I had the vague idea in my head that it actually solved something somehow for Irelia's case. But yeah anyway, if nothing happened with her, then less than nothing can ever happen to Kass I guess.
: A very interesting question. I would imagine that Riot simply don't want to waste resourses in numerous cases. They are a private company and private companies and persons can choose whether to defend their rights or not. Simply put it the cost to prove it all will be far too high. Some of the violators will get away, others will not be able to pay the money the court has ruled them to pay to Riot. The norm in the TOU is violated so oftenly and so openly that it might as well not exist. The same problem exists with account selling in general. You get items due to some bug(cough the blood moon bug when multiple people got all the skins becasue the crates were 1 BE. The account is yours and now you have all skins. This has happened on another account of yours. You sell at least one for 9000+ dollars(actually seen this) and no one punishes you. Sure it is forbiden by the TOU but the case is so specific that Riot preffer not to make a big deal out of it. As such only extreme violations get sued. Besides Riot have an image to keep. You can't sue your own players. So you preffer some things to slide.
This is right, but I was actually thinking of sueing the company that is making money out of this traffic, instead of the players. Those companies literally build their business on Riot's inaction there... that is the weirdest thing to me. Edit : I mean, Riot could sell those accounts on their own, and actually earn money on this (so a win-win situation for them)...

The moment they are not unviable, they are too strong, it's no middle ground with some champs. There are champs that have inherent design problems(often intentionally for some so called "noob" or beginner champions) which mean they can't be balanced by number changes to be simply "good" in top elo, so they are gutted instead of being changed.
I see this, but what I am implying is that Syndra's strengths are definitely not only the moving while casting thing. This is not what makes her that strong. For example, Orianna can also cast while moving (it is just not explicitly written in her spells description), and that is not what makes her strong.

Even if I dont share the same anger you got, I definitely think this is true I and my brother play a lot at the same time, not necessarily together tho. He is the flame-ish, really talkative guy while I am more silent than him. I can ensure you that he isn't matched with the same people as me. And when I duo with him (normals or rankeds), I am myself matched with reaaally annoying people. (Tried it out on different account/elo, and this is always noticeable).

But for the vast majority of people who put maximum 50 GBP into the game, having such free skins actually matters. Your case - i'm sorry - is pretty unique. Now, if you actually need this Grand Marshall title to actually feel like you're good at the game... pay for it ? It's your choice, your decision Many players don't care about their mastery/their summonner icon/their skin, it doesn't make them worse at the game Faker hasn't been using skins for ages The biggest progression one can have in this game anyway is their rank. It has always been the most representative thing in this game. Don't act like if every kind of progression was lost.
: DotA 2 is free and I'm pretty sure all of the champions are permanently unlocked for free. HotS is also free and it's significantly easier to gets skins and other cosmetics in HotS for free.
come on, let's not list all the games that are so much better than League. I could give you a list 10 times longer of worse games. League's definitely more than OK to play as a free to play, and I'm actually shocked they didn't add more paying content beforehand. Cause let's face it, the game has millions of players, and it is far from being free to host that much people. It's actually fucking normal that they want more revenue, and once you're in game, literally nothing changes anyway.
