Fate: Relies on the stun card, which Jax can dodge. Miss Fortune: Immobile and ult is interruptable by a stun, which Jax has. Sona: Squishy and if misses her ult she is pretty much dead. Riven and Nunu were fine, but your team really lacked proper hard CC that could screw Jax over. Moreover, the Jax's build was really awful, but then again it's low elo so what can I say. Jax went blue smite and Bloodrazor, which makes him really squishy. Then he built Triforce which is the correct choice. Then he went spear, which is fine since he was ahead but otherwise again, a poor cost effectiveness. Then he went Bloodthirster which isn't a good item for Jax, and lastly a Phantom Dancer which as well isn't that good, especially when an item like Sterak's Gage exists which is a far more better item for Jax. Your team was going to get outscaled anyways, so you needed to win that game early. To conclude, Jax isn't the issue, Spear of Shojin is. Other champions like Riven and Renekton abuse it as well. If Jax was going to get nerfed again, he would become even worse of a pick in high elo, as he is already highly counter-pickable.

: Banning account permanently isnt a solution
> Banning permanently an account is both ineffective and robbing people. Banning permanently is effective to the playerbase. It makes games more enjoyable in sense that the problem people are being get rid of. Also you don't own anything you buy on your account, you are essentially just given a licence to use the skin on your account. Read the ToS. > My first point is that Im down to my 7th or 8th account. I've played this game since the end of Season 1 and guess how many punishments I've had over the years? Zero. > If words hurt the community so much ( and I agree, im not trying to excuse my actions) Why no just ban those words. People can work around using certain words. It's not about the words even, it's about **behavior**. You can be toxic without using toxic words. > So basically I feel like Riot has been incompetent in managing the issues and are trying to rob us and trick us in rebuying the stuff we had Permabanning isn't meant for you to start all over, it's meant to kick you out of the game. Riot doesn't want toxic people to play their game, and permaban is meant to stop them playing, rather than continue playing. You already are warned multiple times about your behavior, and even warned that the next offence is a permaban, so there is no real excuse to keep behaving badly. > I know my attitude is the problem Then do something about it.
: they need to fix the trashy banbot anyways tbh toxicity shouldn't be the easiest thing to ban people for i want griefers and inters to be banned faster people who actually ruin ranked matches.
The problem is there isn't a real easy way to detect inting/soft griefing. Blatant running it down gets banned fast but soft-int and griefing is really hard to detect with due to many things. People could just have a really bad game, and if the system did a simple kda check etc they could just get banned for that which wouldn't be right. Chat logs are just so easy to monitor and check and that's why verbal toxicity gets picked up so easily compared to gameplay toxicity.

> Nonono, people that copy them are garbage at the game, they are just testing stuff out hopping it will work That still doesn't answer my point. If high-rated players play Conqueror Rek'Sai, and you claim it's trash, does that mean the high-rated players are trash for playing it? People were previously taking Hail of Blades which sure gives early game power but late game Conqueror outscales HoB massively.

Also, everyone on the court who saw it happens very obviously and unanimously knows that the other person is the asshole. If they all had to decide who shouldn't return to the court, they would all vote for the other guy. It's not about justification, it's about who is actually the asshole. What you don't want to understand is that riot judges ppl with context removed because it's easier, not because it's right. It's an efficient business practice, and it's hilarious to me that people defend and read straight out of the riot handbook like it's the Bible lol
> Well then that's the difference between you and me. If someone tells me to kill myself on the basketball court I will 100% tell him to go fuck himself and not feel at all bad about it. What do you mean it's right? 99% of the time I'm certain that people who come crying about their ban here would be judged the same way no matter if we saw the other peoples chat or not. They still commit the rule breaking, no matter if someone started the argument or not. > it's hilarious to me that people defend and read straight out of the riot handbook like it's the Bible lol Well the issue is that you have to follow these rules since you agreed to them when you created your account. It's more like a law than the bible. Also just cause you disagree with it doesn't mean the system sucks. Sure it has it's imperfections but it's far better than the old Tribunal was. He could just mute the players and be done with their non-sense but instead he chooses to get in a pointless argument and counterflame his way out. That's your perspective. In real life, people judge all situations based on context. I don't willfully omit common sense judgement making based on what riot says is right. If the other guy is telling him to kill himself all all sorts of nonsense, that would by contrast make his comments less toxic. You choose to ommit that minor detail. Good on you.
So as an example you are in a basketball team, and your teammate tells you to off yourself after you play bad?
