: Unfortunately *any* amount of consistent toxicity can merit a permanent ban. Riot's stance is that toxicity merits a permanent ban, and *excessive* toxicity earns a *faster* permanent ban. It's a common misconception that permanent bans are only for the worst of the worst -- they're something that any toxic player can earn if they don't reform their behavior, because Riot considers repeated toxicity of any time unacceptable. You are also warned on your 14-day ban that further violations can result in a permanent ban. ---------------------------- All that aside, bans are not lifted unless they are in error so, I am sorry to say, the account is lost.
I was not. What now ?

: 'No lie 100% never toxic again if I get unban' - the greatest lie in the history of league of legends. 'I know I'm toxic but no way I'm toxic enough to deserve permanent ban' - every deplorable toxic player says this.
Believe me, the first part is very wrong in your comment. You don’t know how many memories some accounts hold, nothing is too dear to stop to get an account back.

: I've never received a ban so I can't say from experience but everything I've seen from arbiters and riot members says that they do send you and email an specifically let you know the next offense is a permanent ban. The issue is that email sometimes gets filtered into the spam folder. I also believe the in game warning also let's you know the next offense is a permanent ban.

: When you receive a 14-day ban (or any form of punishment really) you should receive an email stating why you were punished along with a Reform Card showing some of the recent games that you were flagged in. The Reform Card also appears in the game client when you log in. If you can't find the email in your main inbox or spam folder then file a Support Ticket asking for chat logs. Also yes a permaban is the next step after a 14-day ban if you still decide to act up. NOTE: The email is sent to the address you registered your account with. so if you have multiple email addresses then make sure that you're checking the correct one.

Did not get either Emails. Neither the PermaBan one nor the 14 day ban one which states that the next infraction would cause a permanent suspension. If I had known.

Hey, Your account has been permanently banned after being escalated through multiple levels of punishment by our disciplinary audits. To see the most recent games which led to this action, please log in to the client to view your reform card. While we do our best at Riot Games to encourage reform, we permanently remove players who continue to create negative experiences from our game. This action is only taken after repeat punishments and we will not lift the suspension under any circumstance. Although this marks the end of the line, we’re confident that with some reflection you will be able to avoid this kind of situation with whatever new games you decide to play. Best of luck in your future endeavors. ============================================================================================================== Hello, Generally speaking, players who are toxic in game will receive a punishment shortly after their game has ended, provided a report has been made. The punishment can be a chat restriction, temporary suspension or a permanent suspension, depending on the severity of the negative behavior displayed in game. More offenses on an account means a stronger punishment: First offense: 10 games chat restriction Second offense: 25 games chat restriction Third offense: 2 week ban Fourth offense: Permanent ban This information is not a secret and we have posted an article about this on our Support Page - not to mention that we have outlined what we expect from our players, and what is not allowed in our Terms of Use and Summoner's Code. This being said, your punishment really depends on the severity of your toxicity - it is possible even to be permanently suspended for just one game with no prior punishments. An e-mail was sent out to you when you received your 2 week suspension, so if you did not receive it then it means that your inbox may have been filtering e-mails from us incorrectly. =================================== He says here that they DID send the message, but I have checked and there is NO email. I also didn't recieve the perma email, I'm starting to think that it's Riot's mistake.

I meant to talk to another person but you may help if you were kind enough. I recently got Perma'd. Got no email even after waiting 24 hours. I got the 14 day ban with no email. I asked around and people said that the bans given (14 day) are accompanied with an Email stating that the next ban would be a permanent one, However, I got none.

These people are not criminals, they have not killed anyone or committed terrorism or something. Yes people, especially people on the internet say and do dumb shit, they should not be punished for life if they strive to make changes to their behavior. But they are breaking the rules. Its really easy to follow them. Hell the main thing is just dont be an Ass. if it is that difficult to follow maybe online gaming isnt something for you. With that said i do agree people can change. But where does it stop? thats an issue. So many people come up here with the whole "I wasnt that Toxic", toxic is toxic. its part of the rule and when you break them you get punished. People need to be accountable for their actions. This is basically giving them another chance with the ones they were already given. its plain as day, then what happens people are happy with Riot decisions about them not reforming? People already do that now with punishment and again this will just give them another chance on top of all the others they have to basically come back into the game and ruin more games. Then there is the issue of if this only happens towards Toxic player. All punishments to an extent are the same. you get caught you get punished. This is basically giving free range on; i can be toxic, but every now and then ill just behave to show Riot ive changed, then be toxic once i get my account back. Would this also account for other types of ban player? By your logic people change so what if someone feels like they dont want to cheat, or boost anymore, should they get their account back after a year of showing "good" intentions? If so what happens when they do end up hacking, boosting, cheating in anyway? the damage is already done and this could have been solved had they not come back. Seeing how this really shouldnt be discussed because Riot already done something like this already. If it didnt work the first time why do you think (especially with the community growing) do you think it will get better? The community as a whole already knows its a problem, why keep giving them chances on the off chances that a little less than 1-5% would actually do the right thing? you will open a gate of letting people who know full well they arent going to change, and give them a free pass of getting back on their accounts, ruining (more) people games, all to get ban all over again, only for them to get reinstated the next year if they show "good" intentions!

: player support is not only used for behavior. It is also a front line for tech support, billing, suggestions, gameplay feedback, bug reports, appreciation, news, information etc etc etc. Look at what Porocles and Targon Blades goes through every day on the "help and support" sub boards. Those same questions are asked in player support as well.

: While they often ban accounts for a myriad of reasons, they very, very rarely ban actual people. Look at it this way. They take away your toys when you screw up, and they make you earn them all over again.

Earning means working hard to deserve things you will get, but you paid for the items you bought. So you deserve them. Riot didn't give them away.

: It's a shame you feel that way. People don't come here to get insulted, they come to play a game and enjoy themselves. Just because other game communities do nothing about it doesn't mean people appreciate it, or that it's ok. If you ever change your attitude you are welcome back. Otherwise, bye ;3
I have a question about reform cards. Most of the talk on them is not flame. For example I said that I got wrong runes. States that this is flame, just asking.

NOTE: The email is sent to the address you registered your account with. so if you have multiple email addresses then make sure that you're checking the correct one.
I don't know maybe they can rescind the ban.

I got banned for 14 days. But they didn't send me an Email so I didn't know the severity of the next ban. Then I got permabanned, still no email. Maybe if I had known.... Anyway I filed a ticket but it seems that all of their talk is automated.

That is meaningless. I went from zero to perma-ban despite my toxicity being fairly mid-level at best, all things considered. I had been chat restricted and possibly suspended (I don't remember).... a few _**years**_ ago. That did not matter, Riot saw fit to give me the equivalent of a death sentence. Luckily it was reduced to two weeks. Point being; Riot will ban whoever they desire on a whim, the protocol will not protect you. Though I am glad Riot rescinded my perma-ban and initially I was very pleased with them, after the massive wave of relief passed I realized how truly effed up their treatment of me was. I highly suggest you protect yourself and your account because you can never be sure that Riot will not take you out on a whim.
How did you get the permaban rescinded ? It seems you flamed and got it rescinded.
