Why isn't pyke mentioned once here, most of the community seems to be complaining about him, he's been sitting on a 40% ban rate for a while now with a 20% pick rate and 51%-52% winrate. He definitely feels like the only true way to play against him is to hope he overextends or misses an ult.

: Official patch notes are still weeks away (with the patch itself). Unofficial notes based off changes seen on PBE (Surrender@20 etc) will I imagine start showing up tomorrow at some point.
Are we going to see one of those vague patch notes that you did with the mid season magic where it was shown what all of the new abilities did before the patch poped up on the pbe?

: TLDR: Yes. We've got some changes to Bard planned for 5.17. Those currently look like this: Caretaker's Shrine (W) Cost :: 100 / 105 / 110 / 115 / 120 >>> 90 Magical Journey (E) Cooldown :: 20 / 19 / 18 / 17 / 16 >>> 18 / 17 / 16 / 15 / 14
Wouldn't it be just a good idea to give his W a bonus health scaling?

: We're currently testing buffs to his R involving increasing its range and, at ranks 1 and 2, giving it a lower CD (so while it's not going as far as pre 5.4 still he's able to use it more often ). Not guaranteed that'll be the path we take, that's current thinking though.
Try making Kassadins R work like Vi's Q.So he doesn't have a insta-escape or insta-engage. Also try for Kassadin to be a squsihy assasin rather then a tanky-mage.
