When u implement 10-bans will we need more champs to be able to play ranked? If so would that make league even bigger IP grind frustration then it is now?

: Just a question. Will I get banned for Mute-ing All in every match?
No, u can't be banned for that.If u are scared because they banned that Singed support guy, that was just a PR thing. They didn't have any reason to ban him, so they slapped "not communicating with ur team" crap. It's not in the TOS.
: The ToS says any hate speech (homophobia/racism/etc.) can be subjected to being perma-banned without warning. That one word is what got you perma'd. Enjoy losing all the RP you've spent, hope it was worth it.
How is f****t worse from ur IGN?

Nice IGN m8.I am saving my IP to change my main's name to "FatCuckerino" on either EUNE or EUW.

The only time a punishment comes out immediately is when 9 people report 1 person but, who reports feeders in norms from the enemy team? Most just move on with only the trolls team taking a loss, but that is also a part of league. This is wrong. 9 reports and 1 report has the same effect.
Nah, u are wrong. Number of reports matter, which u could have seen on singed support case.

He wasn't bullying anyone u stu*id ....For "things" like u everything is bullying. U have the right to play whatever u want as long as u don't int and play to win, plain and simple.

: EDIT: grammar Okay, so we got together with game designers, player behavior folks, and player support agents to take a hard look at this player, the penalties, and the support tickets associated with it. It's clear this wacky Smite, Support Singed plays to win. It’s also clear the player struggles to effectively communicate intentions and strategy to teammates. In this case, unwieldy communication and the wacky Smite, Support Singed pick are tightly linked. So let’s pick them apart some. Innovative and unconventional approaches to League keep the game fresh, and finding new ways to win motivates a ton of players. We 100% support the opportunity to innovate with surprising picks and strategies in League. The only real condition we place on that right to experimentation is that you play to win. However, sometimes unconventional approaches to the game have costs that outweigh benefits. This player might have a respectable(-ish) winrate on Support Singed with Smite and no Sightstone, but the pick and build also nets them a frankly enormous number of reports and probably gives their ADC high blood pressure. That leaves us with two tricky questions: Q: If intentions are clearly aimed at victory, is there an outer boundary for too unconventional a pick/build/strategy? A: No. This is where we break from the Support ticket linked in the original reddit discussion. Real talk, this player is far from the only support in Gold V to skip out on a Sightstone. No one should ever get banned for skipping Sightstone. On the other hand, asking an ADC to lane alone while their support farms the enemy jungle truly pushes that teammate out of their comfort zone and that should mean something. We can all sympathize with the lonely Miss Fortune facing down Lucian and Alistar at her own turret, and it makes sense to us when they report this Singed player. Q: Do unconventional picks/strategies increase the burden of communications for the player and their teammates? Y: Yes. If you're gonna throw a curveball at teammates, you also need to communicate your intentions to teammates. You shouldn’t just expect everyone to "get it", so tell them what's up. To be clear, this player does attempt to communicate intent and strategy, but a good chunk of teammates across hundreds of games just don’t want to sign up for the plan. That lack of agreement on the new plan makes for a pretty chaotic game and leads to a huge share of this player’s reports. If a teammate in champ select says, “pls no, this is game 5 of promos”, maybe stick with something conventional and skip tilting your teammates off the face of the earth. In short, argue for your idea, but stay ready to be flexible. In the same vein, teammates should be willing give unconventional picks/strategies a fair shot. They could surprise your opponents more than they surprise you. We need to leave plenty of space for experimentation in League (Hi Support MF), even if it sometimes leaves us in less than perfectly comfy games. If you're about to play stunbot Twisted Fate tank support with Talisman, Righteous Glory, and Protobelt, let your team know the special kind of hell you're aiming to create for your enemies, and how they should adjust their expectations and approach to the game. If, instead of that, you wholly fail to communicate, or completely disrupt game after game, it makes sense that you’d rack up a ton of reports, net manual reviews and even potential penalties from Player Support. The net result is that players, if playing to win, have a fundamental right to experiment in League. It’s good for the game. At the same time, common sense and good sportsmanship say that experimenting players need to clearly communicate intent and win conditions to their teammates. In this Singed player’s case, the two-week ban’s already expired. For what it’s worth, we believe the penalty was warranted because in literally hundreds of games the player inflicted a huge amount of disruption on players who didn’t agree to their chemistry experiments. On the other hand, the player’s communication issues fall well short of permaban territory, and in retrospect the threat of a perma in the Player Support response was a bit much. We also see marked improvement in their efforts communicate with teammates in more recent games. It’s worth mentioning that cases like these are handled by humans and any player in a (pretty dang rare) situation like this can request further detail and a full review from Player Support. Still, with intent to win confirmed, gameplay experimentation and innovation is something we stand behind even if it ruffles feathers. After all, conventional picks lose half their games too. We think this player could still do a much better job of communicating with teammates, but we also believe players should be more tolerant of different approaches to the game. The line here is the player repeatedly showing no flexibility in the face of resistance to their strategies, and consistently forcing teammates into a wildly different bot lane experience hundreds of times.
So, all this talk how number of reports doesn't matter were lies? And why would I care how some stranger feels? I thought the only thing that matters is that I do my best and play for win...

: can anybody tell me how to play rework champion
: When I was in high school a long time back, I was bullied by the bigger guys because I was that small, nerdy kid who enjoyed playing video games and playing chess. I always had that inkling to try and "stand up" to the bullies, mainly to show them that I was the "better" one or the one who was the alpha. But, I never did, mainly because of cowardice; it was 4 guys which two were on the football team, and the other two were on the wrestling team vs. a lanky kid who loved to play video games and thought that people who played sports were idiots who didn't utilize their potential. I took out my pain on random people on the internet because I knew that I would never get in "trouble". I notice that many people on this forum (and video game forums in general) fit the same exact description I was back when I was in high school. I was that kid who had the superiority complex, and I notice a lot of people on this forum have the same personality I had back before I graduated high school. To be honest, I look back at it after almost 10 years of being out of high school, and I absolutely hate my old self: My old self was a pompous tool who took pleasure in seeing the pain and suffering of others online who I would never meet. It took me a while to realize this, and now, skipping forward so many years, I notice that a lot of guys in video games with multiplayer interaction in general, whether it be League of Legends, Call of Duty, CSGO, etc. are essentially my younger self. What you did say is true: To stand up to these so called "bullies", I would mute them in this game. In fact, I already do such a thing ingame, because I honestly trust myself to not set things on fire in my kitchen than believing that the majority of my ingame interactions with this community would be tolerable. I have already set my kitchen on fire three times in my life. Personally, I mute every single person in my game. I haven't really had a toxic experience after doing so (ingame), but postgame screen seems to heavily reinforce my mentality that the community is more toxic than good now. For the summarized version for anyone: I agree with Sarutobi, just mute someone and move on. If you're like me, and assume that everyone is toxic beforehand, just mute the entire game. I had consistent terrible interactions with the community, which led me to mute everyone, so yeah.
I was always curious about one thing watching a lot of American teen movies. In every movie all kids are in some group, u have geeks, jocks, queen bee and her friends etc. Are things like that IRL(reading ur post, looks like it is). I live in Croatia and I play basketball from my earliest days(16 now and close to pro deal). And I have friends with all type of backgrounds(geeks, jocks, gamers etc). Here in Europe we rarely have these groups who don't hangout with each other. I always found this really strange about Murica.

: I think the difference between "I'm going to find you and shoot you" and "I'm going to shoot up this school" is the fact that they actually CAN shoot up any number of schools probably around them. Clearly, they have no idea where I live, so that in fact is an empty threat. There is absolutely nothing wrong in taking precautions against a claim like this on the off chance the person was serious. You risk not doing anything and having plenty of people killed/hurt in the process just because "it's online it was probably just a joke."

: Victorious skin is only for Gold players and above. Looks like you are Bronze at the moment according to opgg. You won't get that skin if you are not at least Gold5 at the end of the Season. However, let's say you reach Gold: once it's added in your account (most likely end of November), you can contact Player Support and say you don't want it, they may be able to help you.
I said on my main. This is bought acc used only on boards(I wanted to use it for trolling in bronze but that felt stupid so I never did it).

: Worlds is boring because fighting in LoL in reality just isn't worth it. In Dota 2 a won teamfight will net you a 1 or 2 levels and like 2k-3k gold, and you get a shit ton of gold and exp if you kill someone on a killing spree on top of them having a long respawn time, so it is actually worth to fight constantly and you can easily snowball hard or make crazy comebacks. But in LoL no matter how ahead you are, in the end the game is decided by 1 guy misplaying, no matter how ahead you were, since early game all the advantage you try to build up is negated by low respawn timers and low gold value per kill (aside from first blood) thanks to Riot nerfing snowballing so hard in S2, yet buffing comeback mechanics a lot (you are on a killing spree after only getting 2 kills now and if you die everyone on their team gets gold).

: for asking for someone to get reported afk? 10/10 ban from riot
I don't think u got perma banned only for that.I am toxic af and was never banned.
: Asking people to report someone is considered harassment. It only takes one report to flag the game. 9 reports in one game is considered 1 game you were reported in, not 9 reports. Also, you don't know that other people don't get punished for their toxicity, you just don't think it does because you don't feel the impact of it. The punishments work in tiers, things that can get you chat restrictions can get you banned too if you keep doing it. The only things that skip you tiers are things like extreme racism. You get a 10 game chat restriction, a 25 game chat restriction, a 14 day suspension, then a permenant ban. If you still want a riot response you should make a support ticket as that is the only guaranteed way to get one.

: So I have a question about this, perhaps you can answer, I get requests all the time to submit and boost my account, since most of the games in my elo are boosters and their accounts, throwing matches, etc... Which I'm not going to do, more for moral reasons, however I was wondering about what some companies claim are "legit" duo boosting services, where they don't touch your account, just duo games with you and "carry" Does riot have any official stance on this? Whenever people I barely know offer to duo with me I always make sure to let them know, just please don't script in my games, since I don't want to be associated with it. Could one of these services potentially get me banned if they are cheating in order to 'carry' me up the ladder?
No, u cant get banned for that.

: Do you know of any plans to address dynamic queue boosting? There are multiple streamers who advertise that if people subscribe to their stream they'll play with them and boost them to higher divisions.
That's not boosting, they are just playing with "friends". ;)
