: Malphite should get a rework
Boring & outdated >> Exciting & modern (Broken & impossible to balance)
: I came into this thread expecting complaints about Knock ups, and I wasn't wrong to. Stop trying to make knock ups shorter when they're already shorter than most CC in the game. Their entire design is meant to be the true-damage of CC, where they're target agnostic and can be a set amount of utility that a champion can bring to the team even when set behind. And can we also not make Mundo harder to kite? He really doesn't need the help being even more stat-checky. The people you want less effected by a knock up are the people who need to be CC'd most in the first place.
True damage is countered by health stacking so what counters knockups? Do you think its fair that a champion with 0 mobility can be locked down for the same duration as {{champion:39}}{{champion:84}}{{champion:141}} ? One with infinite range targeted dash, one with infinite ammount of dashes through a minion wave and one who can move into/through fucking walls and be untargetable for several seconds? You dont think these champs are hard to kite? why is {{champion:36}} the problem when all he can do is run at you?
Jbels (NA)
: Tenacity needs to affect knockups
_New Stat_ **Weight**: Determines the airborne duration when knocked up or displaced. This stat could be based on champion role and how much mobility/dashes the champ has built into their kit. So for example: * {{champion:84}}{{champion:91}}{{champion:245}} {{champion:121}}{{champion:81}}{{champion:105}} {{champion:157}} {{champion:164}} {{champion:64}} would have low weight stats and thus stay airborne longer * While {{champion:122}} {{champion:36}} {{champion:106}}{{champion:31}}, would have higher weight stats and knockups will only keep them airborne for a short duration. ADC's and mages would weigh somewhere between assassins and tanks/juggernauts. The stat would be independant from tenacity and completely predetermined for each champion based on their role and built in dashes. It could scale with levels so certain champions get harder to pin down as the game goes on (thinking {{champion:31}}). You would not be able to buy this stat from items or runes.
: Concept: The more snap mobility (mostly dashes or blinks, as speed boosts are less annoying) a champion has, the less Weight it has. Examples: {{champion:91}} has a targeted dash on his Q and he can leap over walls = pretty low Weight {{champion:75}} has no mobility in his kit = high Weight {{champion:84}} {{champion:517}} have tons of dashes = very low Weight {{champion:23}} has only one dash, but it's non-targeted and up pretty often = moderate Weight obviously, there would be exceptions (mages/ADCs could have somewhat lower weight in general, and Yordles would have lower weight because they are smol)
Yup something along those lines

Delete the champ, she was a huge mistake. Eventually rerelease her as a support item. Problem solved.

: Time to stop pretending Senna is balanced?
LMAO nobody is pretending she is balanced. Even the balance dude on the balance team said she is strong, everbody knows it. Just stop making these hillarious attention grabbing titles.
: (APHELIOS) Nice Graphics Bru
Pretty sure this guy will get 3 skins before 2020 is over and then an ultimate skin in 2021.
: Alright no, Mage Conqueror test is over
Eeh this post is kinda dumb, all conqueror does now is give a few stats and give post mitigation healing. There is no true damage so its perfectly balanced.

: Remember when League was a game made for American and European audiences?
The change in game style/philosophy is not because of demographics dummy, there have always been chinese/asian players in LoL and tencent has owned rito for years now. Its because there has been a change in generation of people playing the game. The younger generation have less patience, smaller attention spans, a greater need for instant gratification and most of all: willing to spend a lot of money on virtual goods. Riot has never been original in their approach. They always _follow_ trends- So the way the game evolved is kinda sad but really not that surprising.
: Would it be better to make Ryze a spell-based juggernaut?
If {{champion:13}} become a juggernaut, they need to give him a VU where he looks like a blue ronnie coleman and make him the size of chogath at max stacks.
: I don't see a reason to do it. The only ranged champions who would want to be isolated to actually make use of it AND can viably build lethality are Vayne, Jayce, Quinn, and maybe Kai'sa. If you're against them in top lane and they're rushing that as their first item, build defensively, jump them, and kill them. Or in lieu of that, do what every top laner does and complain on the boards and reddit that you got countered and that ADCs shouldn't be allowed anywhere but bot but Mages and Juggernauts should be able to go bot too and that if they're too strong down there that ADCs should just adapt or pick a different class. Y'know, the usual.

: Yup, that 250 HP is REALLY gonna do alot when they've probably got Crit in that build somewhere too. So's that roughly 34 - 45 damage reflection and 1 second 15% AS reduction when about 2 AS items negates it.

I only said {{item:3075}} negates {{item:3181}}. Grivious wounds reduces lifesteal The 80 armor completely negates the lethality plus some more And attack speed slow reduces the passive attack speed. On top of that you get dmg reflection and 250 HP... and you payed 100 gold less than the troll adc top that build {{item:3181}} first item.
: Can we Please fixe camille interaction with yummi ? it Doesnt make any sence
Another interaction is when you ult as {{champion:164}} onto {{champion:350}}s host, yuumi really should be kicked out of the area, since camille ulti was meant to isolate a target. It clearly states that all nearby enemies are knocked out of the perimeter. Instead yuumi stays inside camille ulti and can protect the host. Doesnt make sense at all, other than that newer champs are supposed to be stronger than older ones.
: Sanguine blade for melee only
Why not? Scared of a fucking adc alone in toplane? You literally build {{item:3075}} and the entire items stats are negated.
: Buff tenacity
Imagine a tank/juggernaut item with this active: **Juggernaut: _Slow yourself by xx% but become immune to knockups for yy seconds._ ** Would make the game fucking bearable vs shit like: {{champion:40}} red{{champion:141}} {{champion:14}} {{champion:12}} {{champion:53}}{{champion:157}}

Look at it this way: **More people finding support playable will mean less time getting autofilled**
: Stop cutting your own junglers off of their gold and xp, k?
Actually its best to take **all the farm** of the feeding jungler. Now he doesnt need to risk facechecking into unsafe jungle and die solo again for the krugs. This way he is also forced to build cheap tanky items like {{item:3075}} {{item:3193}} {{item:3118}} {{item:3110}} instead of {{item:3078}}{{item:3161}} on his 0 7 {{champion:24}}. In the meantime you will get more gold and xp and can carry harder. Even if he tilts and leaves the game, your team is prob better off without him and now u get even more gold and xp. You are doing a huge service for the 3 other teammates and he might actually thank you for carrying him.

Finally got 10 gemstones yesterday, i couldn't really decide which of the skins i wanted... - Then i looked them up on youtube and concluded that none of them were worth the 10 gemstones. - Concluded statistically that it was worth to roll them into 10 masterwork chests + keys. - Proceeded to roll into 10 chests... - instant regret. - fuck gemstones
: They can stay with the humanoid bear in armor and pray the rework doesn't flop hard or take a risk and create something different that could potentially pull in other players to the champion. And talking about learning about staying true to the original I don't remember fiddle being a mechanical skeleton that is infested with some demonic powers... If they really want their forgotten champions resurrected they have to change more then just a modernization.
I don't think they need to "pray" for anything. Just look at the reworks that were succesful. They actually managed to create interesting champions from the old {{champion:19}} and {{champion:20}} without deleting their identity... thats tells me they are capable of modernizing without "deleting" {{champion:106}}. I don't understand why they need to rework a champ from the ground because some kid thinks the original is "boring" or "stale". If you have a new concept, put it into a new champ (or skin), dont replace something already in existence.
: They fucked up by releasing the story. They baited the fans into something they aren't willing to do. Like yeah, the mains want their champion to remain the same for the most part and Riot listened in this case, which is funny out of the 239409 times they could have listened to the fans they choose this. lol just lol.
You have to ask yourself whats more important, that they remain "consistent" with their lore that most of the player base dont really give a fuck about and has 0 impact on the game itself Or remain true to the players that dedicated time to main the champ and dont want that champs identity to be completely erased after the rework. The last thing you want is the mains of an unpopular champs to be unsatisfied with the rework. Nobody really wants a {{champion:3}} {{champion:50}}{{champion:266}} tier rework, which were the most hated. Look at the reworks below: {{champion:84}} {{champion:39}}{{champion:10}} {{champion:20}} {{champion:19}} {{champion:80}} This is what most people want, a modernized version of the original champ, where iconic abilities and themes are preserved while some dumb mechanics are reworked into something new and exciting. Riot basically learned from their failed reworks, they know to stay true to the original as much as possible.

: Hey dude! I was very polite in my post, and made sure to acknowledge the priority loyal Volibear mains have on such matter! I understand and respect your intentions of keeping the character as close as possible to what you love. I'm simply a guy whose genuinely invested in the eldritch bear god concept Riot themselves first introduced, and I don't think that another new champion is going to cut it at this point for me, save for him having massive overlaps with Volibear! For example, I don't think there can be another god with a kin of mutated beast-men worshippers which aren't the Ursine, and that's a good chunk of what's interesting for me in Eldritch Volibear... I wish a middle ground could be found, and I'd like to theorize on how to, but I think we're past that point, for Riot has stated that the direction they're going with is yours! This is a further reason not to be rude to somebody who is simply, and respectfully, expressing his preference, don't you think?
Yup sorry for lashing out like that. I recently hit 900K points on the bear and have played him since season 3 when i started playing. Its probably one the champs i enjoy playing the most. I have seen how they basically ruined {{champion:3}} {{champion:50}} {{champion:266}} and took them so far from their original core, either thematically, gameplaywise or both. This only happened to champs that were somewhat unpopular w. a small playerbase, while champs like {{champion:84}} {{champion:39}} {{champion:28}} {{champion:81}}, basically got an upgraded/modernized version of their original design. Got triggered by all the people who feel entitled to complaing about the design, when they have barely touched the champ before. I dont want what i have used probably 1000 hours mastering and playing to get removed/transformed into something unrecognizable because somebody wanted something **"new and interesting"**
: GIVE ME CTHULHU BEAR
This post is such a joke. Nobody really plays {{champion:106}} excepts for the mains, who dedicated time to the champ over the years. They decided they want this champ to be preserved as much as possible and riot actually listened. You people need to stfu, we dont want a Galio or Aatrox tier rework. Why should some no-name, nobody, who never played Voli have an opinion or any say in his rework? I do not understand this logic. You people have 145 other champs to select, If you want an eldritch god, go ask for that in a new champ. dont fuck up this champ with your shitty ideas.
: Hot take: Triumph is one of the biggest factors to the snowballing problem in League
This is the **oUtPlAyS** rune. Without it some assassin mains would be really sad and the game would not be so explosive and cancerous. League would lose its entire identity tbh.
: So 1 item can completely ruin your entire game, good to know.
Items getting disabled was a huge turn off for me. Dropped the game mode after they released the hextech class.
: Its literally more difficult to avoid 45% CDR than to build it
I dont get the point of this post. Nothing is "accidental" here. They want you to mash your buttons more often... At least CDR is a better stat than crit or lethality.
: League of Legends needs a Mother
This game def. needs more MILF champions... only one i can think of is {{champion:164}} who is technically a GILF and basically preserved in her youthful state, so it doesn't really count.

**Hmm... {{champion:92}} skin on pbe...? oh god no... ... ... ... yup {{champion:92}} buffs on pbe...** This has been the case for almost every pbe this season.. Guess riot embraced the greed ... no shame anymore. In previous seasons they would atleast try to conceal the **"new skin buffs"** by buffing that champ a few patches earlier so people wouldn't notice.
: Reminder: Unlock all champions for ARAM
Riot would never allow their precious 975+ rp champs to be freely available for the masses..

_"Issaaa free game bruuuuh"_: **This. Is. Not. A. Defense.** **against solid and contructive criticism**. They might be _bearable_ for now, but only compared to even greedier companies like EA etc. Compared to themselves from 2015 or even 2013, its a very obvious regression in quality, originality and passion. Tbh, it wouldn't surprise me anymore, if they started introducing "pay 2 win" mechanics into the game. When a company fucks up so clearly, we need to tell them or they will just keep pushing in the direction of their interests; Which is **clearly ** to milk 13 yr old whales off their pocket money.

When i asked Riot about the animations specifically they said newer champions are harder to do because they have more animations to cover. > > My main point here is that now instead of not just re-doing the animations, they don't even re-do the entire voiceover. i think riot should be releasing skins and if i like the skin i should consider buying it i think if riot decides to release a legendary skin at super poor quality i should have the mental ability to say hay this skin sucks so it's not worth my money and i won't buy it and this decrease in purchases should say to riot hay we dropped the ball on this one you know how basic business marketing works ie how everyone shat on them with the project skin line this year and that hopefully means that next year they won't shit the bed again
I think **you** are the one who doesn't understand basic marketing. When a company describes its products like this: _Legendary Skins: "A complete reimagining of the champion from the ground up, with total and complete immersion in the fantasy. **Includes a new model, new texture, new splash image, new animations, new visuals, new voice over and sounds."**_ And then deliver a product that doesn't fit the description, but retains the same pricetag: **ITS FALSE ADVERTISING**. Not everybody goes to skinspotlights channel and checks the entire 20 minutes of animations/interaction before purchasing a skin, so how are they supposed to know they are getting a "poor quality" skin as you decribe it? You can only know this after you purchase and play the champ. 1820 RP is no joke, its somewhere between $13 and $15. You can buy several games for that price on steam. It is pretty obvious that riot mostly cares about profits now, and have lost a lot of passion for this game. Very clear when you look at all the new ways they want people to pay. - How they buff certain champs before they release skins, - Eternals - Basically introduce gambling elements in a pg13 game - Start decreasing the quality of the skins, which is a sign that they are starting to cut down on manpower for each skin. Tbh. the list goes on of scummy moves that smell of greed and corporatism, rather than passion for entertaining people with a good game.

: Is having fun possible now in League of Legends ? I'm not sure...
Steps to have fun playing League: 1. Skip TFT. 2. **Realize that NOBODY actually cares about your "rank" in a video game, other than your own ego** So play without any expectations... whatsoever. Focus on having fun/expressing your own skill, rather than winning. **AKA play without your ego.** 3. Use "mute all", many players are toxic garbage so its better to not let them suck your mental energy and ruin your mood. 4. Never pay for anything in League... ever. No skins, no chroma shit, no little legend rats and no eternals. 5. Never expect anything from riot games, this way you will never be disappointed by their decisions. 6. If you are not having fun and are feeling frustrated/drained after playing; go uninstall, take a break, come back in a few months. Not much will have changed and if something did, it doesn't really matter... you won't be missing out. 7. If somebody is inting in your game and "ruining" the game for you, just go afk. You dont need this shit in your life, and a potential 14 day ban is probably worth the energy saved by getting through that shit game anyway. Use that energy for something else.
