And i love to draw and creating champions is one of my favourite things but the thing is I can't draw the League style. I'm make a champion right now Lihnus - The Tainted Soul but I can't figure out how to get him right without the use of heavy black outlines. My best copy has none but it still looks really off. haha, im sorry but i didnt draw this picture myself. i am not an artist, i am a videogame designer and balancer so my strength is to think up these concepts but not actually illustrate them. also, even tho im a writer, i dont really fancy writing a story for a champion concept. tho if you'd ask me, this is what i think about samaire: she is young and she has been living alone from since she was even younger. right now, shes maybe around 22 or so and i'd say she had no close contact with other humans (except when assassinating them) since her 7th birthday, which was when her mother was murdered and shortly after her father hanged himself because he couldnt bear it. now, very unspectacular, samaire does not thirst for vengeance or some other crap, she simply was taken in by some politic faction that raised her to do the dirty work for them and be a perfect tool. there isnt much known about her character except that she doesnt like to talk to people but rather to the darkness and that she is very sad and lonely because you know, thats what you feel like when you lose your parents early. my idea was to make an assassin that relies heavily on not being seen but without excessive stealth. also, i wanted her to have reliable good mobility without being able to jump or teleport around. i wanted a movement based assassin, not a jump assassin as i feel like jumps are really boring and overused. also, it was important to me that she has excellent abilities to isolate targets and kill them (assassinate) without being the typical "instagib" champion. she DOES assassinate with DPS and stickingpower, not with burst. in teamfights, she has very interesting play patterns due to her immunity to physical damage while shadowstepping and her ultimate.

sure marksman is different sometimes but for example, on miss fortune you'd get swiftness, on corki you'd get sorcerers etc

Maybe I'll just do norms for awhile until it's not as lopsided by matchmaking? I guess? From what I've seen a lot of people were slumming after the reset. Just never seen it this bad before this season, figured something changed.

well im glad i dont have to go through the suffering of getting all my elo ruined by this shit. the highest elo you can get placed in, no matter what, is plat 1 so everyone of my teammates have been placed there (including me) no matter what elo they had before, be it challenger or diamond. so its not really too bad to start there because everyone has to, and at this point, elo doesnt really define skill so much anymore. i have really strong carrying diamonds and i have absurdely bad feeding challengers where you just wonder if buying accounts during preseason is cheaper than usual. but i can imagine if i was plat 1 last season and now i'd have to climb all the way from silver 3 again, fucking shit, this would be demotivating. on the other hand, if you really belong in your season 5 elo, you'd be able to climb up there very quickly again. let it take a month but after that you can play normally.

: yea you are right for Riven play style doesn't require CDR much cause I think she is mixed between cast and auto attack then cast, animation cancel thing. but 5% more CDR is insane for other champions who depend more on abilities to do damage or survive take Vlad,Fizz for example or AD Champion like Jayce: combo (Range>E+Q+R>Melee>+Q+E). I think will just need to try and test to see what suit who better. Also I Decided to go with Flat CDR Glyphs. 5% cdr increases your cast frequency by 5% while penetration increases your damage depending on the enemies resistances and since precision is so strong, im pretty sure it deals ALOT more damage overall than 5% cdr. its just fucking absurd. get it.

I played Nunu with 45% CDR he already at lowest Win Rate on champion.gg but I was surprised when building him with 45% CDR gone 18/8/18 was very op. I play all champions decent, I have been playing LOL since late season 1 so I don't have specific champion to play but I just go with what feel right.
the thing is, the 5% extra cdr dont change much for you, not even for riven while the bonus hybrid pen from precision boosts your damage SO HARD its insane.

well for example, AD is almost never worth it except in the jungle if you NEED it to clear faster. i.e. lee sin usually picks like 15 AD so he clears faster and dominates more in the very early stages of the game because thats where he is the strongest in comparison to others. armorpen outscales AD on MOST champions by level 6-7 allready so for laners, i would almost never recommend going ad. there are some exceptions of champions and matchups and that is stuff you need to find out by playing a matchup 20 times but as a general guideline: no ad. lets get more specific, what matchup are you playing in your head right now and we talk about this. give me like 10 matchups you care about and ill drop you some experience.

1. the most useful stat is penetration which is why the 45% cdr mastery is a mistake on every single champion in the game except some supports who deal absolutely no damage like soraka. if you can deal at least some damage, penetration is too overpowered. 2. yes the math is wrong and i believe its wrong on some other runes too. i cant tell you how much it gives you exactly. rito isnt very good at math or doing reasonable things so it might aswell just give you 12% cdr because someone was drunk when programming it. who knows. 3. the rune system wont change anytime soon or at least there is no official statement or hint that would lead to believe that. so just buy your runes. 4. remember, the scaling CDR runes equalize with flat ones at level 9, so if you dont need the cdr before that (better jungle clears, faster trades etc) then scaling is better. if you CAN make use of the early cdr, flat is better because the advantage it might give you outweights the value of the 7,5% cdr (which is about 300 gold in value) hardcore.

i assume you can only pick one ultimate ability right? okay. as base champion i use caitlyn with her stats. passive: tristanas draw a bead Q: tristanas rapid fire W: kogmaws bio arcane barrage E: kayles righteous fury R: aatrox massacre caitlyns 650 base attack range plus all the abilities total in an attack range of 1455 and easily maximum attackspeed even without items. with rapidfire cannon, you would have an attack range of 1605 and since you would only need one or even no attackspeed items, you can build full AD/crit and man, 1600 range is no fun to gapclose.

well its not always helpful to gank a lane, even if you kill the enemy. it always depends on what they used and what your laner used too. maybe he had to use his summoners for a kill only but the wave was pushed into him so the enemy laner doesnt even lose alot of minions. killing is only really worth it if you can deny alot of minions or not invest too much. im talking about toplane only tho i think, because in all other lanes nothing really matters.
