: Maybe its just me, but games that are close are more fun to watch.
Since it's related... i also recommend avoiding "bully streamers/YouTubers (players with high elo accounts that keep making new accounts - basically, bullying and humiliating low elo players - since that's the only way they can achieve OP stats). Stop feeding their low self esteem (also their wallets) - by supporting bullying and humiliation of other players. It's quite surprising (shocking even) - that people like that have an audience... {{sticker:slayer-jinx-unamused}} An audience that's probably formed of others alike (bullies in real life - or other players that enjoying bullying low elo players - so they do the same).

: MATCHMAKING IS DUMB
True to that. Getting matched vs "the luckiest player multiple times in a row - while you're among the unluckiest at that point" - impacts everyone but him negatively. That's like giving one player free wins - with no chance of being countered. Would be nice if the system could take into account the stats of every player - and match them correspondingly (weakest vs weakest and strongest vs strongest). Similar to a tournament. If your stats got better (stronger units + better items) - and you made a comeback (now you're the one wining - while being among weakest till that point) - then you earned your place among the top players from that game (worthy of a VS.). Now that's "RANK". Not like now - where the weakest keep getting matches vs strongest - and players end-up on Place 2 or 3 without facing any strong player till late game (last 3 games or so).
: Ready for gunslinger nerf
Gunslingers are fine as they are. Maybe a slight nerf to Lucian - to bring some balance among tier 2 units (even a slight reduction of his AD damage - won't handicap him - since his damage ratio still scales more than good enough - with the right items). The nerf to Graves - did the trick (helped balancing Gunslingers). Right now - Gunslingers is not even among top 3 strongest comps.

: Gunslinger nerf? lmao no. If anything, I'd like a small buff to Tristana, Lucian, or Jinx. Streamers do different comps for entertainment. If they were actually trying to win often, they'd play shapeshifters or elementals more.

If they were actually trying to win often, they'd play shapeshifters or elementals more. Lucian and Jinx definitely don't need a buff. Lucian is probably the strongest tier 2 unit in the whole game/TFT. And Jinx is the equivalent of Draven mid - late game (once you have the right items for her - she can carry just as hard).

: Ever since patch 9.18 was live, the game has lost its fun
Some comps being stronger than the rest - is nothing new. This issue (to put it like that) - was present in all the other versions (that's why the kept nerfing and buffing certain comps). It's RNG - so luck can have a big saying, thus... "chasing the most ideal builds" is sure to get you lots of lost games (at least - more than if you'd work with what you got) .For same reason "you can't abuse certain comps" - because you don't have control over what you get. I'm only plat 2 and 3 on 2 both of my accounts - but i won many games vs the comps you mentioned above. (also - lost with those comps). Basically, compared to patch 9.17 - rangers paired with glacial and knights - took the place of nobles (most ideal comp in past patches). There's still the same amount versatility (or it's as absent as it used to be - if you will). On the other hand... with patch 9.18 - they fixed those CRINGE games where you were cursed to get only gold and max 1 item. Like seriously - stage 4 - 5 - had 2 completed items on all my units and was facing players with 8 - 9 completed items. Some games are still stressing (the RNG part is still annoying as f' in some games) - but the patch 9.18 is definitely an improvement. Glacial are still in need for some nerfs (lower the chance to freeze) - or maybe a new items that gives you immunity to CC for 5 seconds or such. If you want to beat Void assassins - aim for a comp of brawlers + shapeshifters: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KceTYMiAcfM Or the full shapeshifters comp with wild comp (if you manage to get to lvl 8). I lost to yordles and sorcerer with the void assassin comp. And won with glacial, elementalist, knights and guardian.

That's because: Luden's Echo **+90 ability power +10% cooldown reduction +600 mana** **Unique – Haste: Grants an additional 10% cooldown reduction.** Unique – Echo: Gains charges upon moving or casting. At 100 charges, the next instance of ability damage you deal will expend all charges to deal **100 (+ 10% AP) bonus magic damage** to the first enemy hit and to 3 nearby enemies, prioritizing enemies damaged by the ability and champions over minions. vs. Runic Echoes **+80 ability power +10% cooldown reduction +300 mana** Unique – Echo: Gains charges upon moving or casting. At 100 charges, the next instance of ability damage you deal will expend all charges to deal **60 (+ 10% AP**) bonus magic damage to the first enemy hit and summon up to 3 lesser bolts that target nearby enemies, prioritizing enemies damaged by the ability and champions over minions. Echo is amplified to **「 250% 」 magic damage on large monsters. Hitting a large monster with this effect will restore 25% of your missing mana. ** Runic's passive is decent enough for clearing jungle - but it's clearly inferior to Luden vs champions. The extra stats (+ 10 ability power, + 300 mana, + 10% CD and 40 higher splash damage) - clearly justifies the higher cost.

: Why Do Simple Gameplay Concepts Seem Completely Lost On People?
Cause humans are not like machines (who tend to perform bad only while malfunctioning). There's good days and bad days. And sometimes people try to ignore the bad days by playing LoL. That, or they're simply "not in the zone" - for some reason (more often than not - it's cause they're tilted from previous losses and they play the game mechanically at that point - just hoping for a win and go to sleep/eat/movies/whatever).
: Yeah as long as you make it to top 4 in TFT you're given an LP gain. It's insane how easy it is to plus in TFT.

It's insane how easy it is to plus in TFT. That's more noticeable in lower elo (starting with Iron). Starting with Platinum (or maybe around Gold 1 or 2) - the LP loss starts to exceed the gains. For example: in most games i earn around 36 LP for 1st Place (rarely get around 40 - while in low elo you get twice as much) - but i loose around 64 LP for 8th place. Even in 7th place i lost around 42 LP. And since TFT is heavily RNG based (you need luck for item drops, you need luck for getting the right units for upgrades, you need luck not to get matched with the luckiest - multiple rounds in a row). I had lots of unlucky/cringe games - where all creeps till wolves drops gold - and the wolves drops just 1 or 2 items (and even those weren't what i needed for my comp). To make things worst... was already past mid game - and couldn't find the units i needed to upgrade my comp either (and NO - i don't mean lvl 3 but freaking lvl 2). Basically, was struggling with 2 or even 3 x less items and half the units lvl 1 (or 3 out of 7) - vs players with 2x/3x more items and 1 or 2 units lvl 3. Even a high roll of 50+ gold didn't make much difference (felt compelled to switch to other comps - while loosing the synergy between units - simply because i couldn't find any of the needed units for upgrade). That being said... to get 1st, 2nd or 3rd place - you're either really lucky and get a huge amount of good items - or you get a medium amount of items "paired with the strongest comps from current meta". 3rd units can be nice - but they're less essential to get in top 3 positions. Especially if you managed to get some of the weakest units to lvl 3. Again, facing beginners in the lowest elos - might make it look like it's easy to climb - but starting with Platinum - the majority know the basic and are usually familiar with the current meta (chasing the same comps). So it's far common to get on 4th place and above - than it is to get on 1st, 2nd or 3rd. Even 7th or 8th place. And as mentioned above - sometimes i earned around 62 LP in 6 games - where i end-up even 1st, 2nd or 3rd. And lost all the LP in one unlucky game - where i managed to get 8th place (in situations exactly like the ones mentioned above). The more you play vs players that know how to play the game - the harder it is to gain LP, yet far easier to loose it.
: Blademasters need a nerf
Only Draven is broken "with the right items". My bet is on the gunslinger comp (aka the sprinkler comp) + brawler (for sustain) or 3 x blademasters (with Draven as the core - if you manage to get the right build for him - that is). Noble mixed with gunslinger or blademasters is also kinda fucked-up. Noble where Kayle was lvl 2 (packed with 2 mana charge items) - was actually the hardest comp i ever faced. Be it with gunslinger comp or blademasters - barely managed to take down 3 of his units late game (and that with strong builds or even lvl 3 units / won most of the other fight up till that point without breaking a sweat). Last but not least Glacial comp mixed with sorcerers - is also pure annoyance (even for bladmasters if not especially). There's simply to much CC.
: Fiora is random getting 3.0 attack speed.
Sounds like - overtime (the attack speed increases considerably during overtime).
: Picking your champ before your opponent in toplane is just a death sentence for your laning phase
True, worst thing about being 1st pick - when you're top lane. Unless you go for an unconventional pick (Brand top - for example) - you're sure to be countered and have a really hard time. Sure, might help if the jungle can babysit you - but in most cases you'll rarely get 1 or 2 gangs - just to close your mouth. Can't blame him tho... babysitting top lane can put him at disadvantage as well (then the team will have 2 weak links).

On the down side i switch champs so often that this days - i'm more like an ace of all trades master of none. My gaming laptop broke early season - so i kinda give up on rank - cause the FPS can go as low as 6 - during team fights. Thus, Gold is good enough for me (that was my aim for every season - cause again - i get bored easily). Even so - i like to experience all champs - and Yasuo is my least favorite cause of its mechanics (and how active you have to be at all times to play him good). Can't think of any champ that comes close to Yasuo - in this regard... 🤷‍♂️ LeBlanc for example - can be played more relaxed (not just in Gold - i do enjoy watching some of the best streams from challenger / Faker used to be really good with LeBlanc - but he rarely plays here this days). Maybe Faker is not the best example "cause even being able to control the mouse at 3500 DPI (it's what he uses)" - is not that relaxing - but even him is pretty chilled for most part while playing LeBlanc... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YBIG5sRSNrY If he plays vs a troublesome Yasuo - he waits for his jungle to lay a free kill on his table (he may be one of the best mid laners in the world - or at least he used to be, but... from watching his streams his jungle team mate - deserve almost half the credit for most of his early kills). Next in line after Yasuo - could be Aatrox maybe...🤔 I mean, even when you farm with Yasuo - you don't last hit and chill in between - while waiting for an opportunity to strike. It's always dash dash dash... wall... hit hit trust dash dash dash... trust or throw a tempest in enemy's direction... Something like that. And also - generally speaking. Cause Yasuo mains like Moe tend to go overboard (well, at times Moe destroys even his surroundings - while playing Yasuo... falls of chair, smashes his equipment or the desk... he loco 🤪). Is this what i takes to be a good Yasuo main in Challenger: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CzUotDE6bmM ... ^ ^

I was hoping they'd manage to fix "the afk Bugs" by now - but with Patch 9.16 they actually made things worst. Now i'm loosing 100% won rounds - cause units going AFK. I even got owned by one Krug - with 4 units just standing and watching a single unit fighting alone. {{sticker:zombie-brand-mindblown}}
: Bug in Teamfight Tactics
There's still lots of bugs (like units going AFK ) - but what you mentioned above doesn't seem to be a bug. More like a feature. As in... yes, you'll have a lvl 1 champion that goes over the limit, but... until you level-up the amount of champs you can use on the board (or remove that champ by selling it - or selling another unit to make space for him) - all the units will be frozen as they are. Usually that champ gets thrown in a corner - and you're not allowed to change the position of any unit from the board. With some champs like Yasuo or assassins - this can't work in your favor. Tho, changing the available units - or positioning them better for the upcoming fights can be the difference between win and loss. So... this is a situation feature (works only sometimes - with specific units - but even then - you can only use this for start for a limited amount).

Some of the Riot officials answered this question indirectly several times (nobody asked the question - they simply explained their reason behind limiting certain items). As in... "this limited events are aimed at collectors" - so they're limited for the sake of rarity (so certain items will only be available at a given time).

I played thousands of games on Rift - and never seen anything close to this bugs. Even tho, there were some (like Blitz hooking the Baron) - they were fixed so fast that i didn't even get the chance to see them myself. I'd like to see you (or the majority) - play Rift with bugs where your champion would just freeze for half a minute at random times. This are not minor bugs you rarely notice once in a red moon - but big ones - quite easy to notice since they ruin your game experience.

They were already doing that on PBE (Public Beta Environment). This bugs have nothing to do with the Rank System (it's not event set like the one from Rift - in TFT high elo gets matched vs low elo quite often / it's more focused on quantity "to match you with someone, anyone - so the game will start a.s.a.p.). Not to mention...TFT had a commercial side from start - and with one of the upcoming patches they're already releasing a new set of Little Legends.

Paired with the right items (also, can be easier to upgrade - cause many avoid her "while getting a bad reputation from streamers in the past") - she's far from being the weakest unit... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IOU3rV1SQFY

: About your response to Item RNG
It's not just the items. EVERYTHING is based on RNG in TFT. Besides items... - the Champions you get are based on RNG... https://imgur.com/YTO1Ksh (late game - all your units are lvl 2 while the enemy can have 4 tier 2 and 3 units lvl 3 / again, those are not even tier 1 units but tier 2 and 3 - even more than that "they're exactly the units he needs for the Yordle comp {{champion:45}} {{champion:117}} {{champion:78}} {{champion:85}} - even the LP gains for wining 1st place seems to be based on RNG https://imgur.com/5zLprOX Which makes me wonder - do we get much vs similar ELO in TFT or even that is Random, (Plats vs Silver and Bronze)? 🤔
: As a pyke main, please nerf him
They barley released a new skin for Pyke - so the chances of Pyke getting balanced so soon - seem kinda low. Maybe a small nerf in the upcoming patches - followed by something more serious couple of months from now. Or in 2020... 🤷🏻‍♂️

Not his numbers, not his gold or the passive gold bs, not his ult mechanic, nothing of the sort -- those are all fine. Its the fact that we put **STEALTH** **DASH** **HOOK** All on the same goddamn champion! Riot loves to throw around their new favorite hot-button phrase "Power Budget" Tell me please, what about this is conducive to the concept of a "Power budget?"

He also gains a burst on his movement speed - while going stealth (quite handy both for getting away and chasing a champion).
: Champions that scale into late game hard, should have HORRIBLE early games.
Above champs have a decent early game - "only on specific situations". The keyword here is "counter-play". {{champion:45}} - is broken on ARAM. On the other hand... on Summoner's Rift - there's so many champions that counter him - that play him can be cringe worthy - early mid game. For example... {{champion:45}} vs. {{champion:105}}, {{champion:25}}, {{champion:99}}, {{champion:161}} and so on (basically, almost every long range APC besides FIzz). Same goes for {{champion:75}}. Champions like ({{champion:17}}, {{champion:67}} or {{champion:133}} - can really tilt a Nasus player early game - by denying his farm and force him under turret (crying for babysit from his JG). This season i don't remember seeing more than one {{champion:38}} in Rank. He's like a ghost - as can be seen in the play rate stats: https://na.op.gg/champion/kassadin/statistics/mid https://mobalytics.gg/blog/lol-tier-list-for-climbing-solo-queue/ Tier B. As for {{champion:10}}. She used to be really broken after rework. Tho, since then - she got nerfed quite a lot. This days - even late game she's not that OP (goes down quite fast - while facing units heavy on CC).
: anyone else just afk when they get 0 items?
No. Since TFT is RNG both in terms of item drops and champions. Thus, you can always have better luck for fast champion upgrades - or maybe you'll get more drops at 3rd group of creeps and beyond (cause 2nd group rarely give more than 1 item) - while he might get stuck with lots of lvl 1 and lvl 2 units - despite of having a good early start with 4 item drops. I've experience both situations and getting a good early start - is far from deciding the end of the game. As far as i know - there's no punishment - cause you're not ruining anyone's game. Tho, if you play Rank - you'll loose the highest amount of LP for ending the game on 8th place.
: because normals are for FUN ???????????????? meaning either he has low norms MMR or u have high norms MMR putting ranked MMR as a factor for norms MMR would not make it fun and make the mode pointless as you go against the same players as ranked when you are just trying to have fun.

If "bullying" is your idea of "fun" - then ab-Normal is the way to go for any high Elo. There's nothing fan about loosing a game before it starts - and getting stomped the whole time. Last but not least - the majority will treat a Normal game same as Rank. As in... you might still get reported if you go against the meta - or end-up feeding to much while playing a new champ. Sure, it shouldn't be taken as serious as Rank - but even in Rank - i met a lot of people saying stuff like "it's just the game (while playing as if they couldn't care less - if they win or loose)" or calling the people who take rank to seriously "no lifer (or something like that)" Normal is more like a "training ground". And mods like URF or NB were just for fun (the usual meta wasn't that relevant there - as long as you didn't flame/harass others - the majority didn't have an issue with you).
: Losing in TFT sucks cz you know it's not even your fault
I know what you mean... https://imgur.com/8vWxsaj https://imgur.com/opzQoRE https://imgur.com/Ylkib9x 3x/4x more lvl 3 units, both better and also 2x more items while lucky for drops. Which in turn also implies a higher economy. I won games even with all units tier 1 vs 3 units lvl 3 - "if luck was on my side in terms of items". But when you have bad luck for both. Impossible.
: Oh really, a free GA isn't the reason why he was just able to turret dive? Right, totally the healing that only heals at max early game 100 health with the ult.

Right, totally the healing that only heals at max early game 100 health with the ult. Last time i played vs a good Aatrox - he kept killing us under turret (we had full life too) - while healing the damage taken from the turret. His CC, Damage and sustain - is freaking insane. He didn't seem that much stronger with revive - since "he couldn't attack while reviving (and most players used to play him differently back then - while knowing they have revive)". Some would even suicide dive (chasing kills) - while counting on revive. But this guy was counting mainly on CC and the tackiness potential of his self-heal (while doing so much damage on us).

: Are their any champion/champions that do not usually build any boots?
This are the champions that i play sometimes - without boots: {{champion:17}} {{champion:40}} {{champion:19}} Since all 3 gain a passive MS boost - after leveling their specific abilities (tho, for ww that happens only when the enemy is low on health).
: You mean the version that doesnt have a revive, the one thing that allowed him to do so?

It's not the revive that made him broken - it's his freaking passive. And they buffed that at earlier levels - when they removed revive: **AMPLIFIED SELF-HEALING 40/55/70% ⇒ 50/60/70% COOLDOWN 140/120/100 seconds ⇒ 120/100/80 seconds ** I doubt you see many Aatrox players turret diving or going 1 vs 2 - 5 (while playing against players of similar skill) - if they kept his revive and removed his passive instead.

Fizz > 2. Pyke > 3. Yasuo If {{champion:266}} would be played/picked at least 20% as much as Pyke - he'd be Nr. 1 for sure. The new broken version can go 1 vs 5 under turret.
: I honestly don’t understand the hype for TFT over Nexus blitz
Riot sees Valve + Dota 2 as a the main competition for League of Legends. Not so long ago - Valve decided to invest in Dota Auto Chess (which was initially crated by a Chinese company - tho, since it proved to be really successful - Valve wanted a piece of that pie - by working on their own version in collaboration with that Chinese dev). That being said.... Riot rushed TFT (they too want a piece of that pie) - which is almost a clone to Dota Auto Chess - but based on LoL (and obviously - using LoL graphical engine). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eKzOPY5blYo Nexus blitz was just for fan. Or another way to put it - Nexus Blitz wasn't bringing any extra profit - other than the general gains from Skin sales. With TFT - they introduced "Little Legends" - which act like mascots - interacting with certain elements from the game (opening loot boxes, dragging a champion from the carousel, dancing and taunting). Tho, beyond the basic mascots - you also have the commercial part - or more like a "gambling scheme" - which can generate profit from users who want their mascot to stand out, collectors and people who struggle with gambling additions. Not to mention - this mascots are far easier to put together compared to a champion skin. And that's basically the story behind TFT - and why it's here to stay. Let's face it... since it's meant to generate "extra profit" - there's not much room for comparison with other modes made for fun. Even tho, Nexus Blitz had its own little legends... those were more like automated pets following you around. Also free (you get them from quest). And temporary.
: Gold is ruining League
The person playing well "STILL IS" the most rewarded (as it should be). The players with most farm and most kills - can be 2 levels above the rest (sometimes even 4 or more) - due to gaining more experience. And also - an extra completed item compared to the rest. That being said... despite of being better than the rest - he also has the highest stats from higher lvl and an extra completed item (an item that's worth around 3000+). Landing a kill on a player with 9 - 0 - 6 KDA might give you a higher reward (700 gold or more) - but that's still not enough to get near his earned advantage. That would only be possible if you'd get around 3000 gold "AND ALSO" the extra experience (as in... if you're lvl 11 and he's lvl 14 - you lvl-up to lvl 14 as well - by killing his champion). Indeed, if that was the case - your argument would be valid. Which is clearly not the case with the current system. Not to mention that - usually this player gets owned in a team-fight (it's less likely for him to get owned 1 on 1) and "not always by the one who needs that extra gold the most (the carry for example)". Most common comebacks have more to do with outplaying the enemy team (more often than not - the team with the extra advantage gets to cocky and throws the game). Those games where your team plays more like a team - while the enemy team plays less (you engage as 5 and encounter only 2 or 3 cause the rest are farming in opposite sites of the map - despite of having a higher advantage). Not because you managed to land a last strike on the enemy's carry - and got a bonus 700 gold (while your KDA is 2 - 8 - 3 and you're 3 lvl below).
: We Need This as an Urgot Skin
That looks a bit similar to the old version of Giant Enemy Crabgot Urgot https://gamepedia.cursecdn.com/lolesports_gamepedia_en/5/51/Urgot_Splash_1_Old.jpg http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-q5DQIW7UMpU/VHj2UGYZAVI/AAAAAAAAQZs/myM5-ei7Npo/s1600/Sejuani_4.jpg I doubt they'll make any skins like that in the future. imo, next Urgot skin (in 2021+ maybe... since it's among the rare champs to get a skins and he already got one not so long ago) - is more likely to be something more complex (pared with modern visual effects and gimmicky looks) - part of the current skin sets (Hextech, Guardian of the Sands, Project or maybe something more cute for a change).
: Is it me, or Jinx is too much of a carry?
She can be pretty decent (if played by a good ADC) - but she's far from being OP compared to other ADCs. If you check your history... in past 20 games you played vs/with Jinx - she was in the loosing team 3 times - and only won 2 games. The games where she did good "she had better team" - not to mention she was 2 - 3 lvls above some of the enemy champions. In a similar context - almost every AD is kinda of a hyper carry... {{champion:119}} - is one of the scariest early game hyper carries. {{champion:67}} - is biggest tank crusher mid and late game. {{champion:202}} - is good all-around .
: "Game still in progress" but no reconnect button
The game client starts "idle (using 0% CPU resources)" - for some reason. To restart it - you have to go with the good old Ctrl +Shift + ESC (which opens Task manager) close it ("End task" by right clicking the game client - as other mentioned above) - then you'll get the option to "reconnect" again.

No. Buying the passes a.s.a.p. + tons of grinding - was the original model: https://boards.pbe.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/client-new-features-feedback/qKY4WrdK-kda-kaisa-prestige-edition They changed that only for "Prestige Aatrox": https://eune.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/features/prestige-points-and-new-prestige-edition-skins ...which started that scandal you're referring to.
