: We believe Wit's End is much closer to being a stable, useful item. Ohmwrecker by contrast arguably fills a niche that doesn't need to be filled and wouldn't be good for the game if it were strong. We'd have removed the item if the name wasn't a refer a friend promise, possible we instead move the name somewhere else to both better deliver on that and let us take out an unsuccessful item design.
Why not make it a lethality Item? Tanks don't care about the de active as they can soak a lot of tower shots. Make it a lethality item but with a increased cooldown or less ad than other options.

: Rod of Ages is generally taken on battlemages like Swain, Aurelion Sol, and Ryze, AP champions who need to stay in the fight and at close/medium range in order to be effective and don't need the CDR as much as they need the extra health and mana. I agree, there is a discrepancy between it and the Lost Chapter upgrades, but it's not something that can be done lightly. It's already incredibly gold efficient, even without any stacks. Honestly, I think Luden's is the problem. It provides so much power right when you buy it. It gives you the most AP out of all the Lost Chapter upgrades, gives you an extra 100+ damage added onto your burst combo, AND increases your waveclear, not to mention the CDR and mana. You simply can't afford the slower power spike of Rod of Ages with Luden's in the game.

: As an assassin main, most assassins are viable. Evelynn, Diana, Katarina, Zed, Kha'Zix, Pyke and Nocturn are all perfectly viable. For Kat and Zed they take a bit more skill but for all of these champions, put a bit of time into them and your looking at a 50-55% win rate scaling up with champion experience. Non viable assassins are as follows. Fizz, Ekko, Akali, Kayn(blue form is often not preffered) and Rengar and with all of them your skill can make up for a lot of their win rates. The thing I find the most interesting is that 55% of the assassin class is AP but people only complain about the AD ones.
I'm a main Katarina, and i really loved the changes on her, you can finally dodge skillshots with your E. She is not OP neither weak, i like her because every champions feels a challenge (at least for me). Hopefully, she will get bug fixes on 9.2!

I agree with you, I play this game since season 2 and I still love it to this day, i used to play 8/10 games per day but since preseason, I don't want to play it, I stopped playing it for some weeks, and this preseason is really a mess, i enjoy the first 14 minutes of the game but then is just a fiesta. The damage is so high that I receive 2.5k damage in 1.17 seconds. I've been playing like 1 to 6 games a week. Thank god they are nerfing dark harvest at least is a source of damage. Also nerfing strong champs next patch (i hope they keep nerfing strong champions, Morello is rioter that was known to nerf everything and it made the game fun, there wasn't this absurd damage), sad that he is no longer balancing. I hope they rework conqueror and buff HP, armor and mr shards and nerf the adaptive damage by 2 or 4 so it is the same as it was with inspiration. I just want duels, skirmishes and team fights to last longer, so your skill comes into play.

Add in 0 competition for it now that boneplate is gone and congratz, laning phase lasting just took a hard face dive. > * Shield Bashing (Replacing Bone Plating): When you have a shield up, your next attack in a window of time deals bonus damage equal to a flat amount + your bonus health + the shield amount. Clearly meant for champs that have reliable self-shields, like Sion, Ornn, Nautilus, and maybe Malphite (?). Could also work with champs that build shield items like Sterak's, such as Darius, Illaoi, & Irelia when it pops, or even shield heavy team comps, like Lulu, Janna or any support who has Summon Aery. MM also mentioned about Mord so that would be interesting. One thing I have to note though is that I'm not quite sure if when you are continually shielded you do the damage every 4 seconds, if you have a shield continually up. Camille buff Forces a enchanter/that one resolve keystone + marksmen bot lane meta. I hope this doesn't count towards bloodthirster and that overheal rune. Mistakes were made. > * Chrysalis: Overall nerf to health and damage. YAY, LOWERING DAMAGE IN THE GAME! What they should've done was increase the health but convert it to MS or something (thinking of the "chrysalis" thematic) after a time threshold. The main reason it gave damage in the first place was so that it compensated for taking resolve secondary runes. It was basically your bonus stats that you missed not taking sorcery or domination so you can survive laning phase better (since otherwise your only other option would be to thirst for blood with eyeball collection and sudden impact or cheap shot, and that's not fun if they can actually be buffed enough to make ranges champs irrelevant.) Makes sense they would nerf it since its bonus stats don't mean much anymore, but I think it still shouldn't give damage anymore period and instead should be something built for laning phase and estimated around the time it ends "hatches the cocoon" for MS or CDR. Giving it damage just basically makes giving up damage secondaries to take that demolish a lot more appealing. > * Overgrowth: Changed to now every 8 minions or monsters grants a flat amount of health and after 120 gain 2.5% additional max health. So this does kind of help stop the Sion-int a bit since it's no longer increasing health by a % off the bat and ramps up over the game. Doing some rough math, with 6 minions in the first and second waves, and 7 in every third, the average comes to 6.3 minions. 120/6.3 is roughly 19. So you have to be around 19 minion waves to gain this bonus as apposed to the current version where getting 2.4% of your max & bonus health would be roughly around 96 minions or roughly 15 waves. Overall a nerf to one of my favorite runes. Not quite sure if every 120 minions you are near die increase your health again. May be a one time thing. Its nice in some instances, I can see cinderhulk users liking this rune, but does it perma scale still? > * Teleport: Channel time lowered by .5 seconds. I mean... it's a buff I guess. Give it 2 months, it'll be nerfed again lol

About the future market change, you could wait until min 1 and get a refiable potion or more potions. It's kinda a niche buff, but it adds some depth to the rune (For example supports getting a control ward at lvl 1)

: Currently you get 0.2% maximum health for every 8 monsters or minions. 0.2% of 1500 is 3, so this is a nerf as long as your total health is below 1500. The 2.5% increase is fairly significant though, as it was the equivalent of 100 minions, or 12.5 triggers -- meaning this changes our value. At 160 minions you'd have 4% health and, at 3000 health, this would be 120 bonus health. Now you'd have 60 health + 2.5% maximum, or 125 bonus health. If you have less than 3000 health this pushes further in your favor, if you have over it's a slight nerf.
Oh :( I really liked this rune, and im sad about it being nerfed, maybe this makes it more versatile.

Is the {{item:3157}}'s effect, {{champion:432}}'s ult and {{champion:127}}'s ult(on herself only). Stasis makes you invulnerable, unable to attack and move. The post is that when you are in the stasis of {{item:3157}} it will buffer your next action your doing (basically if you are spamming flash when in stasis effect it will immediately flash when it ends it also applies to AA, movement and abilities). But when lissandra ult's herself, it doesn't have that buffering.
