people have been complaining about this since adcmeta tower nerfs though

but sitll any higher ranged adc can take him down, and a single relic shield can counter him (i play him too, but if he doesn't gets an adc with big range+cc like varus ashe jhin or jinx, or enemy knows his kit and harasses him he gets quite worthless)

vlad is still pretty good, just not for top, but mid, as long as they want assassins meta to last i doubt they will do anything with him

well, it already costs 150-250 mana cost, scales low, and the rest of his kit has 0 scaling with cdr, so if you built it you wasted gold on something you can only once every 2 minute, and you might not even get in a situation where its even worth it, and it has a 3 second warning ahead, i think cd should be reduced to 180/170/160 and mana cost should be changed to 100/115/130 either this, or buff his w, basic attacks, and bring back spellvamp

mastery 5 karthus here, got some s ranks on him, but i can confirm he needs some minor buffs since his itemization options were mostly nerfed. though i think he would be perfectly balanced with another basic attack fix and a w buff/ w r mana cost fix

on the other hand karthus can be a brutally strong support vs stupid enemies (well, this stands true for other 20 non support champion also)

i always have trouble with recognising diana with this skin, it doesn't even looks like her

they had major rebalances and nerfs, since then ahri doesn'T have to land e to kill, and has lower single target dmg, everything is on Q, while janna got reworked to a brainless shieldspammer zombie
