Dunno if that was on purpose, but if you reduce both his % ratios and flat ratios, the damage reduction will be much higher than 10%. Like, for example on E, you reduce not only the base damage (which would result in subsequent dashes also being reduced) - but also the damage increase, thus making the max damage on E be nerfed by 13% rather than 10% (From 150 to 130 damage rather than 135 as it would be if you only nerfed the base damage). This is true for pretty much all abilities here and if you continue with this pattern for all the champions, a lot of them will be hurt much more than others.

: While its true that its meant for hybrid stat users, the only ones who buy hybrid stats on there are Jax and Kayle. Kog and Vaurs only buy AS and AD items, and Teemo almost never includes this in his build.
Kog gets it quite frequently. Varus less so, but it's still pretty common. As for Teemo - he has a lot of different build paths (most in game, possible) and rageblade is certainly core on some of them.
XDDD (NA)
: Please Fix Rageblade
Okay, for starters - the intended users of rageblade are: https://imgur.com/a/gfszx?noredirect So, primary users include: {{champion:24}} {{champion:10}} {{champion:96}} {{champion:17}} {{champion:110}} In other words - champions that rely on on-hit effects, autoattacks and AP scalings (preferably on the on-hit component). 4 out of 5 primary users the item was designed around are ranged (well, technically Kayle is melee, but...). It's a very specific and niche item. It's not meant to just any autoattackers and I think it's fine this way. Also, just because Ardent rush is a mistake on Riot's part doesn't mean they need to make another one. Then again, I see that the item might be a bit too hard to stack for melees, and I could see a change along those lines: >UNIQUE: Basic attacks grant +8% attack speed, +3 attack damage and +4 ability power for 5 seconds **(increased to 8 seconds for melee champions)**, stacking up to 6 times, granting a total of +48% attack speed, +18 attack damage and +24 ability power. At 6 stacks, gain GUINSOO'S RAGE.
: I think this is LoL's way of telling me I need to play Teemo more.
To be fair - EVERYONE needs to play more Teemo!
: Cool idea, but should never be implementable in any form and here is why. I'm sure your idea behind this is to use it defensively when you have CCed some one but then another enemy appears and you need a way of escaping., but it is easily abused offensively. Imagine some one like {{champion:89}} Leona with this, she could easily perma stun/root you for 4 seconds from her alone. E>Q>R>Q. Or {{champion:412}} Thresh, who can Stun lock you for 3 seconds from Q alone, on top of pulling you an insane distance, then popping you back even further with W, and then slowing you with R. Or {{champion:67}} Vayne who could double E you into a wall stunning your for 3 seconds....a 3 second stun on an Hyper Carry.....GG Or Imagine 2 {{champion:45}} Veiger Es out at the same time CCing and hard zoning even more area. Yea no thank you. 1 of 2 things would happen with this. 1. Its so OP every one is forced to run {{summoner:1}} and {{summoner:4}} no matter what lane you are in. 2. the CC from the second cast is reduced to such a minuscule amount that its useless. (Because even a .25 or a .5s stun on a second Veiger E out would be insanely OP.)
Most of these wouldn't happen though. >You can cast an ability, which is on cooldown and has either utility or CC on it (slows excluded) for as long this cooldown is 2 seconds or less. That means if Veigar casts E, stuns you for 2,5s - he will still have to wait for 3,4s to be able to cast E again with the rune and maxed out CDR. The same is true for most of your examples. I'm sure there are some abuse cases (Teemo would have 0,3s between one blind ends and he can cast 2nd one, Brand would have 0,1s between one stun ends and he can cast 2nd one, for example), but most abilities would be perfectly fine.
PhRoXz0n (NA)
: Some is itemisation; eg. Kat or Vlad don't build Morello even though they'd like to. Others are that the champion usually pays tradeoffs for being manaless and have strengths and weaknesses associated with it. eg. Resourceless ranged harrass is usually good early game, but mana becomes a non-gate late game and so its relative value decreases over game time. This is essentially declaring that we want the champion to be good early game.
>Some is itemisation; eg. Kat or Vlad don't build Morello even though they'd like to. Sorry, but I'll have to call bullshit on this one. Katarina or Vladimir with Morellomonicon are not any weaker than mana champions using them (assuming their kit strengths are the same - which is often true) unless in very specific scenarios (mana scalings, such as Ryze or Archangel Staff). Mana is basically a negative stat that's limiting you - buying it reduces the limitation a bit, but adds no strength whatsoever. The reason why they don't pick Morello is PRECISELY because they don't want it. The gold that is spent on mana and mana regen passive could be better spent elsewhere - without losing any power whatsoever. Also, as a side note - Vladimir is building Morellomonicon whenever he needs grevious wounds passive (it's picked on Vlad in 2,5% of games and has a 57,2% winrate, which is alright). Kata already has grevious wounds, so building it is a double waste. Let's be honest here - champions seem to be no longer balanced around being manaless - maybe outside very minor differences, like Riven having lowish hp regen. But to be fair - mana champions, especially newer ones, could just as well be manaless - with their minor mana costs and high regen. As the game is going right now, I wouldn't be surprised if Riot would get rid of mana as mechanic as a whole.
: Least favorite aspects of your favorite champions
{{champion:17}} - W active part. Possibly one of the worst abilities in the entire game, 3s ms boost on 17s cooldown and it doesn't even refresh the passive (and don't get me started on how MS caps make this ability even less powerful). Mind you, the passive part is okay, but I don't think it's powerful enough to warrant active that often feels like waste of mana.

I mean, I am 100% certain this is not a wticher reference (considering that I made the thingy). The text on the poster is an obvious rip off from the old "Vote for Cthulhu" posters (which I remembered whilst looking for an idea) - which in turn reference a reversed form of the "Choosing the lesser of two evils" idom that date back to Greek Mythology and the Scylla and Charybdis (though, it's still used quite often nowadays). Geralt however clearly states that he has no intention of choosing between lesser or greater evils, because it's still evil - which, again references the same idiom, but has very little in common with the actual message of the Teemo poster. So I guess, the roots of those two things are the same, but it was purely coincidental (haven't read the Witcher books, not played the games - though I intend to do both at some point). Sorry to disappoint. D:

: RIOT fix your main problems before u keep adding skins and other stuff in game
Why are people upvoting this? It reeks of ignorance. 1. Different teams are handling balance, player behaviour and skins. Just because they work in the same company doesn't mean they can do everything. 2. Riot can do very little about players being assholes. It's like this in nearly every online game (especially visible in team-based competetive ones). I understand what you are trying to say, but it just doesn't work like this. The problems listed by you are real, but slowing down on skins etc. would not hasten solving those problem.

: I got ulted by the new urgot for the first time
I still remember first time I saw those chains. It was terrifying, though I didn't die. I was playing Teemo and Urgot died from DoTs before the whole thing finished. ^_^ That said, thanks to this I also found out that the chains stay (or stayed, dunno if it was changed already) WAAAAAY too long after Urgot dies. If it was during teamfight, it would have a pretty serious negative impact.
: Unless I'm reading this wrong, Ultimore is a hilariously bad idea
I actually think Teemo will benefit from it. His R doesn't have that long of a CD so stacking the CDR ain't that hard (30/25/20) and at the same time the CDR ain't wasted like ever, since he just plants them whenever he can, regardless if there are enemies nearby or not. With this stacked and otherwise max CDR, he will have a shroom available every 8 seconds for a maximum of 39 shrooms on the map at once (currently maximum is 29).
: An important thing to note that a lot of mages have cast ranges farther than that of most ADCs. Don't just pick the worst offenders, like Tristana.
But he didn't take any abilities and autoattacks are nearly identical on all ADCs, so it's mostly irrelevant which one he picked.

(Reward: Key Fragment, Mastery 8 token) - Swift Scout: Earn S+ rank 8 times as Teemo. (Reward: Chest, Mastery 8 token) Vision missions: - Place 60 warding totems - yellow trinket (wards must survive at least 66% of their duration in order for them to count - wards being within field of vision of another ward for more than 33% duration do not count, nor do wards placed in base before 15 minute mark). Reward: 500 IP, 25 Orange Essence. Refreshes every week. - Place 20 farsight wards - blue trinket (wards placed in base before 15 minute mark do not count). Reward: 500 IP, 25 Orange Essence. Refreshes every week. - Place 10 control wards (wards placed in base before 15 minute mark do not count). Reward: 500 IP, 25 Orange Essence. Refreshes every week. - Destroy 20 enemy wards. Reward: 150 IP. Refreshes daily (hm, I might've seen that one before). - Win 5 games. Reward: 300 IP. Refreshes weekly. - Win 10 games. Reward: 500 IP, 25 Orange Essence. Refreshes weekly. - Get A+ or higher on any champion. Reward: 150 IP. Refreshes daily. - Get S+ on any champion. Reward: 500 IP, 25 Orange Essence. Refreshes weekly. One-time only general missions: - Reach level 5. Reward: 500 RP. - Reach level 10. Reward: 1350 IP. - Reach level 20. Reward: 3150 IP. - Reach level 30. Reward: 6300 IP. - Finish your first 10 placement matches: Chest + Key. - Earn silver rank: 6300 IP. - Earn gold rank: 6300 IP + Hextech Summoner Icon Token. - Earn platinum rank: 6300 IP + Hextech Ward Skin Token. - Earn diamond rank: 6300 IP + Hextech Champion Skin Token. - Earn master rank: 6300 IP + Hextech Legendary Champion Skin Token. - Earn challenger rank: 6300 IP + Hextech Ultimate Champion Skin Token. - Earn S or higher rank 25 times. : Things I've legitimately heard from Pantheon Sympathizers (filthy people)
>"Stack Armor when you're being zoned/denied gold, he won't be able to kill you" Uh, this one is certainly true. You ought to be stacking armor with whatever money you have so he won't be able to zone you as hard (which in turn will give you more armor -> More money). Also, check your champion on wiki, bases, ratios, stats, check the runes and do the same for Pantheon. Then, using the power of math, devise a strategy that will allow you to trade/farm/win lane against him. It will probably include armor quints, because they are quite amazing (4,26 armor each - this is way more efficient than seals). And no, I'm not a Pantheon main - I'm playing one of the champions he counters the most, Teemo.

: This group won without a single kill and Riot bans them all for 14 days
I see a lot of players defending them, which is sickening. It's not about the tactic - the idea was nice. It's about unacceptable behaviour of this team - **they were not trying to win, all they wanted is to make the experience as miserable as possible for the opposing team**. The situation would be different if they actually tried to win. I'm surprised they slipped away with just 14 days ban. I believe a permaban would be more suitable.
: Fiddle sticks breaks kayn?
It's not a bug, it's intended interaction. Tethers are not broken by untargetability and you are not invincible either (you can for example die from DoTs like ignite or poison). The same works for Vlad, Fizz etc. When tethered, you might want to reactivate R as soon as possible (also, when suffering from DoT and being Darkin you REALLY want to reactivate it immidiately).

: > {{item:3031}}is the closest to Deathcaps shit build path **I guess it's pretty much intended?** {{item:1058}} 1250 --> {{item:1038}} 1300 {{item:1037}} 875 --> {{item:1026}} 850 {{item:1018}} 800 --> {{item:1052}} 435 They are the most expensive items for a reason: they're the late-game op item for their own class. {{sticker:slayer-pantheon-popcorn}}
And you can see that IE is superior here, having more powerful components and less combine cost. Especially the difference between Cloak and Amp Tome is big.
: I've been toying with the idea of doing this for Zhonya's, eg Zhonya's Eggtimer: {{item:1029}} {{item:1052}} {{item:1029}} +365g: 30 armor, 20 ap Unique Active: Stasis Put yourself in Stasis for (0.5-1.5, this would be the back lever) secondsring yourself untargetable and invulnerable for the duration, but also unable to move, attack, cast spells, or use items during this time (120 second cooldown, shared with Zhonya's) And hen Zhonya's would be the same but with a lower combine cost. As it is, Zhonya's is powerful and seeker's armguard is a strong early item, but during the time between the two you're sacrificing a lot of stats for the defensive powerspike the active would give. If the time was tuned correctly, I can't imagine that the active would completely remove kill pressure, it would just give immobile mages a tool against repeated, sloppy dives by an assassin mid and durable jungle. Besides, 120s is a long time early, so if baited you have a good window to kill them. Thoughts?
The active is super powerful, regardless of duration. A lot of players would just buy it and forget about Zhonyas.
: I guess that's all fair. Even your quote from the lore still makes me feel like he's more okay with breaking social conventions than most Yordles, and for me, that's enough to put him as Neutral. I definitely see where you are coming from though, that's certainly a valid way to interpret that!
Dunno. In JoJ (which is uncanon now, but honestly - so is 95% of things with regards to Yordles) he was clearly enjoying social events (the 2 charity events come to mind, which also help to put him into Good alignment), along with Tristana. The only moment he is a loner is on those solo missions (again, we have no reasoning behind that - but even if he simply didn't like company during missions, it doesn't make him any less lawful (as the Yordles needing company is their instinct rather than rule or law)). This might be only me, but also the usage of word "insists" seems like he's actually asking higher ups for solo missions and waits for permission. This part might be me overthinking it, but that's the vibe I got from it. Oh, and by quotes I meant his in-game quotes, particularly those ones: >["Captain Teemo on duty."](https://vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/leagueoflegends/images/5/53/Teemo.ogg/revision/latest?cb=20120619062518) ["Never underestimate the power of the Scout's code."](https://vignette4.wikia.nocookie.net/leagueoflegends/images/f/fb/Teemo.taunt.ogg/revision/latest?cb=20120619062518) Especially the 2nd one shows that he takes pride in scout's code, at the very least. Also, on OS, he says: "I used to live by a code." - not very relevant, as Omega Squad is an alternate universe/timeline, but hey. For me, Teemo seems to be completely on the Lawful side.
BØLT (NA)
: Would anyone else prefer something like this for their Omega Trist splash?
Why would she need to look devious? Despite sharing Omega Squad name - Teemo and the rest have different themes. New Omega Squad skins are about war heroes - a pack of comrades that support each other and never give up in the face of danger. They don't succumb to depression, they are the light in the darkness. Look at the trailer and their login screen. You can clearly see they are heroes. Teemo on the other hand is a broken, cold, murderous yordle. He doesn't care for anyone or anything anymore. He spent years killing, with a mushroom as his only company.
