: I dont think Karma is dead. Her kit will keep her being a broken champ no matter what. If not broken, annoying or toxic, just as Akali, yes she has negative winrate, bad stats, oh well, she still toxic, annoying and broken for many people, no matter if they keep nerfing her, her kit is the "problem".

The most fun I've had with Yuumi is actually a veery heavy AP build: {{item:3041}} {{item:3003}} {{item:3089}} {{item:3285}} {{item:3907}} {{item:3092}} (Yeah, no boots, Spellbinder gives 10% ms and you will be attached most of the game so no real need for boots.) Late game your heals are very strong and the movement speed you give is ridiculous, it's pretty much a dash. Your damage isn't too spectacular, but your ult can actually hurt in a teamfight, but the coolest thing about this build is the adaptive stats you give when attached, you can give up to 350 AP to a mage if they have Rabadon's. Ofcourse the downside is that the build is much more expensive than a support build, so you should only be building it if you are ahead early.

I'd hate to be critical since I know how unfun unwinnable lanes can be, but it's no surprise that a lane with a roster consisting mainly of melee champions will also have ranged bullies abusing them. Plucking out Viktor from the top lane with nerfs will just pave the wave for the next range abuser

But Wukong has pretty much the perfect assassin kit(target selection, mobility, high AD ratios, an escape) with the only hint of him being a bruiser being his passive which just looks misplaced compared to the rest of his abilities. There can't be realistically a bruiser build for Wukong which is better than his lethality build unless he gets extreme kit changes. Maybe Riot doesn't want to invest in a full blown rework for him because he already has a place in the meta, as a midlane and jungle assassin with teamfight capabilities.

The reality however is that we're fine with offbuilds/offlanes. What we're not fine with is when these different builds result in play patterns we find to be degenerate. The reason we tend to kick supports out of mid is that support kits inherently lack counterplay to many of their defensive (and sometimes offensive) actions (they need this, else they would be ineffective at keeping their allies alive as supports). This often creates creates problematic midlane experiences where an assassin like Zed has no chance to succeed against old AP Janna or Lulu as he has no way to get around their cornucopia of CC and Defenses. Nerf AP Janna's waveclear/offensive potential and she's no longer able to mid (there's a baseline of damage/clear you need to function in mid). Nerf her reliable "Screw you for being aggressive" utility and she becomes much worse at support. In regards to Lucian, it's true that he can be obnoxious, but he still brings a number of tradeoffs when picked as a midlaner, and he isn't unapproachable in the way that AP lulu was. TLDR: We don't nerf supports out of mid because "OMFG JANNA IS BEING PLAYED MID. GET HER BACK TO BOT AND BUY A SIGHTONE #NOFUNALLOWED" off-builds. We nerf them because when they're strong there it's often because their kits make them unapproachable in ways we would prefer not to support and changing that reality would risk forcing them out of the support role (we saw this happen to Lulu).
I don't really understand why it's inherently a bad thing for a midlaner to have a unapprouchable and very safe laning phase against aggressive laners. I get that Lulu had high damage and kill potential on top of her incredible self-defense, but Janna only had waveclear and self-peel, no real way to kill a laner without a gank. And isn't it actually counterplay, not a lack of it, having the option to pick a safe, defense and cc stacked (but low-damage) champion against a Zed to counter his aggressive play style and his roaming?
: I've noticed that too. That's why is find Good vs Evil or Order vs Chaos themes boring, because they are so predictable. And I can't really blame the online community honestly, the White vs Black Morality trope is quite uninteresting overall. I'd much prefer to see a Gray vs Gray morality event. Such as Sejuani's Tribe vs Lissandra's Forces, Shadow Isles vs Chaos (i.e. Darkness vs Chaos), Void vs Noxus, Xerath and his minions vs Singed and other Zaunite scientists (i.e. Magic vs Natural Science but with a gray vs gray morality twist). Also gray vs gray morality can work with the _"good"_ factions aswell. The restricting faith of Demacia vs the more untamed nature of the Avarosan tribe, the Industrialism of Piltover vs the more innate magical nature of Ionia, Azir's honorable tyranny vs Nasus's wiser, more practical nature, etc. These are events which I would look forward to.
Void vs Noxus is as far away from morally gray vs morally gray as humanly possible, It's like the Roman Empire vs an actual alien race which wants to destroy our planet

It rewards her for bad play, which isn't very satisfying and doesn't translate well into gameplay. Malhony's whole job is to prevent her allies death, so she shouldn't get rewarded for this. > Q : Holy Fire Mana Cost: 55/60/65/70/75 Cooldown:8/7.5/7/6.5/6 Range: 800 > Malhony smites all enemy targets in two arcs, dealing 45/85/125/165/205 (+55% of AP). This change would encourage her to shield more than just one ally and make him immortal. Otherwise you need to remove a shield from her kit. I suggest you go with option A, because otherwise in lane she can't use her shields on anyone but herself once and her ally once. > W : Aegis of ... Mana Cost: 40/50/60/70/80 Cooldown: 10 Range: 600 > Three symbols flash above Malhony. When reactivating the ability Malhony enchants her Aegis with one of three effects: Protection: Places a shield which reduces all damage taken by 4/8/12/16/20%(+ 1% each 100 AP) for 3.5 seconds. Power: Places a shield which reduces physical damage taken by 5/8/11/13/16%(+ 1% each 100 AP) and enhances the affected ally's auto-attacks, granting them 15/20/25/30/35 (+0.25% of AP) bonus on-hit magic damage for 3.5 seconds Sorcery: Places a shield which reduces magical damage taken by 5/8/11/13/16%(+ 1% each 100 AP) and gives the affected ally 15/20/25/30/35 (+0.25% of AP) mana every second for 3.5 second. This is ability, in my opinion, is far too complicated without enough niche. Your trying to make an effect similar to Twisted Fate's W. However, it's not working out. Each of TF's cards is quite niche. Blue card is for damage and mana sustain. Nothing else. It is _the_ damage card by far. Red Card is waveclear almost completely, with an necessary slow. Gold Card is for CC. Its got such crap damage compared to Blue Card, that it has its own niche. For Malhony however, all of the symbols reduce damage and don't quite have such a defined niche. Sorcery for example, would be good against magic dealers. Except that sometimes you fight a bot lane WITHOUT ANY MAGIC DAMAGE. Like {{champion:44}} {{champion:29}}. Sure there is a little bit of it, but the vast majority of the threat is going to be physical damage. So this symbol is pretty shit now for the entire laning phase. And then the mana regen on this symbol would be better as a sustain Symbol, not an in combat symbol. Also, as a note: giving allies mana usually breaks champions. Imagine if Malhony could invest in as much mana as she wanted and suddenly MF, Lucian, etc. don't have ANY mana problems for free because Malhony took care of that for them. Protection would likely never be used. It's not much better compared to Power's damage reduction, and Power offers a nice damage boost. Especially when you can give your ally some onhit mixed damage. I suggest you remove Power's damage reduction, change its damage accordingly, and keep Protection the same. Sorcery also should be reworked. The mana regen is helpful while your just cs'ing, but the damage reduction means you should use it during a fight. And mana regeneration per second isn't very useful in a fight most of the time. Something like this might work, giving each symbol a form: > Protection: Places a symbol on target ally reducing damage by 4/8/12/16/20% (+1% For each 100 AP) for 3.5 seconds. This damage reduction is twice as effective for shield points on targeted ally. > Power: Places a symbol on target ally, granting them 20/25/30/35/40 (+0.25% of AP) bonus magic damage for 3.5 seconds. > Sorcery: Places symbol on target enemy, slowing them increasingly each second as long as Malhony is in range. Not to say you _have_ to use these examples, but their a lot more niche and defined. > E : Flare Mana Cost: 75 Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4 Range: 425 > Passive: Shielded allies move 20/25/30/35% faster towards visible enemy champions. > Active: Causes all active shields to erupt in holy energies, dealing 100/140/180/220/260(+80% AP) magic damage in an area around the shielded target. I'm loving this passive. I've never seen anything like it and it synergies. The active is pretty neat too, with some strong synergy. This ability is awesome, although I can't be sure on the numbers. The damage, especially the scaling seems too high. > Ultimate: Guardian of Light Cost:1 Divine Shield Coooldown: 1 second Range: 800 > Passive: Store a Divine Shield charge every 30/20/10 seconds or when a nearby ally champion is slain, up to a maximum of 3 > Active: Malhony Consume a Divine Shield charge to place a protective barrier on an ally champion that blocks the first instance of damage in the next 2 seconds. Upon succesfully blocking damage, also grants the target with a shield thats absorbs 100/200/300(+65% of AP) damage for 4 seconds. The shield is overtuned for how much damage Malhony can prevent. Otherwise this ability is neat. The first instance damage block might be a bit confusing in game, but it shouldn't be too bad. ------------------------------------------------ Overall I like Malhony a lot. Because she has no healing, and only shields, she won't make the lane a snooze fest by healing any damage dealt. We don't have a shield specialist yet, so this is real cool! +1 on the post, and kit! OMG!! Thanks for the detailed criticism man, it really helps a lot to get a different point of view. **Firstly**, on shield stacking: I added a 3 second on-target CD on Divine Shield which should motivate Malhony to use her shields on more than one target. **Second**, her W : I owe you big for the changes I made on this ability, now It's much more fitting for the emotional duality thematic I'm going for and the options are extremely different from each other. I was kinda scared to make Symbol of Power's bonus damage too high, so right now I kept it at Janna bonus AD level ( but on autos **and** spells which should make a huge difference). **Next up**, the E: I'm not really sure if I should nerf the damage since the changes I did made it so that Flare won't be activated by so many abilities (W isn't counted as a shield anymore and the Ult on-target CD). I nerfed Guardian of Light's numbers a lil' bit too and that's pretty much it. Thanks again for the feedback! EDIT: On the Passive... I have no idea what to do with it, I feel like it's the right passive for the champ but at the same time it doesn't really make much sense with her theme.

You're probably right about the damage modification, it would just be useless early and too OP late game, so i changed the W a bit. On the other side, the ult stays, it goes well with the kit and it's nothing like a Kayle ult imo.

Yeah, but Sorakas kit focuses on a certain theme (dedicated healer) while other supports are usually jack of all trades with minor diffrences like: X has a little more poke, Y has a little more CC.

So you'll need 600 ap by lvl 9 in order for timewinder to slow at a normal rate??Isn't that too much of a nerf to ap Ekko, when these nerfs are supposed to nerk his tank build?
