I think mostly what makes Jinx and others like her too strong is how they can really attack/poke from a really far distance with the help of one item... {{item:3094}} There should be a cap on Attack Range, because being attacked from 700 to all the way to 1450 (Caitlyn Passive and RFC combined adds up to 1450 Range) Units away is straight up stupid, it offers no literal counterplay, not to mention that RFC Proc also works with the 5 Man Statikk Shiv Proc, or the Runaan's Hurricane Bolt Damage. At the very least make the bonus Attack Range scale with Level, similar to how all the Zeal Item Damage scale with level. : The state of Crit in league is a big part of why item diversity sucks ass.
What annoys me most about Crit is that Lifesteal will heal you off of the bonus damage you deal with Crits, whereas the Passive On-Hit damage from other items like; Wit's End, Rageblade Passive Damage, Nashors Tooth Passive Damage, Runaans Hurricane Passive Damage won't gain the same benefit. And Crit Marksman at times feel really hard to kill because of how much Lifesteal synergizes with Crits. That's why Draven is impossible to kill 1v1, Lifesteal heals you from the damage dealt by your basic attacks so his Q bonus Damage + Crit Damage together heals him for a shit ton.

A full revert would probably be the best option here As much as I hate to say it but the only way I think he could ever be less abusive in the pro play scene is if they remove the Q knock up mechanic entirely and make the Q animation faster to compensate it so he's still viable in SoloQ. But with such changes it will allow people to attack him or use abilities on him if he hits them with his sweetspots. So honestly I don't know what would be the best thing to do anymore. I honestly just wish he could stop being nerfed and be left as he is. As someone else said he's not incredibly op, he's just a safe pick to blind pick with and just generally flexible. He can almost be part of the Specialist Role (Champs like Teemo, Kayle are part of this role). The Specialist role is, basically a role of Champions who are basically good with any comp and offer advantages for every comp. They specialise in offering Zone Control mostly (Teemo R, Zilean Q, Aatrox Q stuff like this).

: 1. Censoring the name of the Rioter here if you give us the link in which that very same discussion happened and it is the only comment in there is kinda meaningless. 2. I think it is weird that you didn't mention the 4th thing you mentioned in that thread, in which you said that his E animation is just a tuned down version of a Nasus spell. Did you check on this detail? Did something change on that front? 3. You should probably wait for 1-2 patches now, since it could very well be that they are going to roll out the changes with an upcoming patch. I don't know too much about these things, but I could imagine that they changed such small details without having it in the PBE.

I only provided a link in case someone would happened to not believe me since I was able to hide part of the Rioter name without adding red lines or something on top of it. I didn't mention the E thing because that's more of a disappointment in the choice of the visual style not an actual issue with the way it appears in general. And I guess I will wait, though I don't really have hope that anything will get fixed.

: If this issue was present on PBE, then its an issue that people should have brought up on the PBE boards before the skin's release, and that's when it should have been fixed. Not saying that Riot won't fix it now, but they're less likely to do so now that its on live servers. The whole point of PBE is to catch stuff like this so that Riot can fix it before it comes out. It also could have gotten fucked up during the transition to the live servers, like what happened with Dark Cosmic Jhin's audio. Believe me, I play tested the fuck out of that skin. That bug where his ult and recall voice lines played globally(and loudly) for his team while the person playing him couldn't hear them was not there on PBE.

Do you have your video quality on the same level for your character model and the whichever one used for special and particle effect? It is possible that this happens just because your particle effect option is tuned to low that you did for performance or whatever reason. And thus the quality level mismatch results in this Varus who looks like he doesn't feel so good. That's be guessing, of course. It's also possible that Riot just 240p the scarf and thought they could get away with it.

: Problem with the newest Varus skin (and chromas)
I mean the whole pixelated scarf thing is also visible for his Darkstar Scarf too. A Rioter promised to send the previous feedback to the VFX Artist that stated the issue with pixelated scarf on Darkstar Varus and to this day we got no answer as to what happened or why it wasn't fixed. Can't say i'm surprised that this Pixelated Scarf has returned on a different Skin.

I really like the direction you're going with this rework in terms of thematics and trying to make his lore changes reflect this in-game, but I feel like some of the aspects of this rework just overcomplicate him just a little bit. Also I wanted to ask, why is it that Varus is made somewhat more weaker in comparison to what Val and Kai offer? It almost seems like the whole Rhaast is better than Shadow Assassin in every way kind of thing. But I appreciate that you took the time and effort to write this up, and to share your ideas. I won't deny that I like the whole twist on Kai & Val against Varus for literal control in-game mechanic, it has potential.

I think the Slow Resistance is a valueable stat even if it doesn't feel like it, I would avoid buffing that stat drastically. As for the Ghosting effect I would rather have it be activated when channeling an ability or when using an ability and you are ghosted for X amount of seconds, because having a permanent Ghost effect on Swifties at it's current cost would be somewhat gamebreaking since so many mobile champions could abuse this effect... {{champion:11}} {{champion:157}} {{champion:92}} {{champion:114}} {{champion:6}} I'm down for some buffs to Swifties but this approach needs to be taken with heavy consideration. Maybe even just increasing the Slow Resistance if you are channeling an ability or are continuously affected by a Slow which decreases it's effectiveness, which is capped at X% (but even then I would think that this increase should be somewhat minor). I don't know, it just feels very risky to do any changes when Swifties aren't that bad just a little underrated in my opinion.

But since he tends to be way stronger in pro play than in SoloQ and he already has quite a big presence there (as far as I know, correct me if I am wrong), I think they should wait with buffs for him until worlds are over..... I know, you are asking for a buff that does not specifically buff his pro play more than his casual play, but in the end, your suggestions would also still mean a buff for his pro play presence. And it feels for me like he could get really close to pick/ban status again if they are not really careful here.

: Reksai is just a weird champion. Her initial ult felt really bad so they gave her a more assassin like ultimate. I think shes not too bad with the right build, but it takes a lot of gametime with her to get good.
