i don't deny that it is complicated, but the fact that it can be done by a single human show that it is not AS complicated ^^

it's really not that complex, just some hairgel, he doesn't need to pin his hair and can therefore do it properly with a mirror alone in like 10 minutes

i mean , it would be logical that the hayflick's limit got removed to prevent cell aging but human have a limited stock of Ovarian follicle and therefore cannot procreate forever, unless her ovulation stopped too. about the crazy hair , the only other contender is {{champion:246}} but her haircut is not remotely close to that of camille in term of complexity {{champion:40}} and {{champion:157}} both use wind so kinda makes sense their hair stays up And basically all other "fancy hair champion" don't have Very complicated haircut but camille has a chignon and that is taking the cake in terms of complexity

no...nothing , i was just left speechless.
: @riot Why your new balancing philosophy is wrong and biased
: On top of the drawbacks mentioned in the Ask Riot post Kei143 linked, your idea also has some other drawbacks of its own; > players now feel that their opinion and standard doesn't matter as much, and feel like riot way of doing thing is wrong , because they have no responsibility in it aside from a little text box that almost never shows up. > > ... > > the system would give trusted players (probably like 5 players across all elos) a context (pre game chat, last 50 games, Post game chat, score) > then let them review the game with all the name changed, also see the in game chat. For starters, if your goal is to help the community as a whole feel like their opinions and reports matter, picking all of five "trusted players" from all elos would not help that, at all. Let's assume that the Ranked ladder accurately encompasses every skill level, meaning you'd have Tribunal tiers of five Iron players, five Bronze player, five Silvers, five Golds, five Platinums...Etc, etc. So you'd have 45 Tribunal reviewers total; (5 x 9 for each Ranked tier) now compare that to the _millions of players playing the game on average._ That is a drop in the ocean, and it would do absolutely nothing to help those other millions of players who aren't part of the 45 most trusted Tribunal reviewers feel like their opinions matter. Additionally, you'd still have the aforementioned problem of the Tribunal system being too slow, what with only 45 people to handle millions of gameplay-related cases daily. And, of course, these are supposed to be five "trusted players" from a given skill range, so they'd have to go through an absurdly thorough vetting process by Riot to determine whether or not they can handle said cases. > The system then , based on these judgment would give players a little exp and honor boost and give a judgement. I'm just going to copy/paste from the Ask Riot post on this one. > _2) It’s sometimes wildly inaccurate (especially when there was an IP reward per “successful” penalty, leading to a super innate bias in the system)._ Giving rewards for a certain outcome would skew the process towards that outcome by default; incentives are a bad idea if you're looking for an unbiased system, which is what we need when it comes to punishing players. --- > Why not copying the CS:GO overwatch system ? Unrelated to the criticism of the idea, I'd like to ask if you could explain what CS:GO's Overwatch system is. I frequently see people referencing it when discussing the idea of a player-based manual review system, but it's always off-handedly referenced, with the assumption that anyone reading it would know what it is. And, as someone who doesn't play CS:GO, I will unfortunately be counted amongst the people who don't recognize the system right off-hand.
First i would like you to take a look at the system, https://blog.counter-strike.net/index.php/overwatch/ Also i updated the post, many of you didn't understand what grey area means. I think it's because i assumed people would have an idea how a neural network works, and what you can solve. Again , to get a reward, you have to process it correctly, on cs:go review, there are test matches that are blent into the normal matches, failing to judge these cases does make your judgement less reliable, and if it's not reliable enough, you are being left out of the system quite quickly. The only reason people would automate the process is beacause there was NO consequence in misjudging but if you try to misjudge constantly on this system , you will not be able to use it and be rewarded. and again of course there are millions of cases, but the less reliable ones are easy to find.

: I mean.. not rank shaming, but you're gold 1. and most streamers I watch are d1+ (watching voyboy right now) they don't put akali in their perma bans.. Hell voyboy just banned Veigar, Trundle, and Vayne in his last three games lol. We all have issues with some champs, but the champs that only 100% require a ban in my opinion are akali, Irelia and graves. Everyone else is at most annoying. (Karthus and Heimerdinger come to mind)
Being annoying is sufficient to be banned tho {{champion:157}} {{champion:142}} {{champion:6}}
: But the argument ends the second you look at winrates, the champion isn't broken
But this argument ends the second you realise irelia has a 50% winrate in this very patch and realise that winrate has nothing to do with toxicity of mechanics

: Riots banning agenda is a big joke
That's something many of you miss on the spot. it's not because they don't want to ban inting people. it's certainly because : how do you differenciate someone having a bad game from someone passively inting ? From my own experience , their anti-int system is flawed and the few time they try to tune it , people get banned for even more stupid reason. whereas on the other hand , i can clearly tell when someone is too toxic. toxicity is continuous , and depending on the atmosphere you created with your previous messages , what you said might be toxic in certain cases and not in others. they rarely ban automatically inting player where they often ban flaming players. it's like trying to tell a wolf from a wolfdog, you won't be able to do it. where the german shepherd and the chihuahua are easy to tell apart. and you blame them for not being able to tell it as automatically and easily. that's why your post is dumb.
: Going determination on adc isn't a good decision. Sorcery and domination reward better damage source. If an adc goes for determination, is all because of the defense that this tree offer (so picking a dmg rune isn't worth. Also rely too much on support since adc shield are usually build overtime (overheal or BT) so it would goes quickly off. This rune became op with more defense (hard to break shield) and high hp amount (sion basically). Other case it's not that strong.
NOPE, i'm not talking about a single thing, you missed 3 information : 1-Determination can be a secondary tree, 2-Riot is planning on changing stat functionning , if you pick determination, you will not be forced to have hp as secondary stats 3-the adc is not the one willing to create the shield. meaning, JANNA FULL AP + ADC. Read it carefully and you'll see : WHEN YOU GAIN A SHIELD any shield works. if you don't think i'm right, imagine this : janna with NO ap 240*0.085 = 20 damages +39 = 59 damages just because rune on a shield + 40 ad now 1000 AP JANNA: 940*0.085+39 = 119 damages BURST. (for comparison DUSKBLADE is 75+lethality damages burst. and 44 lethality is A LOT) + the 140 ad damages that's ..... not acceptable. with {{item:3504}} {{item:3092}} {{item:3107}}{{item:2065}} she has around 250 ap + 250 shield due to unholy grail. even with that she gives a 665 shield which represent a 95.525 damages burst on each SHIELD gain +64 ad on adc. i'm sorry , that champion become a living duskblade. i did not even talk about karma or lulu that also have a shield or rakan. If you want to do shield damage , you should not be able to o that on secondary tree, it deserve to be a keyston , so champion who PICK it are not willing to use it with MORE burst on auto attack or something.
