Morbys (NA)
: Not disagreeing with you but the statement that ad damage being more present in the game than ap is solely due to the fact that ad dmg is much more viable atm, not because there is less a representation of ap champs to ad champs.
AD is in fact more present in the game in general. Because there are more sources of AD damage in the game than AP. 1. Every champion can deal AD damage through auto attacks, but not every champion can deal AP damage. 2. All minions, towers, and jungle creeps deal AD damage (only exception is gromp, who deals AP damage).
Morbys (NA)
: The only shields that block tower dmg are the "barrier" types. Strictly physical don't block tower shots, It goes right through them, they fixed this issue a long time ago.
Can you provide a source for that information? I kinda doubt it, tbh, since the only actual "strictly physical shield" in this game currently is Camille's passive and nothing else.
Kelg (NA)
: QSS should, but Rengar W, and GP Orange shouldn't. Olaf Ult probably still should though since it's his ult.
GP oranges work the exact same like QSS, so if you think that QSS should remove it, so should GP's W.
: So it should be an adaptive shield, similar to Camille's Passive. I'd honestly would love something like this. Makes it so AD Champions like Yasuo or Zed less annoying to deal with in lane as a mage.
But it also enables many champions to way more tower dives frequently.
: That's because AD champions are way more popular but on 1v1 physical shield is weaker because AD champions will continue to auto attack you while AP one will wait for his/her cooldowns.
You realise that "AD champions are way more popular" is again a point favoring the statement that an AD shield version of Nullifying Orb would have more value than the AP version? Which is the entire base of my argument here. An AD version of Nullifying Orb wouldn't be "equal" and "fair", since it would have more value because of AD damage being more present in the game than AP damage.
: AD champions also have way more DPS than AP champions which makes the AD shield less valuable.
Can't really support that statement. As someone who plays Camille quite a bit, I appreciate it way more if I get the AD shield from her passive over the AP shield. Especially in teamfight and tower diving situations, the AD shield just feels way more valuable. Also: there **are** AP champions with quite some DPS in the game, like: {{champion:69}} {{champion:268}} And I don't consider the AP shield less valuable because of their DPS either.
: Nullifying Orb Rune, be able to choose to be a Magic or physical shield
I know many people would consider this "fair", but it is really not if you think about it objectively. An AD shield just would have way more value than an AP shield in this game. An AD shield can prevent you from getting executed by minions or even towers, which is impossible to achieve with a magic shield, since these don't deal magic damage at all. The only sources of magic damage in this game are enemy champions and gromp. That's it, nothing else will deal magic damage to you. AD shields are more versatile because of that.

Sure getting full effect at lv 6 was dumb but if you want make it work fully later in the game don't gut the effect. I bet that you will kill jungle Morde and force Morde to be only top laner where everyone will destroy him because his damage will be gutted and he will run around with barely no armor unless he goes full tank (and then he will do negative damage lmao)
This champion started with 56% winrate right after his release, when people didn't even remotely master the champion yet. He was beyond broken, they had to give him some pretty heavy nerfs.

Wait what? {{champion:84}} {{champion:39}} {{champion:266}} {{champion:517}} {{champion:350}} {{champion:6}} Literally almost every new release/rework (except for neeko) got released on steroids mode, or got hotfixed into free win mode within 24hrs, since you know, if a new rework or champ doesnt have a 55% within the first hour it means they absolutely need buffs to their whole kit by riot logic (otherwise the cash cow wont sell i suppose).
Urgot wasn't released on steroids mode, now you are just making up stuff. In fact, his release was really weak and they buffed his reliability _several times_ after his release to make him stronger (like giving him less delay on his Q explosion, fastening the projectile speed of his ult, etc). Here the first changes he got after his release. > Purge Purge > Purge now refreshes the duration of the "locked on" debuff, preventing cases where Urgot would switch targets partway through Purge's duration. >Disdain Disdain > If Urgot casts Disdain during Purge Purge but fails to toss a champion, Purge Purge will now resume firing for the remainder of its duration 0.375 seconds ealier than before (lockout period reduced to 1 second from 1.375). >Fear Beyond Death Fear Beyond Death > Slow duration and reactivation window increased to 4 seconds from 3. Followed by these: > Echoing Flames Echoing Flames > Leg cooldown reduced to 30 / 20 / 10 / 5 / 2.5 (based on level) from 30 / 25 / 20 / 15 / 10 (based on level). Removed: Leg cooldown being affected by cooldown reduction. Maximum health ratio reduced to 2 / 3 / 4 / 6 / 8 (based on level)% from 4.5 / 5.25 / 6 / 7 / 8 (based on level)%. >Corrosive Charge Corrosive Charge > Mana cost changed to 50 at all ranks from 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 / 55. Time before detonation reduced to 0.5 seconds from 0.85. >Fear Beyond Death Fear Beyond Death > First case missile speed increased to 3200 from 2100. ___________________ Reliability is a big strength in this game, he was busted because they increased his reliability across the board. But his release was extremely weak, simply because you were not able to hit anything on a competent enemy at all. Oh, and these changes happened 2 patches after his release. So not "hotfix buffing him into steroid mode" either. They let him sit in his weak state for a while before buffing him.

: Appreciation for Lore Comics
I love comics, too. Actually hoping that they will reveal the big secret of Jinx' past and her likely connection to Warwick with one in the future, that would be absolutely great.
: Hextech Skin - Gems are truly outrageous
I wish they would give a gemstone skin to any champion from Piltover or Zaun. Will have 10 gemstones in like a week and there are no skins for any champion from these regions to spend them on...
: Why do we play league of legends? What makes the game fun to you?
I enjoy the characters, that's pretty much it. Zaun and Piltover are some really cool shit.

QSS removes CC. Case closed. Then I demand the ability to use QSS to get out of Camille ult. Aswell as remove Fiora's ult.
Fiora's ult is not really comparable to Mordekaiser's, don't get how you came up with that idea. About Camille, did you know that the text of her ultimate directly states _this_: >The target can move freely inside the zone, but cannot escape it through any means. As a player of pen&paper games like DnD and DSA, I would claim that specific rules > general rules. Which means that "cannot escape it through any means" has priority, which means that QSS should not work here.
: If they are in the realm of death they are dead already, they aren't instakilled because gameplay reasons.
I didn't read it all, so I have to ask: Is it directly stated in his lore that dying is the _only_ way to enter this realm? If it is possible for Mordekaiser to return from his realm to the physical world, I could imagine the opposite is possible without actually dying, too.

I meant there is no reason thematically. Have to agree on the point that it is for gameplay reasons here, so Mordekaiser is not completely stripped of an ult during the 1v1. But the argument that it is for thematic reasons doesn't hold, imo.
: Because it forces him to go 1vs1 and is right for him to have an advantage rather than having his ultimate simply doom him by default. It's also thematically accurate, he reaps the souls from his enemies, drags them into the death realm and uses them to forge things for himself, be it weapons, castles or armors.
Thematically, it would just be fitting that he steals the stats after killing the enemy. But there is no reason why he already steals the stats during his ult...
: Both of their ults aren't Unstoppable.
So you indirectly confirm here that Mordekaiser's ult is a CC (since this is the only reason for you to mention that they are not unstoppable). QSS removes CC. Case closed.

Why? It was pretty obvious from the start that he is busted. I am glad that Riot is reacting accordingly here.

: orianna probably coming in the future, theres only one robot right now
True, but it begs question why she isn't included from the very beginning. Having a robot class just for Blitzcrank in the beginning is weird. But of course, there had to be 6 Ionians in the game mode right off the bat....

Officially a Zaunite and most likely hasn't much to do with Piltover in his lore anymore. He was a robot created to clean waste in Zaun and after getting concious, he spends his time saving as many people as he can. Which will keep him pretty busy down there in Zaun, considering how many dangers are lurking in the chemfilled shadows. So not a single real Piltovian champion in the game mode. : Who do you want to see featured on PROJECT and Star Guardian Skins for this year?
My personal wishlist: **Project** Same idea, the Projects are corrupted and unfinished. {{champion:222}} You are allowed to hate me now, but Yasuo, who also got the Odyssey skin not too long ago, got his Battle Boss skin, so I see nothing forbidding Jinx to get one now too. Legendary skin, she is malfunctioning and this goes really well with her generally crazy attitude. {{champion:110}} Epic (wasn't completely compatible with his upgrade) {{champion:133}} Epic (used the upgrade of her dead brother to take revenge on his killer) _______________________ **Star Guardians** {{champion:61}} Legendary skin, is an old veteran of the Star Guardians just like Ahri. : I really love Orianna in this skin line, and I've suggested it before. I would hope she could make it in. What's kuudere though? That one's new to me.
>Kuuderes often speak in a calm monotone and seem unaffected by the world around them. They never seem to be overly happy, excited, or surprise - just as they never appear sad, annoyed, or angry. Extreme examples may even seem to be completely emotionless. It is used to describe characters who always remain calm and composed. Though they act serious on the outside, they often have a very dry, sarcastic sense of humour.

: Hey, it happened with Ekko, even though his was a 750 that came out 3 months after his release. However, anything is possible.
Eh, I would still call BS if she gets it so close to her release. There are more than enough Star Guardians to chose from, no need to press in a champion which got literally just released into the game.
: I honestly could see Irelia, mostly because when you look at the skin line it is all Supports, Mages and ADCs, with the exception being Poppy, I think its an issue with Top and Jg being mostly tanks and bruisers with some Assassins thrown in (but any Assassins I could see fitting into the line are mid lane Assassins, not Jungle Assassins.) But yeah another Top Laner or Jungler would be interesting (but the only other top Laners I could think of for the line are Irelia and Riven, and I am at a complete lose for Junglers.)
Quinn is a top laner and would be quite a good Star Guardian. She even brings her familiar with Valor already.
: I know she isnt out yet and is fairly new but please, Qiyanna the level of sass she would have would be god like. I can already see her just tearing lux a new one and the epic diss battle between her and ahri would be everything
I agree that she would fit in and would bring a personality archetype to the table, which the current Star Guardians are lacking (himedere). But since she will just come out, there is no way she will get a Star Guardian skin this year. If she would get it, it would feel a bit bullshit, since Star Guardian will probably release September-October and her getting a second skin just 3 months after her release would be devestatingly unfair for other champions. In the coming years, I could definitely see her in the skin line, tho.
: Playing Mord and ulting the extra feed Caitlyn
"Best VGU to date" I really hope that you just built up that opinion based on the fun you have getting a free win with this champion.
: I mainly say Eve for 2 reasons. 1) she's popular 2) the skin line traditionally releases with at least one morally questionable one right? I.E. Syndra, Jinx. I'm not saying Eve cause that's who I want, but because that's the direction it seems to point for me.
Jinx and Syndra have some redeeming qualities, tho. Meanwhile Evelynn is straight forward evil. Not "morally questionable", just evil. She feeds on the agony of people, ffs. So I still think it is a strict no for Evelynn. If you want morally questionable, then there are better choices for this. {{champion:25}} {{champion:10}} {{champion:113}} {{champion:67}} {{champion:498}}

: Star Guardian 2019 predictions!
What I would personally like to see: {{champion:61}} She is perfect for the line, imo. She fills some quite interesting niches when it comes to anime tropes. Robot girl - check Has something that can become her familiar in the kit - check Unused personality trope - check (kuudere) Goes well with the girly theme - check And Orianna could have such an interesting backstory. Imagine if she is one of the old veterans and got a lethal injury on a mission. But the First Star managed to save her life by replacing her dying body with a new, artificial, magical body. ________________ {{champion:133}} Didn't get a skin for a long time and Valor would make a great familiar. ________________ {{champion:37}} The skin line fits her well and the skin is highly requested by her mains. Seems fair to give it to her.

Evelynn is a no go for me in this skin line. She would fit as an enemy for the Star Guardians, but her personality is too malicious to make her a Star Guardian.

Yes, OP exaggerates with his reaction. I still agree with him that Mordekaiser is too strong and needs a hotfix nerf, tho. And you don't help your cause either by constantly attacking OP personally.
: Wtf does he get free 25% magic pen for. Shouldn't I be able to not die against him if I build mr? Shit is stupid he builds 2 damage items and does more damage than a full ad darius.
He gets it because he is an AP juggernaut and there is no item for this type of champion like Black Cleaver.... That's the reason, really. Riot didn't implement proper AP bruiser items in the game and keep designing them, like Sylas and Mordekaiser, then these kits get heavily overtuned with the excuse "they don't have proper itemization, so their kits need to be stronger to compensate".

I swore myself that the moment he hits live I will permaban him. And I will do so. For a juggernaut, he is way too reliable. Other juggernauts which got released recently have some kind of mechanic which lets you play around of, like Aatrox Q sweet spots, Illaoi tentacles, or Urgot's shotgunknees. No such gimmick for Mordekaiser, everything he does is too reliable and the hitboxes he gets for his skills are pretty massive. Additionally, he can't even get peeled by team effort in a team fight like other juggernauts, since he can _force_ a 1v1 on any target he wants to annihilate. No, thanks, I will spare myself from this frustration. Mordekaiser will stay dead in all my games.
