Personally I believe Prestige edition skins should only be a thing during the following events - Seasonal Events such as Chinese New Year, Valentines, Halloween, Snowdown - Skin line based events such as Project, Star Guardian, Arcade, K/DA, Odyssey etc. What Riot should do is as follows Only make prestige skins for the kind of events I've listed above but once those events are over make the event skins available to buy with Prestige points This would include - K/DA Kai'Sa Prestige Edition - K/DA Akali Prestige Edition - Arcade Caitlyn Prestige Edition - Firecracker Vayne Prestige Edition - Battle Academia Lux Prestige Edition But not for 100, maybe make them 125 each to not diminish the time and effort people put into grinding for those skins.

Personally I feel this game needs MORE shield breaking mechanics not less. https://streamable.com/nzzlt Sure I was 2 levels down but thats a stupid amount of shielding for a 1/6 Orianna... Renekton and Blitzcrank may not have been the best candidates for such a mechanic but the mechanic overall is a healthy addition to the game.

: Honestly i don't feel like mages bot are as punishing as they once were, it might be just my personal opinion though but there's a lot of stuff you can do to minimize the effectiveness of the poke. 1) Choose the right champion {{champion:81}} {{champion:51}} {{champion:202}} {{champion:222}} {{champion:145}} {{champion:236}} {{champion:15}} {{champion:67}} like most of these champions have either long range and are pretty safe or have a lot of mobility to quickly avoid incoming damage, i know it's funny that i've put Vayne there and it's maybe just because she's been one of my mains for the last 8 seasons but even with her i don't usually feel too threatened by poke since she can reposition quickly 2) Choose the right runes, i think 90% of the players completely gloss over the runes, they see a recommended build and just stick to it mindlessly forever, if you're up against a brand bot lane then taking some defensive runes will mean a lot, legend bloodline, fleet footwork, magical potion delivery, even going for the resolve tree and getting second wind and boneplating will keep you alive much longer and you can actually start with +12 MR 3) Items- Again 90% of the players never experiment with any of the different builds, don't be afraid to build {{item:3111}} or {{item:3047}} it's not a huge loss of dps especially if you're not playing a very AA reliant champ like Lucian or MF for example but it can help you stay safer,farm more,participate in more fights and get more kills just by virtue of staying alive to do it. And for later game you don't need to go {{item:3006}} {{item:3087}} {{item:3094}} {{item:3031}} {{item:3508}} to deal damage especially if you're not coupled with an enchanter support like lulu or a healbot soraka. {{item:3006}} {{item:3046}} {{item:3031}} {{item:3139}} {{item:3036}} {{item:3026}} When you factor in the increased survive time you'll end up doing the same or even more damage in total but won't be frustrated as much of getting clipped by Lux Q and instantly deleted. Fleet has been nothing but nerfed into the ground.

Once they complete that, they're dealing True Damage to me.   Even if you take the 8 MR shard, {{item:3020}} removes 44% of your total MR. {{item:3020}} {{item:3916}} removes 80% of your MR if you take the MR shard.   BuT jUst BuY A nULL mAgIc MAnTLe - Mage Mains. Easier said than done, Marksmen are the most item reliant class in the game. Delaying a Blade of the Ruined King or Infinity Edge by 450 gold is huge.

Continuing on from this... Either the Flat Magic Penetration on both of these items needs to be reduced slightly or the base MR / MR growth of all ranged champions needs to be increased slightly.

Only go blue if you get ahead. You'll never 1 shot Yasuo or Rengar late game. If Morgana has a brain, Blue Kayn won't play the game.   If you fall behind then go Red. Red is still useful even when behind. If you manage to snowball a bit in lane phase then consider blue.

Honestly, what they should do is give sivir +25 attack range and reduce her mana cost on Q by 10 on all ranks. As for Ezreal, he should get a mechanic that the more Q he spams in X amount of time, the higher the mana cost gets, increasing by 5 or something. And as for AP ezreal, his W should not auto lock on targets even if it misses and it's ap ratio should be reduced by 15% on all ranks, that way you can still build hybrid but without nuking people by just pressing 2 buttons

To further explain why those 4/5 make the end of high skill floor, it is because they have to be consistently dealing damage, while microing, and avoiding everything. Vayne, Kata, Zed, and Riven. All come with either multiple dashes, blinks, or invis. Giving them a lot of breathing room. Compared to the 5 I have spoken about, they don't get to have breathing room. If they fuck up, they fuck up, and die. That is why I am almost always 1000% more worried about a high elo cass, ryze, azir, kali, yas. More than I am a worried about a Zed, Kata, Vayne, or Riven.

Iron: 47.84% Bronze: 49.3% Silver: 49.98% Gold: 50.15% Platinum: 50.35% Diamond: 50.4% Master: 51.3% GrandMaster: 49.6% Challenger: 49.58% I have to disagree with you on that. What I see here is a "high skill cap" champion being at a dogshit winrate in Iron and getting slightly better as you go higher up. Hell the increase in win rate is negligible compared to Riven or Katarina.   Now... Let's look at {{champion:92}} Iron: 45.69% Bronze: 45.62% Silver: 47.99% Gold: 49.99% Platinum: 51.14% Diamond: 52.41% Master: 54.51% GrandMaster: 54.41% Challenger: 54.95% We can all agree here that Riven is a much harder champion to play than Vayne.   Last but not least, let's look at {{champion:55}} Iron: 46.24% Bronze: 48.91% Silver: 49.98% Gold: 50.61% Platinum: 51.45% Diamond: 52.85% Master: 57.34% GrandMaster: 52.25% Challenger: 52.92%   Once you get out of the absolute bottom of the barrel elo's being Bronze and Iron, Katarina and Riven are clearly the ones out of line.

She's probably gonna be broken next patch. Really doesn't need buffs. They should have given that Grievous Wounds buff on her R to Varus on his E instead. We'll see...
