Final update to enclosure this post, All I have to do is put the amount of RP on my account and then they will manually add the skin to my account and remove the RP, tho I wanted more than just the bewitching Janna skin this is quite an alright offer they gave me.

To be fair i'm very sad about it and a bit bitter since halloween is my favorite time of the year and I still wanted to buy a few things, really a bummer I missed out because of the wrong information from a rioter.
: Did you follow up on the request to clarify? (You should be able to send a reply on the ticket) I assume they assumed you meant the "Your Shop", not the actual store. It would be a good idea to clarify with them on that.

I followed up with a request yes but I did say in my ticket that I said the store not ''my shop''. Sadly I don't think they will do anything about it anymore since all the items are gone in the shop.
